"I am Portia, your advocate before the Court of the Sacred Fire, before the courts of the world, and before the court of public opinion. And I speak to all devotees in all new-age movements, in all paths and teachings that go beyond the orthodoxy of the major world religions.

"Beloved hearts, the forces of darkness would splinter and divide you. You must understand the union of Light of the avantgarde of the age and be not so mindful or critical of separate ideas with which you differ. It matters not, beloved ones, if you do not agree on every point of the Path and Teaching and Way. What matters, beloved hearts, is that you see the union of those who are climbing the highest mountain and that you realize that when all arrive at the Summit of Being all will understand and know the Law of the One.

"What is important in this hour is that there be a worldwide awareness of the oneness of those seekers after Truth and that their union be based on the principle of Truth and common survival. For if there be separation, you will see then how here and there the smaller groups are cast down, as those who fear the coming of the new wave of Light do organize to put down by every means anyone who goes forth with a message of the coming revolution of Light.

"Understand, beloved ones, that it is time truly for the Great White Brotherhood and those who understand the meaning of the saints robed in white to stand together and to defend one another’s right to pursue their own perception of the living Word and the universal Reality, to defend everyone’s right to pursue a path to union with God. Defend that right in concerted effort!

"Beloved hearts, if all can even receive this book of beloved Saint Germain and take some of it as real and active, then Saint Germain will forge a worldwide union of freedom fighters and you will no longer experience the darkness that has come upon those who have been the true revolutionaries, who have had the courage to go after whether the false gurus or the true, the very courage itself to seek an alternative to a dead and dying doctrine that indeed shall be quickened by the Lord’s presence in and with you.

"I am calling, then, for the unity of hearts on basic principles and [for you] to set aside [your] differences. For if the new-age movement cannot come together in a worldwide ecumenism, I tell you, then, it is no better than the old order of those who have been bickering for thousands of years while the world and its children have been left untended.

"The solving of the problems of man’s view of theology is not the urgent need of the hour, beloved hearts! The urgent need is the assuming of the Holy Spirit and the descent of that Light into every man’s temple regardless of what that man may call that Light or how he may define it. The Light is the Light, and the Light is true! And the vibration is known. And all that is less than that vibration is not of the Light and should be therefore shunned.

"Therefore let there be the dividing of the way. And let the Lightbearers of the world unite in the name of freedom! in the name of the flame of freedom of my beloved Saint Germain! who is truly the champion of every seeker everywhere regardless of any erroneous concepts or burdens that may separate that one from the fullness of the blazing reality of the noonday sun of his I AM Presence. For Saint Germain takes everyone’s hand and leads that one nearer and nearer to the Light as he is willing and able.

"Therefore, beloved hearts, please do not interfere with the trek and the momentum and the rhythm of new Lightbearers on the Path. Let them take his cup as they are able while you keep the flame in joy and love. Be free, then, of criticism and see how the ground swell of those who are the liberated souls in the world will make their voice count not only in religion but in the governments of the nations, will take their stand and see the way through to the holding of the balance for the economies—and in this nation especially. And the sacred fire infolding itself must collapse the old structures and build upon the foundation of the white cube and the stone of the masterbuilders.

"I call you, beloved hearts, to a path of Love. I send you forth to acquaint yourselves with those who are following whatever path, that you might be emissaries of Love and Justice and the message
I bring that the opportunity to pursue Truth by all of these groups must be preserved, must be protected by a union of hearts throughout the entire planetary network. O Keepers of the Flame of Saint Germain, will you help me sponsor this endeavor?

" . . . Fanaticism must be consumed in this hour!

"And I, Portia, stand therefore with the banner of the hordes of hell. And I put it to the torch. It is the banner of fanaticism in every field and area. Let the cultists of fanaticism go down, for their banner is consumed! And in its place the banner of the living Christ, universal in all people, is raised on high this day! It is the rallying cry. It is the standard of all people of Reality.

"Rejoice that our God is come into the earth and into your hearts in this hour, and purge the earth of that fear and hatred that breeds terrorism and would take from you any one of these little ones!

"I AM in the flaming presence of Opportunity. And the opportunity and its day is done for the fallen ones and these possessing demons who mouth their words of fanaticism in every quarter of the earth. Their day of opportunity is done! They have had their opportunity to unite under the banner
of Maitreya and Sanat Kumara and Lord Gautama. Now let them retreat and let the Lightbearers march then! Let them march on Fifth Avenue and in the highways of our God! Let them march through the towns and the cities of the earth! Let them come as those freedom fighters who sang the 'Yankee Doodle Dandy' and knew whereof they spoke.

"O beloved, it is an hour of freedom. Can the earth contain it? ['Yes!'standing ovation]

"I promise you in sealing this hour that none can deter you, none can stop your victory! The way is clear. You have only to march and claim the planetary field of consciousness for the angels of the Lord.

"No one can deter you except your own self or doubt or trepidation. These, too, in your name I cast into the sacred fire! May you do so daily as you advance on the cycles of the cosmic clock and know indeed personally the blessed representatives of the hierarchies of the Sun who knock upon your door in the name of Christ and say to you as the sun signs change and your birth cycles turn, 'May I enter, O soul of Light? For I deliver to you now a message and the testing of your soul of the Cosmic Christ.'

"Will you open the door of your heart and receive the Cosmic Christ initiators, beloved ones?"

"The only alternative, of course, is to invoke the sacred presence of Archangel Gabriel, the Holy Christ Self, and the full power of the Cosmic Christ over such individuals—not to mention the members of the Darjeeling Council and our own seat of God-government. This will work for a time, but the Great Law eventually bows to free will.

"Blessed ones, you remember the era of the judges in Israel—when there were no kings in the land and God did send His judges to assist the people to maintain the standard of right conduct, right usefulness, and oneness with the Lord.

"Beloved ones, understand the meaning and the purpose of Christ the Judge within you. There are forces in the earth who will surely destroy this planet unless they are brought to the judgment. Therefore, the Four and Twenty Elders have positioned themselves in the etheric octave over this city of Light that their direct presence might be invoked by you for a more sure and swift action.

"I authorize you by Alpha and Omega this night to perpetually call for the judgment of the lowest ten percent of the evolutions of the planetary home—the dark ones who carry nothing but destruction and viciousness and the malignancy of the murderous intent in their auras and in their four lower bodies. These individuals are in every nation, in every race, in and out of the courts of Church and State.

"Beloved ones, the lowest common denominator of the bottom ten percent representing Absolute Evil must be brought to the judgment by perpetual calls. We need, in fact, a novena—a prayer vigil of the hours in consonance with that to Archangel Michael—of the judgment calls you have been given by Helios and Vesta and Mother Mary with Gautama Buddha.

"Understand the meaning of the calling forth of God Justice. For the Judge himself, beloved Alpha in the Great Central Sun, has already judged these fallen ones when they were cast out of heaven. It remains for the Omega in the earth to ratify that judgment."

" . . . Therefore I say, let faith abound as a spiral that proceeds from center because the center is twirling. If the center is not twirling then a spiral will not be produced but only the straight lines that can be vulnerable. But the spiral is never vulnerable for it is tightly wound. And thus the spiral is God's way of manifesting the faith of the mighty sapphire in your world. You ought to study the Book of Ezekiel concerning the appearance of the sapphire * and know the meaning of what is the focus of the will of God.

" . . . Let not past sins of this nation create an aura of guilt, confusion, loss of vision of its destiny. But rather let the people of America rise up and overthrow that self-condemnation and enter anew into the propagation of the faith in the principles of American freedom, in her Constitution and all for which she has stood in the defense of the rights of individuals.

"Beloved ones, the color of this blue [aqua] worn by the Messenger is indeed the color which I use to transfer to my devotees the vibration of the will of God enhanced by his illumination. It is also the coordinate of the violet flame of freedom from the heart of Saint Germain. And I stand with Raphael who holds the emerald green, using this light to contribute to the expansion of the Office and purpose of beloved Saint Germain and beloved Portia.

"I have come with a message of my serious intent to act and act with deliberation through you, the Keepers of the Flame, to bring the justice of Portia on Earth for the binding of those who stand in the door of the temple of understanding—the temple of understanding in church, in state, in the universities and schools and colleges and elementary schools—who stand in the door and prevent the children of light from entering in to their own Holy of Holies and into their divine understanding of who is the I AM THAT I AM, who is the Lord Christ, The Lord Our Righteousness in their temple."

Even the training of these Messengers is a dispensation of El Morya and Saint Germain that the Word might be continued, that mankind might have renewed opportunity from the hand of Portia and her cosmic flame of Justice."

"I come then to show you the opportunity of souls appointed by God to come together in this time as the foundation of the new church, the Holy Jerusalem that cometh down from heaven as a bride adorned for her husband. The true church is the Bride of Christ, the Lamb's wife. I come to announce to you this day that the Keepers of the Flame, as a body across the planetary home, constitute the true church of Lord Jesus and Lord Gautama, the new church that is the foundation for the Golden Age and the work of Saint Germain and myself as the father and mother of freedom for the Golden Age of Aquarius. We have been preparing this church at inner levels; and we have been preparing your souls through the tutoring of the Keepers of the Flame Lessons, our dictations, and all that has been provided by Hierarchy in the publications of The Summit Lighthouse and the efforts of our Messengers.

"In addition to these, we have provided a haven of Light in our retreats at the etheric level for the tutoring of the souls who comprise the true church. And thus unbeknownst to you, you have been taken specifically and individually for many years into temple training to prepare you for the time when you would recognize in your outer consciousness the teachings of the Ascended Masters and how much they mean for the salvation of the planet and its people and the resurrection of the Christ Consciousness in all . . .

"Thus the time has come to announce to the Keepers of the Flame Fraternity that you have a high and holy office to preserve the white stone that each of you is, that builds the True Pyramid and the City Foursquare, stone upon stone. Each of you is designed to be a perfect stone in the building
of the temple of the New Jerusalem. And thus the pattern and the mark of the Christ is the chief cornerstone, the chief atom, in each stone which you are. And thus the foundation of a Golden Age is built upon hearts united and dedicated to the keeping of the Flame of Life . . . it has become necessary and it has been decided by the Knight Commander, by Jesus the Christ, and by the Darjeeling Council that the Great White Brotherhood should vest the authority of the Vicar of Christ and the head of the true Church, the Church Universal and Triumphant, in the Mother of the Flame."

"Yes, beloved, let your voice be heard! And if you have no other place for that voice to be heard, then let it be heard in heaven.

"Let us know and let us hear you cry out daily for Divine Justice in the earth! For Justice must return and she must dispense that which is just upon that which is of the Light and that which is of the Darkness, upon the just and the unjust. So let the Light reign!

"Unless you return to the exercise of the science of the spoken Word, which kept you in such attunement with God for thousands of years at a time, unless you will remember the call and know that prayer is not enough, that the science of mantra and of decrees and of the Word itself must be your daily offering, you will surely lose your opportunity for the victory in this life.

"May you know that souls depend upon those who know how to reach out in invocation to God. Souls depend for their very life and breath upon you who have it in your hands and in your hearts and in your minds to do something other than simply stand by and watch the world go by! So few understand this equation."

"We have studied the problems of many segments of society, not only of men and women but of those in varying ethnic groups, origins, karmic accountabilities, those on various echelons of development in the four planes and in the chakras . . .

"Tremendous souls of Light are in these communities across America—San Francisco’s Chinatown and the great Midwestern cities where Eastern Europeans gather and the Germanic peoples continue their traditions. We see, then, that those who are here from all nations of the earth, those incoming refugees out of Vietnam, out of Cambodia, out of the Far East now must have delivered to them in their own tongue, in their own understanding and traditions the great message of Mother Liberty.

" . . . The violet flame of freedom must be interpreted and addressed to each and every section, each and every economic group . . . ”

" . . . Beloved hearts, justice shall return to earth. For I have selected this great God-quality as my offering and endowment of the very soil of a planet. Understand truly then the meaning of divine Justice, the embodiment of this flame by Portia and [embodied] by bequeathment some years ago in the heart of the Messenger."

"You can empower yourself by mirroring God within your soul. Entering into the path of bhakti yoga, the path of personal devotion to the Guru, is one way to do this. As you give your devotions, bow to your Gurus as they appear before you in your mind's eye and spare not your undying gratitude to Helios and Vesta and to the God and Goddess Meru for sponsoring your lifestream on the path of the Sun.

"Let this practice, which makes perfect, be for you the extending of the light of your heart in a filigree thread that makes a direct line from your heart to the heart of Helios and Vesta. Follow this line of your heart, visualize it, meditate on it and realize that you can know the moment when you have made contact with the heart of Helios and Vesta.

"Be aware of that moment and of the pulsation of the ray from your heart as it returns to you, charged with the love of your Father-Mother God. Now guard the flow and keep the filigree thread intact so that the currents of the sun may continue to flow to you.

"Do not go a day without engaging in this interchange whereby you give yourself to Helios and Vesta and they give themselves to you on the return current of their love. In a sense, you become Helios and Vesta and they become you. This is a cosmic interchange of energies between God and man. It follows the pattern of the figure eight, whereby at the nexus you enter infinity.

"When you achieve this oneness with Helios and Vesta and you sustain it by reciting their mantras and singing to the Great Central Sun, you will live within the corona of the sun, as it were, here below. You will feel the momentum of the corona building and you will perceive that there is an arc of light between you and your Sun Parents so powerful that you may never again be disconnected from Helios and Vesta unless you willfully disconnect yourself. But you must call upon God Harmony, who, together with Serapis Bey, keeps the flame of Harmony on the six o'clock line of your Cosmic Clock, that you might maintain harmony in your relationship to Helios and Vesta.

"As you send love missiles from your heart to Helios and Vesta, there is a strengthening of the bond between you and them—a tightening. There is a securing of your oneness with the Father-Mother Light of this solar system until you discover (after weeks and sometimes months and years of maintaining this ritual) that God multiplies his Light magnificently in you through the very spiritual/physical rays of the sun and that you, in turn, multiply the presence of Helios and Vesta about you here below.

"Crimes are being committed all over the world in the name of justice. People want justice, and yet they do not understand how justice is meted out.

"Justice is meted out portion by portion by the beloved Lady Master Portia, together with Saint Germain. Often it is meted out only through the violet flame, as mercy's resolution of the injustices of the world. For the victims of injustice have no other recourse but the violet flame.

"Let there be an understanding of justice and the true and righteous judgments of the Lord, beloved. We judge not. Every man is his own judge, for when he sees the record of his lifestream, he cannot deny his own injustices. The Holy Christ Self of each one sits in the seat of judgment as the advocate of the soul; yet it is the soul who stands before the bar, i.e., before the Lords of Karma. And in conjunction with their verdict, she herself declares the rightness or wrongness of her cause.

"Remember the words of the apostle Paul: "God is not mocked. For whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap." Trust in Divine Justice and be not dismayed before the passing scenes of injustice! injustice! injustice! For you shall see far worse acts of injustice in the earth in the coming
months and years for you to be dismayed about, beloved. Let the balm of Gilead heal the divisions within the psyche of all."
