Children of the heart of God, sons and daughters of the true Church, I stand before you with shepherd's crook in my right hand as the symbol of the authority of the holy Church of Jesus the Christ. And that shepherd’s crook is the line of force of the raising of the energies of light in every son and daughter of God seeking through hierarchy to attain that start of blessedness, of grace, before God and company of Saints.

I stand before you, and the hierarchy of the true Church stands with me; for we have served in embodiment and after our transition and after the ascension at inner levels with the Christ, with Mary, and with all members of the body of God on earth and in heaven to bring into manifestation upon earth the kingdom of God.

As the flame of the Church of Christ was vested in Mother Mary, and as Mary’s love became the fountain of the river of the water of life, that flowed freely to all, so all in this day and age must understand that it is true the Cosmic Virgin and her consciousness unfolding and infolding that once again the true Church is built. And the communicants at the Lord’s table partake of the cup. Drinking all of that cup, they also, by the ritual of transubstantiation, become one in the body of Christ.

I summon all true believers, all of the faith, all who count themselves to be of that true Church of Christ, all who would stand to receive the flow of the light of Mary, the light of the Cosmic Virgin, and the light that is locked in the heart of the Mother of the Flame, as she stands to represent the Christ as his vicar upon earth. Because of the authority vested in me at inner levels, because of the role that I played in drawing together Christians of every house, of every walk of life, I wear then the mantle of the spirit of oneness, the spirit of unity in the true Church.

I come then from council chambers, from the meeting convoked by Jesus the Christ, with his apostles and with many saints who have served the Church faithfully. And I come to report to this body and to the earth that the hierarchies of heaven have seen that those who have entered the Church of the Lord, who have compromised doctrine, who have set forth tenets of fear and of ignorance, who have compromised the communion, the loss of guard, and the honor of God, constitute a cancer growing and infesting within the Church that was founded by our Lord and has persisted in one form or another until this time.

There is need upon earth for the white stone, the white cube that is the foundation stone, that is the Christ, the chief cornerstone of all building. That white stone can be composed only of those souls who have united with the spirit of God, with the I AM Presence, through that blessed mediator, the Christ in all. There cannot be, then, the true Church, the one Church, so long as any portion of its members are in a consciousness of compromise, dishonor, or betrayal of the true teachings of our Lord.

Ecumenism has failed because it has entered into compromise. There is no area of compromise! The teachings of the Christ represent a hurdle over which the carnal mind cannot pass. It must first surrender and make way for the Christ. We cannot then condone the action of the lowering of the hurdle to the level where the carnal mind and all of the animals of the barnyard of the electronic belt can hop over into the holy place. This is that abomination of desolation standing in the holy place where it ought not.

You see, when compromise holds sway, purity is not preserved—not for the elect, not for the children of God, not for the fallen ones. And then the Church crumbles, becomes dead ritual—a hollow echo of former things, former glory, and the hope that was, that cannot be realized because the honor flame has fallen to the ground.

Therefore, in the council of Jesus and Mary, of Saint Germain and Portia, representatives respectively of the Piscean and Aquarian Ages, the proclamation has gone forth that all hierarchies of light, the company of saints, and all who have served the flame of the true Church should on this day and this hour transfer the flow of light, of dominion, of awareness of God to the one focal point that remains the only hope of salvation to Terra.

And therefore our encyclical goes forth this hour. It is a statement of peace on earth, Pacem in Terris.

It is a statement of the law of the Word in this hour that as the Lord Christ has vested his authority and his flame in the Mother and the Messenger of hierarchy who stands before you, so for the building of the golden age, so for the building of the true Church, every saint, every ascended being will from this hour forward give to this cause, to this purpose—into the heart, the head, and the hand of the Mother on earth—the full momentum of striving, of overcoming, of building, and of the chief cornerstone, that the Church Universal and Triumphant might be built first as the temple within the heart of every member and then as that white edifice that shall be the testimony of the temple that is in the City Foursquare.

Therefore I make known to you this day the withdrawal of energies from all churches and groups who have compromised the cosmic honor of the Christ and of Mother Mary. And to them that have shall be given in this hour the talent, the virtue, the flow of light to establish upon earth this one true Church. It is an inner Church; and with inner attainment are we concerned—not with temples made with hands, but with that cube of white fire in the heart of every member.

And the card of membership in this church will be that cosmic cube in the heart. It cannot be denied; it cannot be gainsaid; those who are the communicants of the Lord have the cosmic cube as the altar of the heart. And the altar of the Church is wherever the true member of that body of that church is. So then this is the church that is indestructible, immutable, eternal. Those who would strive to be a part of this church may then apply for ordination.

And the name of the church shall be Church Universal and Triumphant! And that name shall be the sign of those who come together in every city, in every domain, for the worship of the Cosmic Virgin, the worship of the Christ, the setting forth of the true teachings of the law, and the release of the knowledge of the Sacred Fire.

And I shall stand to teach the Mother of the Flame how to fulfill the office which I also held, how to minister as the Good Shepherd to the flocks of the nations, the flocks of the world. And I shall be there in the hour of triumph, in the hour when the cube becomes the universal awareness of triumph in the Christ. And there shall be order, and there shall be written bylaws for the government of the Church.

And there shall be in the center of the church the fountain of the Cosmic Virgin flowing freely as the water of life, and all who follow as Vicar of Christ to hold this office shall be representatives of the Feminine Ray. And the order of hierarchy shall be: the one who has risen in the highest calling in the light to the greatest awareness of the Mother Flame shall be the Vicar of Christ in all ages to come in this two-thousand-year cycle of the Aquarian Age. And all who espouse that flame to a greater or lesser degree shall be counted as brothers and sisters in this communion house of our Lord. Therefore, let The Summit Lighthouse be known as the arm of the Brotherhood publishing the Word of salvation, publishing the true teachings of the Christ; but the Church that is founded upon the City Foursquare bear the name of gold letters, carved on white, Church Universal and Triumphant.

So I have come forth in the order of hierarchy to stand before you, that you might receive the momentum of our light and our love; for we are for the light of the Ancient of Days, of Sanat Kumara. We are for the light of the earth! We are for the light of the Christ! And only if there be established a body of God upon earth who will not compromise this our devotion, this our energy, can we continue to serve the planet earth.

And as this matter has been discussed in other councils of the hierarchy since the turn of the year, it has been the conclusion of the Great White Brotherhood that if and when the time comes when all upon earth compromise truth, then hierarchy will be obliged to withdraw. And only as long as there is established an order and a focal point of purity, of uncompromising devotion, unflinching discipline, can we continue to pour our love to the earth. For hierarchy will not desecrate the flow of God’s light by giving onto those who take that light and spend it upon their lusts.

Therefore rejoice, every people and every nation! For this which I have spoken is written upon the souls of all who dwell upon the planet, and all have received that communication this day. And those who have secured their positions in darkness, in spiritual wickedness, in places of power, that have not the authority of the Brotherhood—these begin to tremble. These begin to fear.

Let them come, then, to acknowledge the Christ, to acknowledge the Cosmic Virgin. Let them accept the tenets of the law and be free. In this action hierarchy is establishing the 'open door which no man can shut'—the open door to initiation, to overcoming, to victory, to service, to the crucifixion, the resurrection, and the ascension for everyone upon earth who is willing to sacrifice in order to be free.

The Order of the Sons and Daughters of the Dominion of the Water Element will be that select group who support the formation and the integrity of the Church, the integration of the spirals of wholeness—first within themselves, then within the Mother and her Seed, and then within all mankind. These are the lively stones. And to this order have the orders of the church been founded down through the ages, that brothers and sisters might give a more than ordinary dedication to the flame or the virtue to which they were most suited.

In this age all must be suited to dominion over water, for the dominion is the mastery of the emotional body of the individual and of the planet. Energy in motion must become the energy of God in motion for his glory in man. It must cease to be agitation, irritation, and must be the fulfillment of cosmic law.

Therefore, within this City Foursquare, which is the community of the Holy Spirit, within that city is the temple beautiful. And the temple beautiful is the soul that has become the true Church. And so, you see, it is a mystical Christianity to which humanity must return, a Christ-I-AM-ity. All who fit according to the stonecutters, to the mason and the master builder, will find that stone by stone, line by line, precept upon precept, each soul ordained as member of this church will fit with every other soul that represents hierarchy in this edifice of the Spirit.

This is the vehicle whereby the maximum number of souls of light upon the planet may fulfill their destiny in the golden age. This is the deliberation of hierarchy. This is the fruit of the council of the Karmic Board that has been taken since the turn of the new year and the release of the thought form of the image of God.

When the image of God comes forth, the counterpart in the plane of Matter, the face of the Cosmic Virgin, and the temple built as the altar of the flame of Spirit, must be forthcoming. And so, blessed are those who have given of their energies that this truth, that this vision, that this matrix in the Great Central Sun might have room upon earth and might come forth as reality through you and you and you.

Hierarchy is grateful. Hierarchy sends forth greetings to the faithful. Hierarchy has spoken. Now watch as the spirals of light converge for the ultimate manifestation of thy kingdom come on earth, even as it is in heaven. So be it!

I AM that I AM!

" . . . it has been decided by the Knight Commander, by Jesus the Christ, and by the Darjeeling Council that the Great White Brotherhood should vest the authority of the Vicar of Christ and the head of the true Church, the Church Universal and Triumphant, in the Mother of the Flame."

" . . . And the level of your reality is even closer in this geographical location than anywhere else in the earth for the circle of light, for the protection, for the dome and the wall of light and for the Retreat of the [Divine] Mother and the Western Shamballa. Here is the meshing. Here is the experiment. Here is where we would unfold, unwrap the etheric plane in the physical.

That church will be the sign to many that I, Jesus, have established this place in the name of Lord Maitreya and all hosts of light, that I AM making this Church Universal and Triumphant—which is of the etheric octave—physical in the planet through you who are pillars in the temple of my God "

" . . . Yes, I AM the Lord Gautama Buddha and I speak in the Church Universal and Triumphant in the witness of the Lord Christ. For we are one in ordaining this Church as the community of souls upon earth who will heed and respond to the Fatima prophecy and who will therefore not compromise their way, who will separate themselves out from those who have taken the Church of God and made of it a human institution.

" . . . for the Lord God Himself has said with Jesus, 'If these should hold their peace, the very stones would cry out.' (Luke 19:40) This was the message that Jesus gave when he entered triumphantly on Palm Sunday into the city of Jerusalem. And all of his disciples were shouting with joy and leaping and praising him and giving hosannas. And some did not think that it was meet for them to be making so much noise, and so they said to Jesus, 'Let them hold their peace.' (Luke 19:39)

" . . . This initiation then is the initiation of enlightenment and of the stones who become the lively stones.

" . . . Beloved ones, your initiation is this: that you must decide this day if it will come to pass—not the sitting back and waiting for the fulfillment of a prophecy that is the statement of the law. Prophecy then becomes your opportunity to choose the inner blueprint. Prophecy is the outlining of that blueprint and what God has envisioned as the new age. God will hold His vision, God will have His vision and its fulfillment at the etheric plane. Whether or not it will be fulfilled in the mental, emotional and physical quadrants rests with those who walk the earth in this age, in this era.

" . . . Now I seal you each and every one, I seal you in the light of the Christ and the Buddha, and my angels stand before you with a swaddling garment of the Mother."

Everyone who has received the blessings of these dispensations, everyone who continues to read the handwriting on the wall of a prophecy that is unchanged must understand that for the saving of a planet the Church must survive, the outer Community must survive and you, one by one by one as the individualization of the God-flame, must survive. And that survival is a spiritual continuity of being whose fires you must bank daily, never taking for granted that the fire of Darjeeling will reach you in time [to save you].

" . . . You must absolutely know that I have put my life on the line for this activity. Why, beloved, I have given so much to this activity and to all of you that I could not even pull out if I wanted to.

"Now this is a joke, beloved. And I wish you to understand that it is a joke. It is absolutely true! And the joke is on me. For you see, this does not mean that you have the Guru by the tail or that you are indispensable chelas. But it does mean that I have plighted my troth to you, and I am determined to stay until this entire matter is through. And I tell you that one way or another it shall be through!"

Ordination Ceremony in Church Universal and Triumphant

" . . . I, therefore, call now to the altar candidates to be ordained ministers in Church Universal and Triumphant. And I do this, beloved hearts, in the robes of my priesthood as Thomas Becket. Therefore, I summon these candidates— . . . and . . . Stand now before this altar.

"We will now conduct the ritual of ordination of these candidates into the ministry of Church Universal and Triumphant.

[The entire ordination ceremony, conducted by the Messengers Mark and Elizabeth Prophet and by the Ascended Master El Morya, took one hour.]

"Will the bearer of the stoles come forward.

"I, El Morya, as Thomas Becket, do ordain thee and place upon thee this mantle and this vestment that thou mightest wear it unto the fulfillment of the order of the priesthood of Melchizedek. Prepare thyself for this, the next calling of thy God. And be true to the priesthood before thou art ordained unto it. Be thou, then, a minister of God, ordained of God before this altar unto all communicants and Keepers of the Flame and all servants of God and all in whom the flame of Life dwells.

"Let all in this congregation and all who shall come in the decades and the centuries remember that the aspiration after apostleship and the ministry is the aspiration after individual Christhood. So live that example and represent me to all and I shall be with you, as Christ shall be with you, as your brother and father Lanello shall be with you and as the Mother of the Flame shall walk with you.

"It is our Lord’s prayer this day that you might enter in to a supreme and very intimate devotion to the Sacred Heart and to the Immaculate Heart. To this I have added my own Diamond Heart and to this Saint Germain does contribute his own purple fiery heart and beloved Lanello his magnanimous heart. Thus, the five hearts together shall become the focus of your devotion [on the first Fridays and the first Saturdays of the month], if you will, beloved, that you might embrace and embody and become that which has been the point of our attainment.

"Thus, beloved ones, as the Mother of the Flame will instruct you, there is a devotion that you may elect to take up, through the rosary and through prayers, on consecutive nine First Fridays and First Saturdays. This, beloved ones, shall become a devotion of the heart unto the expansion and balancing of your own threefold flame.

"I, Morya, in the fervor of my heart, commend you to the path, then, to which these two [newly ordained ministers] have prepared themselves and to which many are preparing. Therefore, be it known this day that I have introduced into the Church the order of the lay brother and the lay sister for those who are seeking entry into the courts of ministering servant, who shall seek, then, and attain to the level of the lay minister of Church Universal and Triumphant, [serving in that capacity] until the hour when they, too, might receive this ritual of ordination.

"Be it known, then, that there are lay ministers serving you as well as ordained ministers. And there are others who move on in their studies at Summit University and are preparing themselves to qualify.

"I urge you, then, to recall the Calls of Jesus. I urge you, then, to prepare your hearts that you might be ready always to minister to life. And in the very practice of ministering, make this, [your readiness to minister to life,] your mantle and your crown, your undergarment of humility and the full mantle of your apostleship.

"Beloved hearts, to perform this service it is not necessary for you to be officially and formally so consecrated. But I can assure you that the offices to which you aspire in the hierarchy of the Church, which may be on the seven rays, are worthy of you and you are worthy of them—whether as teachers, whether as servants in the capacity of science, of technology, of planning, of community. The branches of the seven rays are many. Thus I say, strive for the perfecting of your calling. Strive also to be worthy of the altar.

"I, Morya, therefore declare upon these and all this assembly this day in this hour the descent of the crystal fire mist! Rise, then, that you might know the fullness of this sealing of our Easter Conclave 1992.

"We will sing the Lord’s Prayer for the sealing of this ordination and the sealing of the descent of the crystal fire mist.

"I, El Morya, call to the altar now those who have qualified themselves as lay ministers. Please welcome . . .and . . .. [23-second standing ovation]

"I seal you with the oil of the ministry that you might prove yourselves unto the ordination of God. May this oil be unto you that divine essence which you impart in the name Jesus Christ, in the name Mother Mary, in the name El Morya, Saint Germain and Lanello to all whom you meet. May your service increase as your Light increases. And may the Holy Spirit be upon you as the love of your heart overflows the bounds of your own habitation <8> and you dwell in the house of the LORD, as Above, so below, forever.

"I, El Morya, receive you as lay sisters of the Church. Therefore, know that your path must be firm and strong, and this is the hour to continue your heart’s preparation unto your goal of becoming lay ministers. Your presence in the Church must be a Light of comfort, of brotherly and sisterly love in the name of Jesus and all whose hearts are united this day for your victory.

"May the daily meditations of these [lay sisters] and all be for the increase of the light and love and illumination and will of the heart.

"Thus, receive the water holy, symbolical of the water that was shed by Jesus when the soldier pierced his side. In thy service let this water receive the transmutation to become the wine of the Spirit. And when it does, thou shalt know that the hour is coming that thou mightest serve as lay ministers.

"For your vision of the Work and the Word that lies before [all of] you and is already in you, you are touched with the Emerald Matrix.

"Please receive and welcome your new lay ministers, . . . and your new lay sisters, . . .

"God bless you, each one. I am profoundly grateful for your preparation.

"As you have witnessed, so may you aspire, so may you become the fullness in manifestation of your Holy Christ Self. I, El Morya, remain with you to serve you Holy Communion. This our Easter Day is sealed in the hierarchy of Taurus and in the Great Central Sun.

"I show you, then, the mystery, beloved hearts, which I show the Messenger, and it is the thread. It is a filigree thread. And this thread, starting in the devotion of the heart, proceeding to the crown chakra, is now shown to extend through your I AM Presence to the Central Sun. This is what is known as the thread of contact with the entire Spirit of the Great White Brotherhood.

"Blessed hearts, the thread of contact can be broken. It is a mighty strong thread but also delicate. Therefore, see thou do it not: see thou do not blaspheme thy God or disgrace him or take his name in vain. See that thou dost control thine anger and all aggressions akin to the Martian mechanization evolutions.

"Blessed hearts, guard the thread. For as some have lost the threefold flame and the bonding to Christ, so some have lost this thread of contact. It is given to those who have attended this conference. Those who may offer their devotions through [the decrees and songs that] have been given in these five days [in King Arthur’s Court] may apply and receive the same [dispensation of the thread of contact].

"Blessed ones, this is a gift of Alpha and Omega, given in the hopes that you and all who shall hear again the Word that is given and has been given in these days may keep this thread and thereby extend the right hand of contact of the Great White Brotherhood to all whom you meet.

"I pray fervently that you shall know how precious a gift this is. And do not take it lightly nor consider that should you break it, it should be given again. So great, so great is the desiring of Alpha and Omega that I leave it to your heart’s discovery to truly know what is that love for you personally of your Father-Mother God."

"This Church Universal and Triumphant was founded on earth, not for the heavenly hosts, not for the ascended masters but for the body of God in the earth who recognize themselves as the lightbearers and need the bonding together, need the mighty circle of the One that is formed—need
that strengthening, beloved hearts . . .

"Remember, beloved, you are not joining a physical church or 'human' church in that sense of the word. You are signifying your oneness with the saints robed in white, your brothers and sisters on the etheric octave, and the ascended masters."

"I AM Cyclopea/I AM Virginia. We are the manifestation of Elohim [serving] on [and embodying] the Fifth Ray of God. We contain all Light, for such is the definition of Elohim. We take in to our being all that is Church Universal and Triumphant, worlds without end.

"It is not comprehensible to your mind, yet you might find a point of co-measurement to experience what is the City Foursquare, what is the meaning of Church Universal and Triumphant. It is a cosmic cube. It is the vessel of the Body of God, even the Mystical Body of God, the entire Spirit of the Great White Brotherhood, made up of all Lightbearers in all worlds. This is the meaning of Church: [it is] the temple of God and of the godly and of the God-manifestation.

"This Church exists independent of this earth body [and] yet [it] does take in every child of Light, every son and daughter of God. Fear not, then, for there is no separation in death or dying or in compartments of karma that seem to separate loved one from loved one.

"Blessed ones, discover the point of being [that is] between the heart and the solar-plexus chakras. Discover that point, which is another point of centering, beloved, and know that it is a point of contact with Elohim.

"Let, then, the legacy of this Church Universal be unto all who reach out, whose hands reach up to God as Elohim. Our hands reach out to receive them, yet this Mystical Body of the Church must provide the intermediary between those reaching for God and God reaching for them. This is the meaning of the Christ.

"You have been called by Jesus many times and in many ways to become that Christ. Yet, beloved, though the footprints are clear and the teaching plain, it is necessary for you to focus on [those footprints and on] that teaching so that you may understand this daily process of the soul’s weaving a Deathless Solar Body, weaving a garment that Christ may enter.

"There is no more important goal for the communicant of this Church than to be fused to the Holy Christ Self. Not many will you find who have achieved this distinction. [But those who do] achieve it, beloved, must walk the earth in the expectancy of [receiving] the full initiations received by Jesus Christ.

"This anticipation should in no way deter you from seeking that union; for without it, beloved, your life may be fraught with uncertainty. Without the fusing to the Holy Christ Self, there is not the certainty of union with God, the Mighty I AM Presence, when your course is through.

" . . . Let the fusion with your Christ become the all of your desiring. Would you know Melchizedek, king of Salem and priest of the Most High God? Then I say, leave behind you the lesser preoccupations. Fulfill all responsibilities to the Law above and below, but let go of those things that keep you from entering through the doors that wait and wait. Let thy desiring be so great to enter in to this joy of thy Lord that on the very point of the brow that determination and that vision are one and you know that all that you do and say and are is toward that goal of fusion.

"You must attain it in this life, beloved. There are many reasons, but I simply state what is accurate for you, each one. You must attain that fusion in this life. Seek it with all your heart. Gauge your steps, your activities always as opportunities to be self-emptied that the Christ might enter in and you might be that sweet expression, that strong expression, that needful and wise expression, that love in action. When it is time for this fusion, which you have called the alchemical marriage, the Lord will come to you.

"Beloved one, this fusion cannot be undone. Therefore, all of Cosmos must be certain that that alchemical marriage is forever.

"Church Universal and Triumphant must be built upon the rock of this manifestation, this initiation. Those, then, who have not attained to it must call and call again for the overshadowing presence of that Christ.

" . . . For Church Universal and Triumphant to remain in this octave, there must be greater Light, greater support from Hierarchy, a greater judgment in the earth and the dividing of the way, individual by individual, of Light and Darkness."

CHURCH UNIVERSAL AND TRIUMPHANT

"This morning we spoke about the challenge of the four quadrants of Matter, of the four lower bodies, and the intrusion—the thrusts of Antichrist—into those four lower bodies. We see very clearly that this is our challenge, this is our responsibility for a lifetime. The Ascended Masters, the Great White Brotherhood, and the Darjeeling Council have also seen this plight, this dilemma, and they have offered a solution. I have come this afternoon to present to you the Ascended Masters' solution to the challenge.

"If you would draw a circle and divide it into four quadrants, I will show you the diagram and the plan for world action, which we are going to present to you in a fuller outline in the two-day leadership
seminar. But for all of you who have newly come into the teachings and are desirous of seeing how we can take Apollo's flame and carry the torch into action, I will give the outline in the next hour.


The Father: The Summit Lighthouse

"The Summit Lighthouse was conceived in the heart of Morya, the Chief of the Darjeeling Council. He contacted his representative Mark L. Prophet in 1958, after having trained him since a child, and said, "Go to Washington, D.C., and found The Summit Lighthouse!" The founding of The Summit Lighthouse was the first step in the master plan. Morya had the cosmic conception. And as all cycles begin at the 12 o'clock line, he began there at the point of God the Father, the Impersonal Impersonality, with The Summit Lighthouse, designed to be that organization which would publish the teachings of the Ascended Masters.

"In other words, The Summit Lighthouse was founded to set forth the law, cosmic law, for the Aquarian cycle. The Ascended Masters would use it as a forum for the Lawgiver. Later Summit
University Press was inaugurated as a department within The Summit Lighthouse to distribute our books nationally and internationally on a wholesale basis. Today hundreds of book stores distribute the teachings of the Ascended Masters.


The Son: Montessori International and Summit University

"We have labored many years together setting forth that law, writing and publishing; and at this time the Word has gone forth over the face of the earth. Many, many souls have taken up that teaching. The time came, however, when the law itself and the torch of the Father should be passed to the Son. And so on the 3 o'clock line the inspiration of the Christ flame, that focal point of the Impersonal Personality of the Christ, was taken up in the founding of educational institutions that would teach the law, demonstrate the understanding of the law; for this is the office of the Son of God. The bursting forth of the flame of illumination, then, in the mental quadrant, the second quadrant of the circle, manifested first as Montessori International.

"This was the school that Mark and I founded in Colorado Springs in 1970; we held it in our retreat there. At its zenith, Montessori International had almost one hundred students from preschool (age 2-1/2) through the eighth grade. We had one of the most fantastic programs that has ever been devised: foreign language programs, skiing, science experiments for little children in the early
grades, language training, even Latin for fourth graders. We had a class where Spanish was spoken exclusively with English only to assist the child to learn Spanish.

"We consider our Montessori school the most vital activity on the line of the Christ, which forms a part of our fourfold effort. Now second to that, Gautama Buddha came in his 1973 New Year's Address and delivered into my hand 'a torch charged with the vital fires from God's heavenly altar and the conveyance of a vast mission to illumine the world's children and produce the blessing of true culture to the age and unto all people everywhere.' That flame of the Buddha was passed to me as a torch, and I have been running with it ever since.

"As a result of this dispensation, at the Freedom '73 conference we announced the opening of the doors of Summit University. Summit University and Montessori International, on the 3 o'clock line, are the institutions which will carry forward the statement of the law that has been given through The Summit Lighthouse.

"I'd like you to notice that the statement of the law is that which defeats the dragon. It sets the blueprint for a golden age; it exposes the Liar and the lie; it exposes the accuser of the brethren. This is the purpose of The Summit Lighthouse—to set the etheric blueprint and to withdraw the power of the dragon. On the 3 o'clock line, the institutions of learning restore the Christ consciousness to mankind. They defeat the Antichrist and the beast that comes out of the sea and the beast that comes out of the earth.

"It is one thing for the law to be stated in books; but as you well know, we have schools upon the planet because people need to be taught what is in the books. The teaching has to be made alive by good teachers; and we have the finest in the cosmos—the ascended masters—and they do illumine their own pages. And they are continually dictating. Whenever I take the platform at Summit University, one or another of the ascended masters is giving enlightenment on a vast host of subjects. The most thrilling thing is to have a student ask a question and an ascended master answer the question. When you're a student and that happens to you, you will know what a thrill it is.


The Mother: Church Universal and Triumphant

"Now, with these first two quadrants covered in an organizational manner, functioning and reaching out, we come to the line of the Mother, to the holding of the Mother flame at the 6 o'clock line. This is the line of further expansion of the masters' work at the organizational level. John the Revelator had the vision. He beheld the New Jerusalem coming out of heaven as a bride adorned for her husband. This is a most fantastic conception of the Cosmic Virgin! He's speaking about a New Jerusalem, a City Foursquare, and in the same sentence it is 'a bride adorned for her husband.'

"The Bride that is adorned for the Father is the Cosmic Mother, and it has ever been in the tradition of world religion that the Church is the Bride of the Holy Spirit. The Church is the feminine aspect. The Church represents the squaring of the circle. The New Jerusalem is the City Foursquare. It is the squaring of the Trinity of Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. The Church comes forth so that the Mother flame can be enshrined upon the altar; and with the Mother flame enshrined upon the altar, the Church is the magnet that draws the children of God back to the ritual of ordered service and
worship whereby they pass through the gate of the victory of the ascension.

"The statement of the law and the teaching of the law could not be complete without organization in the Mother flame, which is the Church. Accordingly, the ascended masters made the announcement over the last two years, in many dictations and documents that we have received, of the founding of what is to be known as Church Universal and Triumphant.

"The vision of the Church was given to me as I saw beloved Jesus the Christ in heaven standing at the altar of a mighty cathedral. And I saw assembled by the thousands those whom we call the saints—those souls at the etheric level and above in the ascended octaves who form that part of God which is known as the body of God in heaven. And Jesus revealed to me that it was time for that Church, that conception as a cosmic conception, to be lowered into manifestation. The time had come because the cycles had turned. The time had come because disciples had made themselves ready.

"And so Jesus appointed me to inaugurate this Church; and he placed upon me the mantle of the Vicar of Christ, which means simply the representative of Christ. Mother Mary was the head of the Church when Jesus left. It is the Mother flame that is the center of the Church. And subsequent to that anointing, which took place several years ago, we received the dictation from the ascended master Pope John XXIII, who, as the Vicar of Christ, came forth in February of 1974 to announce that it was time for the Church Universal and Triumphant to be formally inaugurated, to have legal status in the world, to have a set of articles and bylaws and a formal board of directors and categories of members and communicants.

"The dictation in which he outlined this is included in a Keepers of the Flame Lesson. When you arrive at that lesson, you will be able to read it in its entirety. He said in this dictation that the Church Universal and Triumphant was to be the feminine aspect of our mandala. It was to be the nucleus and the white-fire core of those devotees who had a more than ordinary desire to be devoted, to become part of the ritual of the true Church, participating in the sacraments to be dictated by beloved Jesus, who would accept a body of tenets, who would bind together and form the cosmic cube.

"He explained that although The Summit Lighthouse had been functioning as the Church, as the
Father aspect, it was like the white sphere; and the wholeness of Alpha and Omega as the whole sphere would now be divided in twain. Now the Alpha-to-Omega would function in polarity as The Summit Lighthouse, representing the Father of God, and Church Universal and Triumphant,
representing the Mother of God.

"So The Summit Lighthouse would be, as it always has been, the publishing arm; the Church would be the house, the cosmic cube to receive the children of God and the place where those who would undergo the disciplines of the Mother would then be able to take the initiations step by step —through the sacraments, through the holy orders—of ascending in consciousness, in vibration, and preparing for the ascension.

"Church Universal and Triumphant is a circular stairway that we take step by step. It presents the outline of the thirty-three initiations that are required of everyone who takes the ascension. And it presents a nucleus, an order, a foundation whereby we can take our families, our loved ones, our children, and give them the training that is necessary.

"Just as the Mother flame is not the first thing that we discover when we come into the teachings, so Church Universal and Triumphant is not that which is most obvious about the work of the Great White Brotherhood. Rather, it represents the fiery core, the inner devotees—those who hold the flame of the Mother and are concerned with the raising of the culture of Lemuria and being part of the body of God on earth and who are willing to undergo the disciplines to so become.

"It is Church Universal and Triumphant that sounds the death knell to the great whore, to the total organization of the misuse of the feminine ray on the planet. I am very pleased to report, then, to this company that on the anniversary of Saint Germain's ascension, on May 1, 1975, Church Universal and Triumphant was officially incorporated and has status as a corporation in the United States of America.


The Holy Spirit: Keepers of the Flame Fraternity

"Completing the four quarters of the circle, we look to the 9 o'clock line to see who will carry the flame of the Holy Spirit, who will undo the teachings of the false prophets, the false hierarchies. This is the line of the Keepers of the Flame. The Keepers of the Flame are those who keep the flame of life, which is the flame of the Holy Spirit.

"The Keepers of the Flame Fraternity has been the fraternity of Saint Germain within The Summit Lighthouse since the early 1960s. The obligations in the Keepers of the Flame Fraternity are simply to study the lessons, to practice them, to apply them, and to offer to Saint Germain regular monthly dues of ten dollars to support the publishing through The Summit Lighthouse. The Keepers of the Flame represent that body of the Lord which goes forth to contact the masses through the Holy Spirit.


A Place for You in the Four Aspects of the Circle


"We see that in each quadrant, hierarchy has answered, hierarchy has given forth the counterpoint to each attempt of the fallen ones to usurp the planes of Mater. Now, for each and every one of you, there is a niche, there is a place, there is a time and a place for you to find yourself in each one
of these planes. The first contact a person has with the ascended masters' teachings is normally through something published by The Summit Lighthouse—a book or a pamphlet."

" . . . Religious life is undermined when people become lax in their use of the sacred fire and evolve new levels of morality or immorality to accommodate their absence of dedication to the path of enlighten­ment. The goal of the path—union with God—by definition can be attained only by the raising of the sacred fire from the base-of-the-spine chakra to the crown chakra. Thus the highest morality required of this path and the one who follows it is devotion to the Father and to the Mother. This involves the resolution of one’s psychology, especially in regard to one’s human parents as well as one’s Divine Parents, and the conservation of the precious life-force.

"What is heresy? Heresy is dissent or deviation from the established truths of the founders of the world religions sent by God to deliver his law and his grace for a people and a religious dispensation. Today things have gone so far awry that often church doctrine and dogma itself is heresy, whereas those who challenge its falsity by their witness to the truth of the One Sent, the Messenger of God who bore the original revelation to earth, are labeled heretics!

"Heresy as I see it is the inability to hold to first principles on the part of those who no longer have contact with the lawgivers, prophets, and avatars, the Christed and Buddhic ones. Because of their immorality they are not able to hold in their chakras the balance of the Light and the God consciousness that was held by the founders.

"And then we hear about the immoral and heretical practices of today, whether by those who follow the false gurus in Tantric Buddhism or Hinduism or any of the world’s religions, including some among the Christians who do not adhere to Christ’s most fundamental message, which says: Don’t worship me, worship the Christ that is the Light and the True Self of you and me."
