"You have anchored your hopes and dreams in the astral sea. So accustomed have you become to anchoring yourself in lower levels that you do not realize how many anchors of desire you have dropped beneath that deep blue sea, which grows black as you descend the fathoms.

"Cross this sea! Do not be anchored in it or to it. Yes, cast your hopes and your dreams, your longings but above all your will into the great sea of Light, the sea of Light that is the Causal Body of your I AM Presence. All elements of Light are in this Causal Body, this great, great firmament of Light.

"How do you cast an anchor up, high up—up in the sense of in the very accelerated vibrations of consciousness of your I AM Presence?

"The Presence resists anything that is less than the light of your perfection of soul. Thus, imagine pulling against the gravity of karma and against the lesser self, knowing that with all of your might you must heave this anchor of pure hope into the very highest octaves. The thirty-three planes await the arrival of your anchor with a mighty thud, as you have hurled it with the assistance of Hercules and Amazonia.

"I come to speak to you of this concept this night, beloved, because the astral sea does rise. It is a treacherous sea. As boisterous as the wind might be and as threatening as the waves, the astral sea does not reveal what is beneath the surface. Thus, your moorings must be elsewhere and you must pull from the depths, from the very deep itself, substance of your being that you have allowed to be tied to the lower levels of the astral plane.

"This is the exercise of the hour and of the year: to withdraw yourself from the lowest levels to which you have descended, thoughtlessly or thoughtfully, premeditatedly or without even a care. It is dangerous, I say, for you to have any portion of yourself tied to these lower realms. [This subject] is worthy of [your] consideration.

"Think as I speak to you now, beloved: What portion of yourself have you left behind? What desire that is not of God have you clung to, have you kept, that is pulling you down to those lower levels? I repeat, beloved, it is dangerous.

" . . . Understand the mystery of the Law, the mastery of the Law and yourself in the whole scheme of things. I say, having all due humility, you shall pass your tests! But without [that understanding and that humility], beloved, you will be so dense as to not know that a test has come and gone or that you have failed it because you have not even engaged it.

"Such a state of affairs, beloved, should leave you with a sense that there are more layers to peel away. Every day I knock, your Holy Christ Self knocks with a challenge or with the same old test that has been going on a long time to give you the opportunity for soul refinement, for the shedding of the snakeskin, for the cutting of the tie to the fallen angels.

"Pass those tests, beloved! For the Great Teams of Conquerors are just on the other side of the wall, just on the other side of the wall waiting to initiate you in their ranks. Expect them! Pass them! Move on and be recognized for what you are (and should be manifesting): Teachers of righteousness! Teachers of righteousness!

"May you be empowered by the Spirit [of the I AM THAT I AM], the Holy Spirit, when you come to the hour of Pentecost. May you know the obvious qualifications [of that Spirit, which you should embody in your soul and in your spirit, whereby you may be empowered by that Spirit]. Acquire them swiftly, for they are already seeds planted within you. Let them be present.

"Put together the elements of your Tree of Life, as Above, so below, and see how quickly that Spirit moves through you! Yes, indeed, take advantage of your access to the Messenger, for you can move mountains of the not-self and be ensconced in the flower of hope.

"I AM Gautama Buddha. I shall continue speaking in this place for many hours to come, recording, embroidering on the ethers for you my nuggets of gold."

"We, the Darjeeling Council, assembled in this hour of summer solstice, do address our chelas worldwide here and in the Spirit. And we summon you (as has been said before but we say it again) to a new birth of freedom—this time to a spiritual birth of freedom.

"I commend you to the seeking of the presence with you of the Holy Spirit. I commend you to a path of devotion. I commend you to the path that has always worked for those who have truly and sincerely applied it just as Jesus taught it: prayer and fasting, sacrifice and devotions, prayers to God and service to the poor and the meek. This is the path of the balancing of karma, putting on the consciousness of God day by day, being the instrument of the flow of the mighty River of Life.

"This is the message of the discipleship of the teenager Jesus who went to find his teacher Maitreya, who went to sit at the feet of Buddha who had come and gone five hundred years before his journey. He came to sit at the feet of those masters who had gone on before him. And he stopped at Luxor to be initiated in the first steps of the initiation temple, when he could have been accorded the full mantle of the Master of that temple.

"Jesus gave obeisance and deference to the order of hierarchy. And this you see well-recorded in scripture in the hour of his transfiguration—the Father and the Son ordaining the presence of the ascended master Moses, the presence of the ascended master Elijah. They talked with Jesus, they spoke with him! Ascended masters spoke with the unascended Son of God; and his disciples Peter, James, and John were witnesses and they wrote of it. And it is set forth in the Gospels.

"This is the example that is unmistakable of the chain of hierarchy. It illustrates that there were some who ascended and were in heaven with God before Jesus—such as Enoch, who walked with God and was not, for God took him."

"Beloved hearts of living fire, understand then that though there have been dispensations and though there have been pleas, each year and each month is a new day unlike any other—a new point on the current sine wave of the decades.

"We come to the close of 1982 and I stand once again pleading with the Lords of Karma. And they have said to me: Go and plead with the Keepers of the Flame, Saint Germain. For you know that the dispensation can only come from their hearts and their will to dedicate this final month of the year to the violet-flame transmutation of those conditions in the earth which will surely result in cataclysm, even in the next twenty-four months, unless some extraordinary release and momentum of violet flame, and therefore of intercession by the legions of the seventh ray, stand between mankind and their returning infamy.

"By the infamy of their words and their works, they have set in motion an awful destruction upon themselves. What a pity it is that the lightbearers and those who challenge the very citadel of God's laws must be side by side in the field of the world, and therefore, seemingly, the just suffer with the unjust.

"Blessed hearts, indeed it is true. We have a great need for illumination to go forth, and you are the bearers of our cup of golden liquid light to those who will surely join their voices to your own giving of the violet flame if they can only see the truth and understand the Law.

"Therefore, I do plead before the altar of your heart. And I give you, from my own momentum of service, vision and a staying action against the tides of your own forgetfulness, that you might remember and not forget that in the turning of the cycle of this year and every year until the year 2001, what must come to pass in the year next is largely determined by what can be transmuted in the final six weeks of the conclusion of the previous year.

"Therefore, to each and every one of you—you who have appointments here and there during this Christmas season, you who will tarry at Camelot or in the teaching centers, you who truly understand what the violet flame has meant in your life, I say: It is vital to your security and that of this movement that you understand that the cycles are tight and the coils are wound tightly.

"And each measured beat of our step to the Inner Retreat must contain within it many decisions and acts, all that must come to pass to bring about the proper place prepared—not for you alone but for the ten thousand whom Lanello has called as his own.

" . . . Blessed hearts secure in the violet flame, I grant you this from my heart's love: that if you so saturate our sanctuary and our earth and your own aura coincidentally with the violet flame, I will see to it that you will consciously hear my voice and my call wherever you are on the face of the earth.

"It is necessary that you keep the channels open to your lifestream. For my channels are always open, and I am on the receiving end of the communications of Alpha and Omega and the Most High God. And I am on the receiving end of the whispering of hearts who long for a greater and greater understanding of freedom day by day.

"Truly it is the consciousness of freedom, one's own sense of self-expansiveness in cosmos, that enables us together to experience certain 'confinements' (as other men would call them), certain disciplines of service that necessitate extreme concentration for the victory.

"While the body and the heart are chained to the Rock of Christ in his worship and deliverance and grace of the ages, the mind and the soul can soar to the Central Sun. Therefore, we understand the meaning of the alchemy of service and we understand the sine wave of returning karma that is the mandate of the age.

"I will give you a clue to the science of transmutation that is needed. It is needed that the ritual of our cloud, yours and mine together, and the decrees to the violet flame be given for each century and half a century of history, beginning with the very birth of the living Christ, who marks the point of the beginning of the spiral of the Light's release and the Star that was seen over Bethlehem—not only the star of his causal body but his causal body magnified by the Cosmic Christs and the Buddhas and the Seven Holy Kumaras. "Therefore in the beginning, in the moment of birth that you will celebrate at solstice and on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, remember that that is the point and the only point of perfection.

It would be well, then, to decide and therefore to design the remaining dates of this year, commencing from this day, to keep the vigil then of this Advent of the Lord by passing the flame and the calls to Astrea, which clear the way for a greater penetration of the violet flame, and the judgment calls which bind the fallen ones who were there to perform their deeds of infamy. For many of them are reincarnated in this very age, and you will find Pilate himself occupying a seat in the government of America.

" . . . And therefore, while you have the light of the messenger in embodiment, while you have a light of the continuing order of civilization, I pray you, simply organize the key events of each fifty years of a two-thousand-year period and daily speak them before the altar in your evening vigil and your violet-flame marathons, which I trust will begin immediately.

"And therefore, you can call for the judgment of all perpetrators of evil from the hour of the birth of Christ fifty years hence. Name those that are known in history books and make the calls in general for the dark deeds and the burdens that came upon the world in that epoch.

"Now, many of you are sensitive and you know when you are in a decree session when you have dealt with, when you have handled, the serpents. You sense the planetary clearing, you sense the clearing in the atmosphere and in your aura and in the community.

"And therefore, you see, you must tarry according to the cycles that you establish, assigning so many years per day. You must then tarry until you know you have fulfilled the flame and you can actually see the flame from the base of that civilization rise to the apex and beyond, and within that record there is a clear funneling of the violet flame and the flame has penetrated through all levels and layers of those dark records.

"Heretofore in the giving of the violet flame, your actions have begun with the present and moved backward. And the call went forth from Atlanta for the calling of the transmutation of the records of Atlantis. This also must be pursued. These are prior to this two-thousand-year period. These go back twelve thousand years and long beyond, into the distant past.

"These calls may be added to the daily work of the past two thousand years when, and only when, you as a group and the group conductor signify that the action is complete. It will require ingenuity to insert in your calls the Ritual of Exorcism, the naming of names, and every type of technique that you have been given in our teaching that is lawful before the Most High God.

"Realize, then, that it is our hope—the hope of Portia and me—that by New Year's Eve we will have a good report for the Lords of Karma and in their deliberations and considerations of your own letters, there might be a greater hope, a greater lining of gold, and a promise of victory and of daffodils in spring and forget-me-nots and purple irises and pink and rose begonias, as the flowers in the fields and the mountains sing yet another round as the seasons hold their cycles.

" . . . As with all things, time, time itself is on the side of the lightbearers. And their time is running out. And again, by your understanding of your role in the position of Christ the judge, you may call for the acceleration of the karmic cycles and the judgment of the oppressors of the people in every nation.

"Let us then come together to consider and reconsider the alchemy of cycles. For I suggest that at the conclusion of your service with the violet flame, you will have something to report to me and something to tell one another, a message to deliver from your hearts at our New Year's conclave here at Camelot. For you will gain a new depth of understanding of how the chelas of the light can make all the difference in the turning of the worlds."

"Beloved ones, I bring the good tidings of eternal renewal which come forth in the hour calculated as winter solstice from the point of the North, from the heart of the God Star and the center of the Father. Thus, the Light of winter solstice is like unto none other, for its descent leadeth thee in the way of the law of righteousness as exemplified in the Son. Thus, the Father's Light shines in the Son, and ye are that Son when ye are that sun! Thus, I come to admonish you by the sword of Maitreya to enter into the fire infolding itself of the mighty heart flame of thy being.

" . . . The dark night of the Spirit in the earth takes place during the weeks preceding and following winter solstice. Thus, during this period, from this hour through the New Year celebration, discover and understand the records upon records of the acts not of the apostles but of the fallen angels —the false apostles who have come to eclipse the Light of each one's God Star, each one's focus of Sirius, each one's I AM Presence. This is the hour when the Son of man cried out, 'My God, my God, why hast thou forsaken me?'

"Beloved ones, wars have begun; extreme forms of torture, terrorism, and torment have been heaped upon the body of Christ in these very dates and hours, century upon century—the mockery of the birth of the Son in the heart of His little ones, betrayals of nations in every form, and the sadistic rites of the denizens of hell.

"These weeks are fraught with burden to the soul, for the god of lust stalks the earth. Witness the intensification of red as the anger of hell presenting itself as the joy of angels. Witness the greed in the marketplace and the leading of the little children with Christmas carols to the slaughter, where they empty their pockets for the treasures of the world and gain not the single light atop the tree which often goes unnoticed—even as they do not reckon with nor recognize the star of the I AM Presence.

"Thus, according to the misuses of the Light by those on the left-handed path, the bowels of hell erupt in this season and many souls find themselves scattered hither and yon. Many pass from the screen of life, as it is also the end of the year and the harvest of souls through the same winter-solstice Light. That which descends from the Father may return to the Father in that hour."

"The Trouble with You Is . . . "

"We will start the period of confession with a meditation and an invocation. Then I'm going to leave you to complete it on your own time. Don't complete it, however, until you feel that you have totally removed every last vestige of fear. Remember those elements of self-doubt or guilt that plague you in the night or come to you when, as a child of light, you are under the burden of world condemnation. Like Johnny one-note, they hammer away on the same note.

"Even loved ones, people in your family—God bless them and forgive them, for they know not what they do—as well as those around us in life, whether as employees or friends, seem to delight in telling us what's wrong with us. Some people will always say, 'The trouble with you is . . . ' and on they will go like a broken record, but it may last for ten or twenty years.

"You will never be able to get over what the trouble with you is, because it's almost a rebellious reaction by the person telling you, for it's a karmic interchange. You can go somewhere you've never been and a new friend will start complaining about you for the very same thing. So it wasn't unique to the person who began the complaint but it is now unique to you because you're carrying that record in your aura. The demons travel with you. They will hop on somebody else's back and mouth their mouthings against you.

"Now that does not mean that you are wholly innocent. You may be receiving a message from angels of light or your Christ Self that you refused to hear from the Guru centuries ago. Your best friends may be telling you what you need to know and refuse to hear, and you still refuse to correct your ways.

"Therefore we should always listen to our accusers and find out whether there is any merit to what they say. Either it's a lie fabricated out of the whole cloth and we are innocent, or the lie that's being told may have some foundation in fact somewhere in our present existence or in a past one. If it is true, it doesn't matter who speaks it. We must deal with that cutting sword because the object of our purging and self-purification is to become part of the sword of truth and to be on the cutting edge of truth—to be able to stand the truth whether it's hurtful, whether it's hateful or whether it seems to destroy the entire base of our identity.

". . . I have to give you one more point about mechanization man. They have an absence of love, an inability to love, for they live by human sympathy. Corollary to the inability to love is the inability to forgive and forget. You will find in mechanization man or in individuals who have forsaken the threefold flame and been cut off from God that they will never, ever forget your sins.

"As long as you live they will tell you about the terrible thing you did to them ten or twenty years ago. It's the most amazing thing. You have long ago accelerated into the light. You have sent billowing love throughout the cosmos, and you meet someone you once knew and they're still as angry as they were twenty years ago. They are still carrying around their unwillingness to forget.

"Without love, there is no forgiveness. Without forgiveness there's no ability to forget. When people hold something against you year in, year out, or nations carry on their vendettas century after century, continually engaging in wars, you are seeing either a race of mechanization man,
individual mechanized man, or those who have been cut off from the Source because they have literally murdered God in their own temple.

"People put out the flame of life by their hate and hate creation. Although they are cut off, they continue to exist in the physical dimension because the physical forcefield continues; life continues because of its decay rate, its disintegration factor. I am suspicious of people who don't forgive and forget. If you look a little further, you will find it is because they don't truly love. They are dangerous people—dangerous in private life and public life. This is a bit of wisdom that comes from years of experience and from years of having God teach me to observe characteristics through those experiences."

"Of such import has been the coming-together of devotees of light down through the ages that when The Summit Lighthouse was founded, I set the pattern of the quarterly conferences for the anchoring of the cycles of the year. By coming together four times a year to give and receive, chelas of the Ascended Masters render an incomparable service to the Great White Brotherhood. If you could behold our quarterly conferences from the inner planes, you would observe how the chelas build the forcefield in the physical plane by their devotions and by their oneness and how hierarchy lowers a grid that is the mandala for that class in the etheric plane over the physical place where the class is held.

"The mandala is like a snowflake—unique in its design, never seen before, never to appear again. This geometric design suspended over the group is the focal point in which the energies of the group coalesce to magnetize, as a magnet of light, the releases of the Ascended Masters that are planned by the Karmic Board for that particular conference. Each lecture that is scheduled and each dictation that is given fills in a portion of the mandala, and the application of the students intensifies the action of the sacred fire that can be released to the planet.

"Our conferences are held for the turning of the cycles of the year—winter solstice, spring equinox, summer solstice, and autumn equinox. The physical changes occur prior to the conference and the light released from the hierarchies of the sun at the change of the seasons is then expanded by ascended and unascended beings serving together at the conferences for the fulfillment of a cosmic purpose on earth as it is in heaven.

"Whenever possible, you should seize the opportunity to attend such a conference. What’s more, you should make possible the impossible through the alchemy of invocation to your own God Being. Not only are these conferences the most important experience of a lifetime in terms of the expansion of consciousness and the transmutation of untold substance in your world, but your willingness to serve as a coordinate on earth for the hierarchies of light will earn for you a momentum of good karma that you can ill afford to be without.

"God needs man and man needs God. This is the law of the hallowed circle of the AUM. And when you find yourself standing in that circle, ever-widening, that is formed for the final release of the Lord of the World to the devotees at the conclusion of a conference, you will know that all that I have told you is indeed true; and by the thread of contact with hierarchy which you have established, your life will never be the same."

" . . . With the passing of the light of solstice, therefore, there is come into manifestation the light of victory, the light of eternal worlds. And with the light of equinox, there is established the power of freedom's flame on the four quadrants of the mighty sign of fire.

"Therefore, beloved hearts, let there be the light of Christus known. And understand, with each successive year and turning of the quadrants of the year, the sign of Aquarius does manifest more and more in the physical octave—and with that sign, the demand for purification! Thus we come, bearers of the eternal water, and the fire of the water is the light flowing of freedom.

"Thus, the command of the Central Sun is the mighty grid of light. It is the solar ring. It is ring upon ring descending and expanding, as well, in concentric rings of light from the Great Central Sun, reaching out therefore and inundating with the fire of the seventh ray all lifewaves and evolutions who come under this Aquarian light.

"O four cosmic forces and elemental beings of light, I AM in the heart of the earth! I AM in the heart of the sun! I AM sealing in the hearts of my faithful witnesses in government, in church and state, in this activity, in every prayer vigil worldwide, in every heart that yearns for freedom and does sacrifice for it—I AM sealing the light and the dispensation for 1984. And I give mighty gifts of light from my causal body, which is my opportunity in the name of Alpha and Omega to endow freedom-lovers everywhere with a portion of my own dispensation for the year received from the heart of the Great Central Sun.

"Therefore, I hasten this very day not to lose a moment in the cycle appearing of that descent of real and living fire, that those who have longed to take action for liberty, for the Goddess of Liberty, may this day feel the fervor in their hearts and in the heart of the threefold flame for that action and for that victory.

" . . . Henceforth and forevermore, therefore, recognize that that ring established by the hierarchies of light and ordained by God will also contain the mighty fervor of the freedom flame. And those established by yourselves in dynamic decree may or may not also receive that flame according to the decision of the hierarchy of Aquarius, which I now introduce to you as mighty beings of light who do descend, carrying the flame of Aquarius from the Great Central Sun and therefore sealing this solar system and the very heart of Helios and Vesta in the major dispensation of the light of Aquarius that has not heretofore been transmitted to these Matter spheres. " . . . Hierarchies of Aquarius are now leading 144,000 beings of light who procession from the Central Sun, from the heart of Alpha and Omega, to the heart of Helios and Vesta. And they do arc that fire from Helios and Vesta to the heart of the twin stars, Venus and Earth. And therefore, Hesperus and Terra now receive the increment of the fire of our twin flames—Alpha and Omega, Portia and my own—for the sustaining light in this solar system of the activities of Aquarius to come. "As they procession, I desire to have played the 'March of the Priests,' that you might now in your finer bodies, in your Electronic Presence of your own Christ Self, rise into a new dimension and feel yourselves, as my own very dear chelas, a part of this mighty procession. This is a march of peace and of freedom, of enlightenment and love, of wisdom and the God-determination to fulfill the fiery coil of Aquarius.

"And wherever my name is spoken and wherever the teachings of this messenger go forth, so let it be heard and so let it be established that this mighty march of the legions of Aquarius has, in truth, established this teaching and the flame of the Great White Brotherhood and the eternal matrix of Aquarius for this two-thousand-year dispensation.

"My beloved Keepers of the Flame, the hierarchs of Aquarius and their legions and priests and priestesses of the sacred fire have assembled in the retreat of the Temple of the Sun of Helios and Vesta. They gather there even as their bands continue to march from the God Star, from the Central Sun beyond into the very heart of this system. My beloved, it is from this system that I have chosen to dedicate my life with this evolution for the inauguration of an age of which we are the hierarchs, representing the twin flames of Alpha and Omega to vast evolutions.

"We come, therefore, that you might understand that though the fires of Aquarius and the winds of Aquarius have been sensed, and with this freedom in the air and in the very waves of the sea and the very bones of her people, there has been also a misuse of freedom as individuals who had not the purity of attainment on the seventh ray have taken the light of that ray to spawn various doctrines in all fields—new wave in music, in art, and in fad and fashion.

"Even the philosophies of World Communism, dialectical materialism, socialism, a certain form of the misuse of capitalism, and economic theory—all these have been instigated by a sensing of the oncoming freedom and a failure to appropriate the true freedom by the threefold flame of the heart or, in fact, by a direct challenge and rebellion against that freedom and the desire to preempt it by thrusting forward, even more than a century in advance of our coming, the dweller on the threshold of that very flame of Aquarius. Thus you understand always the point/counterpoint.

"We descend in the victory of the God flame, and these hierarchs and priests and priestesses, angelic hosts come as mighty coordinates of the sacred fire of the ring of freedom, the mighty solar ring of the Great Causal Body of the Central Sun and of all members of the Great White Brotherhood. And they represent also the mighty band of freedom in your own causal body of light.

"Therefore, after an undetermined, undisclosed period with Helios and Vesta, these legions and representatives of Aquarius will come immediately, gathering in the earth body at various degrees of the octaves of the planes of Matter, to reinforce the sign of Aquarius and the mighty coil of Aquarius in all fields: in education, in the arts, in drama, in science, in culture, in oceanography, in all manifestations of the branches of the military, in all levels of government—national, international and the states and sections—in all branches of law and medicine, in the economies of the nations, in the care of people, in health, in diet, in new forms of life, and in all those forms of progress that are to be made in this age.

"These representatives from the Great Central Sun come with a mighty action of power and the strength of God's will to reinforce the alignment of noble hearts, dedicated hearts of goodwill and of living fire, to bring forth, therefore, out of their own causal bodies and from the hierarchs of Aquarius themselves those new dispensations which must be forthcoming in communications, in the media, in the transmission of the word via satellite, in the entire establishment of peace and defense, in dealing with nuclear energy, in dealing with the interior of the earth and all that pertains to the evolution of life, including even genetics itself.

"Beloved ones, they come to stop the action of the perversion of the flame of freedom that has occurred even in ancient times on Atlantis and Lemuria to the destruction of those civilizations. And they come to set to naught the fallen ones and that abuse and that rebellion, to place before them and the sons of God the true divine plan for Aquarius that all might choose to live within the framework of that divine plan, else also face the judgment for past misdeeds of all previous dispensations.

"Beloved ones, we are speaking of those who have had the freedom to choose to align themselves with God's will for aeons, who in fact have come to the very end of their evolution. If they will repent of their deeds and come into the marvelous molecule of Light, the vast matrix of the Godhead for Aquarius, we will even set aside that karma and allow them to balance it in the service of the mighty flame of freedom during these two thousand years.

"But if they will not relent, will not repent, but are determined to overthrow this dispensation, to move against it in the person of the destroyers and the spoilers, then they will face their own timetable of the final judgment at the Court of the Sacred Fire.

"Thus, these legions of light and priests come as disciplinarians and as representatives of the World Teachers who will add the mighty violet flame to the teachings given and will instruct in the new awareness of invention and the awareness of just what is in the earth until by and by, through all of this transmutation, there does come to pass in the future the opening up of the physical temples of the Great White Brotherhood to certain of those in embodiment who are able to retain the flame of God-Harmony and enter therein and learn of me and mine even while they are in their physical bodies.

"As it has been in the past, you have been taken and are still being taken in your finer bodies, in the etheric envelope, into the etheric retreats. Beloved hearts, we do have our physical retreats in inaccessible places, and we desire to receive students in their physical bodies. Much must transpire before this does come to pass. But I tell you, the mighty presence of these hierarchs has long been anticipated by us, and we have attended their coming and looked forward to it for these past two thousand years. Even in the hour of the birth of Jesus, I looked to the new day when they would come and also be the liberators of his message, that by the flame of Aquarius the message of all previous avatars, the Buddhas, and the Christed ones would finally and at last be understood and known.

"And when I took my leave of that octave in that life as Joseph, I cherished the hour and the day when my Son and I would stand together to introduce the light of Aquarius by first correcting the misconceptions concerning the teachings of Jesus and building thereupon the way of the violet flame and the way of the ascension for every man, woman, and child of the heart of God.

"O beloved ones, we, too, rejoice and we are so gratified at the ongoing movement of our chelas
—advancements made, new understandings you have gained, and thereby, with the ability to see and to know God, also the increase of your own stature. And as you have become larger and larger in your perspective and world view, you have been able to contain more and more lifestreams, to draw them under your wing and to succor and nurse them and to care for many
—even thousands and millions—through your dynamic decrees. By your pure hearts' love and devotion expanding, the very eye and center of the orifice has expanded, and greater and greater love tides have flowed through you to the blessing of the I AM Race everywhere.

"We see great progress in the world order; it is a progress of internal cycles. While we recognize that that which is unreal, that that which is of the dark, that that which defies the living Deity must be no more, must be bound and set aside, we see the strength of the green shoot becoming the green branch of the mighty green tree—and the liberty tree is established.

"And we understand the strength of the sons of God and we see the great gains. And we see even the questioning by those who have avowedly been on the left-handed path (only by being traduced by their leaders) now reconsidering, now having second thoughts about that path, and coming more and more into the center of alignment with their own God Presence and their own Christ Self.

"Beloved ones, I bring you a message of great encouragement for this year so that you will know that though the worlds may tremble, though astounding events may come to pass, yet in the very center of the eye is the ongoing work of acquainting the new students with the teaching, drawing in the old chelas of Morya who have but to be tapped on the shoulder to recognize where has been the source of their devotion and fervor and love for the will of God.

"Thus, there is a great gathering and a thinning of the veil and every hope and promise that the work of Jophiel and Christine, especially in Central and South America, will bear good fruit and that that divine illumination will also penetrate to those who in their misguided fervor are indeed aligned with the wrong individuals and the wrong leaders and are still involved in idolatry. When they see the daystar from on high, when they see their Mighty I AM Presence, I assure you they will leave off from following the human personality and worship the one God.

"Therefore, pray for the opening of the inner sight and the mighty miracle of the Great White Brotherhood for the vision of the people of God to behold the Mighty I AM Presence, to see God face-to-face, to know that Christ Self, and therefore, when acquainted with this teaching, to recognize the confirmation of their own inner experience and their inner faith—which has already happened to thousands of people in the world who are yet waiting in the outer sense for the confirmation of seeing the Chart and studying the teachings.

"We are gratified for the translations and encourage you to accelerate and increase, beloved hearts, for many but need the Word and therefore have already said, 'Here I am, Lord, send me!' "

"Thus, the Lords of Karma have sent me to speak to you concerning the final exams of the year, which have concluded at summer solstice, whereby you can judge yourselves and give yourselves grades and marks that will be totally accurate; for you now see through the Mind of Christ. The Lords of Karma have sent me that you might pause for a moment in a cosmic interval of Love to receive counsel, instruction and warning that if you do not apply the Law of the One and the Law of Love that you have been taught, one day the blessings accrued to your lifestreams for good works must be [applied to] paying the debts of the misuse of that Light and enlightenment given.

"Thus, beloved, learn the responsibility of Love and to be Love and to utter Love. Let kind words be matched by kind thoughts, kind feelings. Learn, then, to let the Love of God ooze from every chakra, from every pore, as the oil of Love itself that comes from all of your being. Let there be the strengthening of these frames of thy house, these four lower bodies. Approach this project diligently and scientifically. Strengthen, O strengthen the shaft of the will of God.

"Now, beloved, your soul shall hear from this moment and through this night, and some even for many weeks, a true rendering of your manifestations that you might look upon yourself as though you were another person standing next to you and you might 'size up,' as you say, that individual and from the standpoint of your Holy Christ Self instruct that one and assist that one to change and then determine in your heart that you shall be your Holy Christ Self in action.

"I AM Listening Angel, and I have spoken to you of the necessity of listening to God. In this my dissertation to you tonight I would speak of the necessity of listening to yourself with the view to raising the vibration so that there is a merging of your soul with your Holy Christ Self by the power of the Holy Spirit's Love. And in that merging, beloved, all things are boosted by Light to a proper frequency, and you do not go to the depths of the valleys of the sine waves but you find a greater oscillation without having to descend.

" . . . O the joy of self-mastery in this octave! O the joy of walking this earth in the full mastery of your Holy Christ Self! This, this is the path of the Bodhisattva, which Kuan Yin and Mother Mary can teach you if you ask them.

"Balance, beloved, and the great love of perfection, the great love of the Law and the desire to be that incarnate, that others might see and know the way by merely glancing at you! None can hide the aura of Light nor the magnet of the heart that draws all people to the feet of their own I AM Presence. None can deny it, beloved.

"Therefore, let thy Light shine! For the Light will shine. The Light will pierce the Darkness. It will pierce even those committed to the Night.

"Blessed ones, the day does arrive when thy Light is seen. In that day may you have the possession of all of your faculties and may you be in control of the thoughts of the mind, the musings of the heart, the desirings, the feelings so deep of the soul.

"Blessed ones, in this moment opportunity is expansive for you individually to bequeath to a world a Path, an Example and a Teaching!

" . . . I will tell you what the Karmic Board has told me to tell you: You have in your hand, in your heart and in your mind all that you need to become masters in the earth, adepts, initiates."

Call for the Physical Body (1 week before Christmas)

In the name I AM THAT I AM, we invoke the presence of beloved Mighty Victory and the Lords of Individuality, beloved Cyclopea and the Lords of Form, beloved Lord Maitreya and the Lords of Mind. We lovingly surrender all substance on the 9, 10 and 11 o¹clock lines of the Cosmic Clock and we pray for the strengthening of the qualities of God Reality, God Vision, and God Victory in the physical quadrant of our being.

We call to the Christmas angels to draw nigh and to fill our hearts with the joy of the Living Christ as we light the candles of this Advent wreath. May the burning down of these Advent candles represent the transmutation of all negative substance in each of the four quadrants of our being. Let this evergreen wreath, representing the ever-living circle of perfect wholeness, become a healing thoughtform to restore us to our true identity in God.

Give Decree 0.06 "O Mighty Threefold Flame of Life"

Zarathustra has asked us to give his decree, "O Mighty Threefold Flame of Life," in the six weeks preceding Christmas (starts November 13):

"I descend into the very heart of the earth and the Woman and her seed. And the seed of Light in the Mother flame does receive the impetus now, intensifying by the Light of the Trinity the action of the threefold flame.

" . . . This mantra will call my Electronic Presence around you . . . Whilst you are giving it, I am realigning your chakras, assisting you to balance the threefold flame at all costs and to bring God-control into every aspect of your life."

"When there is a difficult task and when there is a challenge the best thing to do is to plunge in. Look neither to the right nor to the left but keep on following the Mark of the God Star Sirius.

" . . . Do not let the Sun set before you have ignited a golden fire of victory within your temple, without your temple.

" . . . Whatever it takes to remind you to offer a fiat to God once in each sixty minutes, let it be done . . . Beloved, be my emissary. Be the emissary of Portia, I ask you.

" . . . Watch what you take in through the mouth and watch what comes out of the mouth . . . I come; I have been through every woe and burden of condemnation and trial and betrayal that anyone could ever know upon this planet, for I have been here a long long long time . . . I am not going to get the victory over you: you are going to get the victory over yourself, because you are the only one who can get that victory!

" . . . Do it now, beloved! (Congregation gives fiats, claiming their empowerment:) "In the name of my Mighty I AM Presence I claim my empowerment by the Holy Spirit. And I shout it to the heavens and I reach the God Star!"

I thank thee and I accept this done right now with full power. I AM this done right now with full power. This is the full manifestation of the Law of Love that raises me to my eternal Victory,
now and forever!
