The Mosaic of Life

Children of the great light of freedom from America and the world, I greet you on this day—the celebration of my own ascension in the Light! <1> I AM come into your very midst with a cosmic angel of Light, guardian of the heart of America and the heart of her destiny.

This magnificent angel of Light bears the banner of the Union, bears the flag of these United States. And you can look and see the flag as it is used in this hour—and look again. For that golden light of victory and of eternal Life, wherein the golden stripes replace the red, is also apparent as the immaculate matrix of the heart of a Cosmic Virgin who does ever behold the Light-bearers who bear the Light of the Mighty I AM Presence as coming to the victory of our mission upon earth.

Portia stands with me as we celebrate our union. For, as you know, it was in the hour of my ascension that she, the beloved, stepped forth out of the Great Silence to greet me once again after my long sojourn in incarnation upon earth.

(Ladies and gentlemen, children, won’t you be seated.)

In my final life as Francis Bacon I endeavored to set forth, as I was able, those keys to the destiny of America that each and every one of you hold, as members of the I AM Race, within the nucleus of your heart in a very precious golden box that is upon the altar of your temple. There, in the heart of Life, are the secrets of the ages and the mysteries which I have come to unveil.

I AM indeed the one anointed as the seventh angel in this dispensation, come for the finishing of the mystery of God! <2> Blessed ones, the unveiling of those mysteries through beloved Godfre and Lotus and through your own messengers has come to an hour of fulfillment for many—and to the hour of beginning for others among you.

Therefore, we arc our rainbow rays of light, our causal bodies of our twin flames, from this seat-of-the-soul chakra of America to the throat chakra in Washington, D.C. <3> We arc now a mighty band of light—of purple and violet and intense action of transmutation—that the souls who have gathered there might receive in their hearts this Word that I give, this dispensation, and that magnificent God flame which is to reveal those mysteries which are to be finished by your very lives—by the living in action of the principle of the I AM set forth to you in life by these messengers which form a foursquare manifestation as the base of Life and of the mystery of the Word.

Therefore, the messengers assemble. And the three ascended form the action of the Trinity as the one who remains in the physical octave focuses the Light of the Mother. See, then, how the miracle of Mighty Victory and of the threefold flame continues the mission in an unbroken stream of light.

We are here determined that your own lifestreams will anchor the Light of the messengers and that you shall go before to prepare the people for that Word that is delivered from this Altar of Invocation—for the preparing of hearts, the plowing of the field, the planting of the seed. And then the seed that begins to grow in consciousness is indeed become the affirmation of the Word by those who know not yet the source of that Word or the source of that seed or of the sunlight of love of the saints who make it grow unto its full expression.

Beloved hearts, the dawn of freedom as an idea in the hearts of the people has come forth from our own twin flames and from many others who have gone before—the dawn of the idea of justice and of mercy. These principles enshrined in that divine document, the Constitution of the United States of America, have gained worldwide acceptance and practice in this nation and in some other nations.

Many have risen to that point of education and understanding wherein, despite their untransmuted hatreds and animosities and angers, they yet concur that the way to peace is by law, by order, by reason, by interaction, by justice, by the courts, and by the application of the systems of jurisprudence that have evolved out of the Judeo-Christian tradition and out of the law set forth within this Constitution.

Beloved hearts, that which has been common law in England has also become a part of that which is ratified in the hearts of the English-speaking peoples throughout the earth. Therefore, you see, I have truly planted my Law in their inward parts! I have written it there. <4> And I have also sealed, in that golden box upon the altar of the Light-bearers, those teachings of the I AM—those teachings inscribed in those three books dictated to beloved Godfre and set forth by the twin flames of their messengership.

Realize, then, that the key to the liberation of souls upon earth is the prior acceptance, by millions of people, of the firstfruits of the Law. One by one, there is fulfilled that mosaic of Life for every lifestream. For there is a magnificent mural—that is painted by each one’s own Christ Self—of that which is the divine plan. And it is a mighty mural of Life. And it is a mosaic that the soul may read—block by block, square by square—and thereby fill in that mosaic, as above so below.

As we gaze upon the hearts and the auras of God’s people, we see, in varying degrees, the filling in of the mosaic of Life by word and action, thought and feeling, the daily deeds that are the determined deeds to conquer and to win by the Light of the I AM Presence. For some there is a clear perception of the Source; and therefore, the Light of Divinity and of the Mighty I AM Presence and of the causal body, as it was revealed to Godfre, is there emblazoned. For others it remains an area unfulfilled, for those squares of the mosaic in outer manifestation are not fulfilled. And they are not fulfilled, as the filling in of the aura, save when there is a conscious understanding in this octave.

We see, then, as we would report to you this day from the archives of the Royal Teton Retreat, that by the publications of the dictations in this activity and the I AM activity, many have come into an awareness, and intense illumination by the crown chakras of the ascended masters, of conditions shortly to come to pass upon earth—conditions of their own karma, of planetary karma—of the wisdom teachings of the Law, and a generally greater awareness of their own identity.

Thus, before the Great Central Sun I have stood in the hour of the celebration of my own victory. And I have received the commendation of Alpha and beloved Omega this day that because some from the ascended octave have responded to my desire to deliver to the people of Light upon earth the violet flame and the teachings of the Mighty I AM Presence, many have been blessed, many have risen to the ascension, and others have reembodied—even from the I AM activity—and are among you in this hour as little children, determined to return to earth and spread forth the teaching of the mission and the memory of the Ancient of Days!

Therefore because, beloved ones, you have embodied the Law!—as practical application, as examples of it—I have also received a new dispensation for this decade unto the fulfillment of the seventy-year cycle begun on that very eve of the new year 1931—bringing us, then, to the year 2001.

Beloved hearts, that activity which was experienced in the Royal Teton Retreat, <5> successfully accomplished, was done so that those who are the disciples among you may follow in the footsteps of beloved Godfre and Lotus and their son, and that therefore the activation and acceleration of garments of light worn in previous golden ages might be useful in the acceleration of your own ascension.

You can see the short cycles which transpired unto the hour of the victory of the ascension of beloved Godfre. And that experience in the Royal Teton Retreat was one of the very important keys to that activity which led to the ascension of beloved Godfre, truly who came and gave his life and laid it down and took it up again. <6> Though mere mortals did not see, yet he was and is resurrected and ascended in the Light and therefore walked the path of the crucifixion, the resurrection, and the ascension which we continue to celebrate in these forty days following the resurrection of the Lord Jesus Christ.

You realize, then, that sons of God have ever been required to pass through these initiations. And I tell you, in the name of the God of Freedom, the Universal God of All, whose name I bear, and in the name of God Obedience <7> —your beloved Godfre did walk through and experience the physical, mental, emotional crucifixion on earth, not only in his final incarnation but in many previous ones. And therefore, you may perceive it!

And I show it to you at inner levels, even by the Cosmic Mirror of the Royal Teton Retreat in this hour, that you might understand that the preaching of the Word of the path of the crucifixion to you by this messenger is not a far-off mystery but one that you can understand and see as that which bears fruit and gives to the entire I AM Race that new impetus. For every new dispensation is wrought by the very blood of the Lamb, <8> by the very process of the laying down of one’s life and taking it again.

Therefore, I bow before the Light of every saint in heaven, for they continue to release the essence of the sacred fire to infuse this mystical body of God upon earth with that Light which is necessary for the conclusion of this mission of Light! My blessed ones, I come with a mighty fervor! I come to reinstill in you the love and the desire to know those first steps of Truth, those fundamental principles of the Law. Therefore, I commend Keepers of the Flame in this activity to reread in these days the first three books of the I AM activity—the Unveiled Mysteries, The Magic Presence, and The “I AM” Discourses—that you will have the realization of the Path that has been carved for you and the Path that you are continuing in these days of acceleration of Light and the outcropping of darkness.

Beloved hearts, I reveal to you that the ascension of your own beloved messenger Lanello took place in the same manner described to you by beloved Lotus when she was in embodiment—and read to you by the messenger this day. It is the new dispensation whereby all of the light that is residual within the four lower bodies and the chakras is drawn up by the ascending one into that Higher Mental Body, which you know to be your own Christ Self, and drawn up again into the victory of the ascension. And therefore, the body of light that is taken again and that becomes the ascended master light body is formed out of—is accelerated out of—this light that is drawn up. <9>

Therefore, let not your hearts be troubled. For it is because of this new dispensation that the students of the Mighty I AM Presence may lay down the life of the physical body (which then passes through the physical fire at the appointed hour after three days) and therefore ascend from inner levels, that you might see that truly heaven’s doors have opened wide. And it is not a subject, then, which can be ridiculed—this teaching of the ascension—by any of those who are the opponents of the Light. For, you see, we have never said nor expected that students should be required to attain the physical ascension—though indeed, in the proper circumstances, some may very well accomplish this, as it has been said.

Beloved hearts! Thus, in the case of the three messengers ascended, all have taken this route. And because they have done so, it is available to you if you will remember the teaching that you must desire with all of your heart to ascend into the very living presence of God!—a desire founded upon the love of God and not a desire for the escape of the things of this world, a desire to escape one’s karma, one’s responsibility.

Therefore, let the desire be pure. And within the desire for the ascension, let there be the desire to mount as the Mighty Blue Eagle from Sirius—to mount the spiral of the ascension and on the way to realize that you can experience this mounting ascension spiral as you spend an entire lifetime in service to the children of the Light and to the wayward children who have yet not surrendered their free will to the will of God!

Therefore, I speak to you concerning this subject. For there are those gathered here and throughout our centers across the earth who are children of the Light, and there are others who are still the wayward children who will come and receive our teaching and yet it is because they fear rather than love the Lord. And they are content to sit and mechanically recite their decrees— somehow thinking to fool themselves, to fool those who are their leaders, the Mighty I AM Presence, and the ascended host.

Beloved hearts of Light, I have come! I have come to dedicate the Inner Retreat to the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin. Do you understand that beloved Mother Mary, as the focus of the Universal Mother in heaven and within the heart of the Mother of the Flame, is placing over that Inner Retreat her full Presence of Light with that of beloved Gautama Buddha? <10>

And that Inner Retreat is dedicated to souls of Light, children of the Light who have confessed their sins and repented of them and have used the violet flame liberally to transmute them and who are determined to walk the path of the ascension in this life and to meet all requirements of that path and to establish their hearts with God—as it is said, to get right with God. Therefore, you can expect that those who are called to serve there must have the resolution of all opposing and warring forces within their members <11> that pull yet upon them and draw them into outer things of this world.

Realize, then, that you who have not made your covenant with God, with Life, to serve his children and to ascend in this life must consider that this activity is for those disciples who are doing so and who have done so. Realize that the prophecy that many must make this decision within months is for you! <12> For the months and weeks are cycles. And many at inner levels in the hour of beloved Godfre’s ascension made that God-determination to ascend in this incarnation—or in the next incarnation, as the case may be for those of you who had yet to take embodiment in that hour.

Beloved hearts, some of you came into embodiment trailing clouds of glory with the ascended Son Jesus Christ, declaring:

Lo, I AM come to do thy will, O God!

Lo, I AM come to manifest the victory of the ascension in this life!

And those were the words you spoke when you descended into that form prepared for you! Beloved hearts, you are the determined ones who settled your very disturbances before this lifetime—disturbances with the use of free will, with the understanding of hierarchy ascended and unascended and the true Path.

There are those of you who did not tie into that spiral of the ascension of Godfre, who did not therefore make that determination, who came into this embodiment still not affirming that affirmation of the victorious Son of God. I come to you in this hour. And, with Portia, we give to you the opportunity of the new dispensation given to us this day from the Great Central Sun—to yet affirm your calling and your election, <13> to yet set a fire and a mighty spiral of dedication of this, your life!

It matters not your age—whether you are an octogenarian or in the first few months of life. Those who receive my Word, those who receive the seed matrix of my delivery, will know! For I AM appearing to all who should have and make this statement in this life as a vow to Mighty Victory and all who came to the Royal Teton from Venus on that very night!

Blessed hearts, Portia and I will come to you. We will come to everyone upon this planetary body. We will come, therefore. And you may respond. And you may recite the Word of the Son of God:

Lo, I AM come to do thy will, O God!

Lo, I AM come to make my ascension in this life and to demonstrate the victory of the path of the ascension to all evolutions upon earth!

Therefore, beloved ones, by that inner dedication of the Law of Love and Life, you will receive the impetus from the Great Central Sun, not only of my dispensation in this hour but of that of the upward momentum of the spiral of the victory of beloved Godfre, beloved Lotus, and beloved Lanello, that you may move in the very vortex of that fire all the days of your service upon earth!

Now I say to you, Is this not a mighty gift of Light in this hour of the commemoration of my own? [“Yes!”]

Blessed hearts, I ask you to rise and give the salutation to your own Mighty I AM Presence:

Hail, beloved Mighty I AM Presence!

(Beloved hearts, please be seated.)

I desire you to know that in the hour when you give me personally that salutation, I transmit it to your own Mighty I AM Presence, knowing full well that therein lies your victory. And I AM walking beside you, that each time you affirm my name I affirm your name before your own God Self—that your soul might reach new heights of consciousness and new awareness in Christ.

My beloved ones, I come to you in the historical stream of Israel, of Sanat Kumara, of the twelve tribes, of the I AM Race, of those who are come to be priests and priestesses of the sacred fire. I come to you with an intense understanding of the history of the United States. And I admonish you all to study that history; for it is a history not merely of those who are past, but it is a history of the unfoldment of the Word, even as sacred scriptures East and West and in the Old and New Testaments unveil the history of the individual soul and the overcoming of every foe and fantasy of illusion that would beset the path of the Light-bearer.

I come to remind you of a spiritual heritage and of the founding of a great nation. I come to remind you that you are called to hold a nucleus of Light in the heart of America, a magnet in that Inner Retreat that will be as a Great Central Sun Magnet sending forth the rays, even the heart’s rays, of the devotion of Akhenaten in your own Lanello <14> —being pathways of light that souls might find the way to their own God Presence and to that place upon earth consecrated to the ascension of the Woman and her seed! <15>

I come to remind you that in the hour of the release of great Light of the ascension of Godfre, war and the engines of war as they had never been seen upon earth were moving through Europe. And therefore, he took that ascension as the supreme sacrifice for the victory of America. Therefore, the holding of the line of the twin flame Lotus through those years was the “as-above-so-below” necessary.

Beloved hearts of Light, the fallen ones were present, the black magicians in Europe. And they were exposed. They came to the fore. And by the Light of the Word of the I AM, by the perpetual prayer, the dynamic decrees of the students, there was the staying action of the hand of God and the deliverance of this nation from a great darkness that could have covered the land.

We see, then, that the statement by Lotus of those vicious forces seeking to manifest in America and the world was prophetic, not only of those years of World War II but of the period which followed and is mounting even to the present hour. You can see that since that hour, beloved hearts, there has come upon earth a new kind of war—a warfare of Armageddon. And as your own Solzhenitsyn says, the Third World War has been fought and lost! <16> And indeed it may be said. For the fallen ones have found new ways to conquer souls—through drugs, through the eruption of the entire astral plane upon America and the world.

And so we have seen in the decades that followed that Second World War, not the rising up of ascended master youth but the putting down of that youth by the fallen angels and the Watchers <17> who remain abroad in the land and at inner levels—and who, day by day, are being brought to the judgment by your calls that are fervent and determined and most necessary. Blessed ones, we are seeing now in this decade of 1980 the results of the misuse, the misapplication of the very light that came forth as a cosmic dispensation. Whereas some have ascended and the requirements of the Law have been fulfilled and amplified again by this activity of light, there has also been a misuse of that light and, if you will, a miscarriage of justice.

That miscarriage has occurred in the institutions of education, of society, of the economy where the light has not flowed to the people but rather has been usurped by the fallen ones in everything from outright war in Vietnam, to welfare, to indulgence, to that humanism that is called “scientific” that has entered the public schools by an emphasis upon sex—not as the raising of the sacred fire, but as the squandering of that light.

If you will study those three books, you will realize and see that the dispensations and teachings that were given were such a threat to the fallen ones that they evolved entire systems—from marijuana to sensitivity training to all sorts of experimentations with the human body and the chakras—to siphon off the light, to deter souls of Light from their I AM Presence, to take from them that energy of the crown chakra and of the heart and of the Word itself, to divert it, to amplify and amplify again the miscreations of the lower chakras. And therefore we have seen the rise of genetic engineering and pollution by the misuse of the light of chemistry, which again is the misuse of the light of Alpha and Omega in the fiery core of every atom of Matter substance.

It would be interesting for you indeed to realize this battle of Armageddon that has been carried on since the hour of Godfre’s ascension. And you will understand, therefore, how point/counterpoint there has been the reversing of this dispensation of light and how again, with the coming of the teachings and of Omega’s dispensation exposing the false hierarchy <18> and giving forth the Mother’s manifestos—once again there is that point/counterpoint whereby the counterrevolution of the fallen ones has been countered again by the ascended hosts of Light and many among you who are here for the deliverance of the age! And the deliverance and fulfillment of all that was begun in the I AM activity and this activity is therefore come to pass!

Thus, beloved hearts, with the knowledge of the Law and the spreading abroad of that teaching, many hearts who may not yet entirely accept the path of the ascension are coming into an affirmation of the Word that is given. Some may agree, finally, that marijuana is harmful. Some may agree that there ought to be a return to the gold standard in America. Some may agree that more stringent laws regarding crime ought to be enacted. And therefore, you see, each agreement of that which we recommend from the ascended octaves is, in fact, an affirmation of the Great White Brotherhood and of the ascended masters.

Therefore realize that when Truth is given in the magazine The Coming Revolution and when it is spoken by yourselves, each point of the Law that finds fulfillment in the hearts of people everywhere becomes their affirmation at that point of the ascended master consciousness and therefore enables them to fill in another point of the mosaic of Life and of their own divine plan. This is the preparing of the ground whereby the seed of their own Christhood is planted. And the more there is the affirmation of the Word of the messengers, the more there will ultimately be the affirmation of the person of the messengers and ultimately of our own ascended master presence in life!

Realize, then, that we will step through the veil when the people of earth can comprehend and accept the reality of the ascended masters themselves as not mere ghosts or figments of their imagination. Realize, then, that there is a great tumult. And there was a tumult of applause given at the speech of your own president this very week. <19> Beloved hearts, that applause was for my own God flame and my own victory! For I stood where he stood. And there could not be contained the acclamation in that hall of Congress.

Blessed hearts, this is indeed a victory of your own lifestream! And I call you to rise and give that applause to your own Mighty I AM Presence [applause], for now you see echoed within this chamber the affirmation of the victory of my own flame. For you are consciously giving applause to the reality of your God Presence and to my Presence standing here; and therefore, you receive in the spiritual octaves that you occupy in my presence that applause given for the president of the United States.

And there is a reverberation from the hall of Congress to the Chapel of the Holy Grail! And there is the arcing from Matter to Spirit and Spirit back to Matter again! And it is by your very acceptance and affirmation, not only of the probability but of the possibility, yea, the present manifestation of the Word of my being flowing to you through this messenger.

Why, beloved hearts, your very acceptance of this phenomenon is that which precedes the direct contact of all those who are the Christed ones upon earth with that light and inspiration and the Word of God Almighty! Therefore, beloved hearts, realize that when you affirm the Word incarnate, you yourself are on that path—and therefore, the cooperation of the Great White Brotherhood is come. For you are raised up as that remnant of Life. And therefore, your vote and your affirmation counts for this ascended master nation! And I call it an ascended master nation because you are present in it!

Beloved hearts, realize that great darkness came over the I AM activity in the years that have gone by and it has dwindled. And it was put down by the media, by the press. And the bearing of the battles of the Supreme Court by beloved Lotus shall not be forgot by those of us who are ascended. Therefore, it came to pass that we transferred the mantle to this activity of light that there could be a new burst of freedom and a resurrection of those teachings, even the resurrection of those teachings of the I AM activity and the new dispensations of teachings brought by these messengers.

Therefore, beloved hearts, you see that the fulfillment of that prophecy of Lotus—that there is yet the intent of viciousness coming forth in America—is for this hour. You realize that the Watchers are abroad in the land, that there is such a thing called the international capitalist/communist conspiracy yet active, and there are dark forces even in physical embodiment who would yet see the destruction of this great nation!

This very day Willy Brandt representing the socialists of Europe have taken their stand against the absolute stand for the noncompromise attitude toward the Soviet Union—the exposure of détente by Weinberger and therefore the expulsion of those ideas of cooperation with the Soviet Union while they are building arms. And yet the heads of Europe have challenged the United States to enter once again into negotiation with the Soviets to limit arms. <20>

Well, beloved hearts, if there were a limitation of arms across the board, if there were not chicanery and dishonor by the Soviet Union, these things might indeed bring in an era of peace. But it is not so. And therefore, I commend you to an intense activity of calls to the Karmic Board, especially to the Goddess of Liberty and Cyclopea, for the exposure of the misuses of treaties, especially the SALT treaties, by the Soviet Union!

Therefore, you see, the recalcitrant ones—the seed of Serpent <21> in Europe who resisted my own United States of Europe—are resisting today the true plan from the heart of the Great Divine Director and from my own fiery heart. Blessed ones, what they will bring about in Europe if they pursue this attitude of human stubbornness is the overrunning of Europe by the Soviets! They will precipitate a schism between the Light of America and the European soil.

Let them be forewarned! For I stand in the very heart of the soul of America and in the heart of the Mother of the World—I stand and I say to them: You are the false pastors of my people <22> and I denounce you! You who have occupied those seats of authority in Europe, you who have caused the splintering of nations and the death of millions by your recalcitrance—you are brought to the judgment!

I summon sons of Light who are of European descent or who are born there in this life to affirm the Light of God in Europe and to redeem my own mission there! For I AM determined that the Light shall rise again in those sacred shrines and in those nations and save those souls of Light who are truly of my heart!

Blessed ones, many fallen ones are in power today in Europe. And there is entrenched darkness, even more so than in the United States, and there is not the protection there—because they did not accept my intercession which would have prevented the French Revolution and all wars which followed!

Blessed hearts, the wars that have continued upon that soil could have been averted—all the way through World War I and II. Realize this! It is because George Washington accepted my flame that this nation America has had the protection of the ascended masters and there has not been that bloodshed that there has been in Europe. It was the denial of my person by the heads of state, nation by nation! And, lo, I came again and again—and I gave even to Napoleon the offer and the dispensation to go forth and unite. And yet he would do so to his own name and glory; and therefore, he could not have the dispensation of Elohim.

(Blessed ones, won’t you be seated.)

This day I come to you, then, with the announcement of the dispensation given to me in this year. And I choose to dip into this reservoir of light to reinforce the call of Archangel Jophiel for the establishment of our teaching center in Rome. <23> And I call to those ones who are called to go to Paris! And I call to those who are the nonresponsive ones: You are not chelas when you fail to respond to the call of my heart! I know you—who you are! Think not that you hide behind a visage of intellectual superiority or spiritual pride. Though you have walked through the halls of Summit University, yet you are not a part of my own but remain the wayward children, for there is not the integration of your heart with mine or with these messengers.

Therefore, I say, I take that light of this dispensation and I give to Europe, with the archangels, my causal body, my Presence, and my Purple Fiery Heart now for an era, now for an opportunity to return to the Light, to unite—not on the basis of selfish economic interests! After all, are these the only things that will unite people in the hour of their greed? Can they not rise to sacrifice and unite upon the basis of the Mighty I AM Presence!

Let there be a spiritual community of Light-bearers of Europe who by proxy hold, then, the focal point of the mantle of God-government in Europe! And therefore, we will work through your hearts instead of through those who focus the Antichrist and have never yet succeeded in subduing the forces of greed, of envy, and of war that have come upon the people.

Beloved hearts, these fallen ones are not leading Europe in the direction of Light. And they are hirelings! <24> They are not the true shepherds of the people, and they care not for the salvation of their souls! They care not for the salvation of life as it is lived in this hour upon earth. They will pass away. They will pass to the Final Judgment—and they know it! Trust them not, O children of the Light in Europe, but look to the true example of the Law.

I come with matters on my heart, and I am determined to lay them upon your heart’s altar. For you, my beloved, have prepared your heart’s altar for my coming, and I am comfortable in your presence. And I choose to tarry with you, and I choose to make myself more physically present. And therefore, I am lowering the light of my ascended light body nearer and nearer to your physical form that you may remember me as Joseph <25> and know that I am still the protector of the one who holds the office of Mother of the World and who keeps the vigil for the incarnation of the Christ in you all.

Blessed hearts, I AM the protector of the Church. And it is written: “The gates of hell shall not prevail against it!” <26> This is the Church Universal and Triumphant. I AM the Father of it—in more than one sense of the word. For I AM the anointer of the kings and I AM the anointer of the priests unto God. <27> And I come with a prophecy of the seed of David, even the seed of the Virgin.

Blessed hearts, I desire that you should come to me, you who need to know the nearer presence of the Father whom you love. God the Father, as the Father of Jesus Christ, is your own Father. And I come the representative of Alpha to this nation, to your heart, to your family. I bid those of you who have families entrusted to your care to call to me as sons of Light that you might manifest my Person—and those of you who are the fathers of the world, fathers of this activity and of all of the trooping ones of the house of Israel who come.

Blessed hearts, the need for my flame is great among the people. I ask you to appeal to me as Saint Joseph that you might have those initiations for the internalization of that Father flame that is needed. It is the flame of leadership. It is the flame of responsibility. It is the flame of love of the Manchild and the wisdom of the Law which you must proclaim as rabbis, as teachers, as priests.

There must be raised up in America sons of Light with new respect as Self-respect, with new spine as the raised Kundalini—men who are not mere men but who are Christs incarnate! Therefore, give me the Christed ones and I will show you how we will transform America!

Where do I go when my heart yearns to live through the sons of God upon earth? I come to you who wear the violet-flame cloak of your royal priesthood because you have dared to give your hours in invocation to the violet flame.

I come to you who have had doubts and fears. These have assailed you out of the darkest recesses of your own subconscious, out of the world consciousness, out of the condemnation of the fallen ones that has been once again unleashed against this activity. Blessed hearts, that is but the sign of the viciousness and its intent to destroy that vortex that can hold the light in this activity of the Great Central Sun Magnet for the ultimate victory over these fallen ones.

Alpha has told you, and I affirm it with him—these unbenign visitors from outer space, they come to limit the consciousness and the awareness of the Word incarnate. <28> Think of it, beloved ones! It is not natural for a people to remain in bondage and ignorance and to espouse a false doctrine and theology that is absurd on the face of it, that is ridiculous, that no child of Light would believe except for the interference twixt the threefold flame of the heart and the Mind that does mesh with the outer mind when it is allowed to do so.

There is interference by these rays of the fallen ones—by psychotronics, if you would call them that! And these are the forces that we deal with in answer to your call. It is the mass hypnosis and the brainwashing of a people.

Do you wonder why there is such a loud accusation of brainwashing in the land by the so-called cults? It is because, beloved hearts, the fallen ones are attempting to turn against the children of the Light their own evil deeds. It is because it is indeed going on from inner levels and from physical focuses.

There is a determined attempt to stultify, to hold back and stunt the growth of Light, of the individual Christ Self, in the hearts of this people. There is no other explanation why there should be such resistance to the Truth! Although many have followed it, yet many simply will not see. And their willing is not their own! Therefore, we persevere. Therefore, we come. And therefore, we are determined.

We are determined that all who hear these words, all who are in this activity, realize that this is an activity for those who sincerely desire the ascension, who will walk the Path, who will meet its requirements—who will not in any way resist that Truth! It is not an activity for the fallen ones to hide in the skirts of the Mother, to come to the altar for light and to misuse it! It is not an activity for those who are the curious or those who, like Nicodemus, <29> are fascinated with the teaching—and their fascination is not love, but it is curiosity.

Those who take the teaching as an intellectual path will not endure. I say, therefore, those of you who have concealed your own despising of the Word have been exposed by the Lord Jesus Christ on Easter Sunday! <30> All throughout the earth have thus been exposed. Think not that you are not seen.

Blessed hearts, I admonish you with Alpha, the time is short! And therefore, do not come to me with your mouths but with your hearts. And if your hearts are with me, then you will not continually commit those blunders that would, if they could, saw asunder the very activity which you profess to serve! If you are with me in your heart, you will not be continually rebellious or questioning or querying, but you will take positive action for me as I have sent you forth to do.

Let those who cannot plant their feet firmly on this Path or affirm the heart as one with the heart of God take, then, another path. For you make karma when you remain and tarry with us and yet have ulterior motives. Better for you that you go elsewhere and make some human progress and prepare for the day when you will ultimately meet God than to pretend to be followers of the Word when you are not only its despisers but its users.

Beloved ones, with my new dispensation there must be acceleration. Those of you who have determined to follow me where I AM who are on the very edge of my causal body and consciousness, moving with me in the paths of freedom and midst the galaxies, will rejoice at the next step. For others it will be painful, for you have not gone with me with that enveloping light that comes forth with each succeeding conference.

Most blessed ones, if you would be with me in glory, then be with me as I experience the crucifixion of Mother Mary <31> in this nation and in the heart of the Mother, as I am burdened by souls of Light bowed down with all of the misery that these decades have brought through the perversion of my dispensation. Be with me in glory—if you will be with me, day by day, to counteract the infamy of these infamous ones.

My own dear hearts, I now intensify in your heart that action of the violet flame. I now intensify in your heart that mighty action that will allow you not only to perceive your own resistance to Truth but to transmute it on the instant—if you will!

There is no need for defense mechanisms when Almighty God is so near, when our Word is transmitted to you, when you have direct contact with the Light that truly is the Light of the world! <32> Therefore, let all realize that to move onward on this mounting spiral requires periodic reexamination of one’s self—one’s desires, one’s motives, one’s progress, one’s determination.

Set yourselves within your hearts. Learn the mysteries of the Heart of God. And be swift to invoke the Light for the transmutation of hardness of heart and impure motive, for that is that which weakens the physical hearts and causes men’s hearts to fail them for fear. <33>

When you have the Purple Fiery Heart of Saint Germain with you and the Immaculate Heart of Mary, when you adore the Sacred Heart of Jesus Christ—then you have an impervious armor around your heart, and you can fulfill your divine plan upon earth! And there is a daily flushing out of your heart by mighty light rays of that substance of the world that is even more deadly than the substance that you take into your bodies (though I admonish you to eat wisely and to fast with diligence). Blessed hearts, the things of the astral plane that attack your own heart are more deadly than these. Therefore, be alert! Guard the heart by devotion, true devotion to the Heart of God.

I speak to children, I speak to youth, I speak to young adults and the mature: Let there be the opening of the secrets of your heart this day! Let it be between your own soul and Christ Self and Mighty I AM Presence. And you may call me, if you desire. For the secrets of your hearts must come before God.

Let them come. Let them be revealed! Let them be known to your very own Self. And therefore, let those that do not profit the Lord pass into the flame, that you might also stand renewed of heart and ready to run in this race—the race to the Inner Retreat and the race to your own ascension which must come only when the mission is fulfilled.

I announce to you, then, the signing by all parties of the contract on our Inner Retreat! [55-second applause]

I have met with the Darjeeling Council, and we have set the date of the commemoration of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin for the laying upon the altar of the Inner Retreat of an additional one million dollars for the consummation of the closing on this contract. [applause]

I call to your own God Presence, to your own individual Christ consciousness, and all that you have externalized of your causal bodies to mark that date of August 15, 1981, as that hour when these funds shall be in physical, tangible manifestation. This is the beginning of the fulfillment within, I trust, five years or less of the full payment of this property, that it might be entirely in the hands of the ascended masters and their chelas.

Blessed ones, it is the hour to consider that the very conclusion of the signing of this document on April 23, 1981—commensurate with the sign of the Dark Cycle <34> —is the sign of the Great White Brotherhood of the overturning of the Accuser of the Brethren <35> and all of the condemners of my people of all time (even over this two-and-a-half-million-year cycle) that we are determined to pass through the flame of transmutation.

Thus, they have come to release their condemnation. And its release in that hour has been countered by your own affirmation, by your own support of my name, flame, and messenger. You have rallied! You have caught the vision! You have enabled our messenger and our board of directors to sign this contract! And therefore, because you are in the physical octave, this property in physical manifestation can become the Inner Retreat, can be dedicated to the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin, can be the place prepared for all who will come in the name of the twelve hierarchies of the sun and of the God Star Sirius to fulfill the will of God upon earth!

Blessed hearts, know that that focal point may become, by your further dedication, holy ground and a nexus point whereby the protection of all souls of Light in the hour of transition— even, if it become necessary, in the hour of cataclysm.

Realize, then, that the victory is in the hour of the closing of this contract with the initial down payment. And after the initial down payment, then the fulfillment of that five-year cycle. Blessed hearts, it is a dispensation to you!—and my own, from the Great Central Sun this day, I give for the establishment of this focal point.

You remember that I went through Europe seeking to dedicate that hallowed ground. I came to America to dedicate hallowed ground. And the fallen ones have trampled upon it and diverted those dispensations. Therefore, there is come the hour of the fulfillment of prophecy of the remnant being drawn together from the four corners of the earth <36> to reestablish all that has gone before as the divine plan of the heart of Sanat Kumara.

Many more hearts of Light ought to be in this activity to be present in the hour when the supreme sacrifice of necessary funds must be made. Therefore, it falls upon you who have the contact and the knowledge in this hour to give, not only for yourselves but for those who shall be drawn in through this activity in this decade—which, as I live and as you live, will see the greatest expansion of Light-bearers and affirmation of the I AM Presence and the violet flame that has been seen to date!

God wills it so. And you may will it so by your own acclamation, your own striving and fulfilling the purposes of our Word—not the least of which is to watch the betrayers, to bind! them by the Word that is given to you as the authority of your Christ Self, and to continue to make the calls for the protection of the messenger in physical embodiment where we and you need her for the continuing service of the Light.

Blessed ones, therefore let us see that it is our determination through The Coming Revolution, our “Magazine for Higher Consciousness,” to draw in those souls of Light who should be here and perhaps who have been deterred by the condemnation of the fallen ones in many forms. Let us, then, join with you—we of the ascended octaves—as you continue to make the call for them to be cut loose and set free by the action of Archangel Michael and the Brotherhood.

Let us realize that this retreat is dedicated for many more Light-bearers upon earth. And let those of you throughout the field, even the fields whitened to the harvest, <37> now know that this is and can be a present reality and that you can put your indecision into the flame and come forward and support it so that all that has been accomplished can come full circle back to that home point.

This is the year of the hierarchy of Capricorn, of the Great Divine Director—my own Guru! <38> Let us not see it as the year of condemnation, but let us see it as the year of the Light-bearer’s acclamation of the Word! This is the year of the initiation of cycles. And therefore, the cycle that I initiate and release is unto the victory of Keepers of the Flame and of Sanat Kumara and for the binding of all those who have perverted the path of initiation of Lord Maitreya in the past.

I stand in behalf of Gautama Buddha, Lord of the World! I stand, giving to the World Teachers the momentum of my life for the teaching of those who will come to our Fourth of July retreat, <39> that you might further understand the preaching of the Word and the anchoring of the Word through you!

O my beloved, there is such a movement in heaven—such a movement of angels and saints in white! There is such a rallying of the forces of dominion. I call you to new courage, to new heart! to new realization that, though the darkness increase, it increases for the judgment. It increases that more darkness might be swallowed up and transmuted by the Light.

Let us keep the vigil as watchmen on the wall of world freedom and as watchmen in this Dark Cycle of the night. For we are the Light of the world. And while the ascended masters are in the world through the messenger, lo! lo, I AM the Light of the world! And while the ascended masters are upheld as the Light of the heart of the disciples, lo! I AM the Light of the world!

Because thou art, O God, in the heart of the living servant, I AM come and I AM the deliverer of this Word. Because thou art, O God, on earth as in heaven, I, Saint Germain, am on earth! And I increase my manifestation on earth through the physical temples of my people!

Let us sing together to the Old Glory—and to the new—with the Mormon Tabernacle Choir. Let us sing again to the victory of America!

Blessed hearts, I have chosen to give that declaration of love with you that there might be the confirmation by all octaves of being, by all lifewaves who are of the Light in this system of worlds, of the meaning of my own beloved America. Cherish her as I have. Hold her to your heart. For the dream of America must not die on the earth! Let it continue to be the dream, the hope, the faith, the longing in the hearts of those who are the oppressed—even the Light-bearers of El Morya in Mother Russia, even those who feel my presence and my dictation in this hour.

Blessed hearts, I stand and I evoke now the acclamation of the fulfillment of the mission of the two witnesses. For indeed, as Alpha has said, that mission and that Word is fulfilled. <40> I call forth, then, the applause of heaven and earth for the messengers’ victory. [50-second applause]

The torch is passed! Therefore, I say, make the messengers’ victory your own. For the Inner Retreat is your victory and your life and your emerging into the twenty-first century as the community of the Holy Spirit. By the grace of God, your rejoicing and acclaiming of the messengers therefore becomes your opportunity to walk in their footsteps, to walk all the way Home—and, yes, to attain that ascension in the Light as you will it so, as you love God, and as you make your vow to manifest Christ on earth!

Blessed hearts, the coming of the messengers is going before the face of your own Christ Self. <41> Let it appear! O let it appear! For now is the coming of The Lord Our Righteousness <42> to all the earth through you!

In the name of the Goddess of Liberty and the Lords of Karma who have so tarried with me—I bless you, I seal you, I send you on your mission of Light! And I AM with you in the hour of your victory over Death and Hell and all astral hordes. They have no power! They have no power! They have no power over you!
