The New Tongues of the Holy Spirit

And when the day of Pentecost was fully come, they were all with one accord in one place.

And suddenly there came a sound from heaven as of a rushing mighty wind, and it filled all the house where they were sitting.

And there appeared unto them cloven tongues like as of fire, and it sat upon each of them.

And they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance.

Acts 2

To the Saints of the Lamb Who Are Come to Do the Will of God:

Having taken up the commands to preach the gospel to every creature, to believe and to be baptized, and to cast out devils, we come to the second sign that shall surely follow them that believe (meditate upon my Word day and night): “They shall speak with new tongues.”

Truly the speaking with new tongues is a gift of the Holy Spirit that is given by initiation to the souls who ardently pursue the living Word in the preaching of his gospel and who are daily believing and being baptized by meditation on and immersion in the living Father of the Lamb. The signs of the Spirit, of which this is the second, must be desired by you with all your heart, so much so that your temple is given over to the Holy Spirit to be his dwelling place forevermore.

The Holy Spirit is the very Person of the Godhead who comes to you as the Comforter of Life. And whether he appears to you in the personages of the servant-sons of God–the ascended masters of the Great White Brotherhood–or in the rushing of a mighty wind, in the thunder and the lightning, in the cloven tongues of fire, or as the gentle dove of peace, the Holy Spirit is the Friend of all who are the friend of the Father in the Son and of the Son in the Father.

The sealing of the servants of God in their foreheads is by the Holy Ghost. And the sacred vows of the communicant before the altar of the Most High God are made to and through this same Holy Ghost. Those who would speak with new tongues must understand the elements of the pursuit of the Lord’s Spirit–the intense striving of the chela of the Guru that can be explained only by the soul on fire with the holy zeal of the Lord’s Spirit.

They have touched the hem of the Comforter’s garment. They are entering into the fiery baptism. Hour by hour, the chelas of the will of God commune with the Word. They intone the Word and they feel the flow of the sacred fire rushing through their temples. To them, Pentecost is not a day but a lifetime of experiencing moment by moment the infilling fire of that Holy Ghost.

They understand the supreme gift of speaking with new tongues as it is given for the crystallization of the Word of God from the Spirit to the Matter cosmos. Their celebration of the Word can be heard in their masterful giving of the mantra of the Mother. It is heard in the soundless sound of the secret chamber of the heart where the soul of the devotee communes–through the agency of the Holy Spirit–with the Lord Christ himself, who enters there and initiates the cycles of an expanding Threefold Flame.

Truly the soul, born again by the Spirit, acclaims by that Spirit that Jesus Christ is the incarnation of each one’s I AM Presence and Christ Self. And those who have the testimony of Jesus Christ by the true Spirit of prophecy that is upon the messengers are they which testify of him. And with the new tongue of the sacred fire they overcome the dragon by the Word–the sacred Word sharper than a twoedged sword–of their testimony.

Initiates of the will of God learn to precipitate that will by the science of the spoken Word. They pursue the initiations of the Lord of the First Ray, the initiations of the throat chakra, whereby they have conferred upon them the new tongue. As they have put off the old man and put on the new, being reborn through the individual Christ Self, so they are putting off the old tongue with its “unruly evil, full of deadly poison,” as James said, blessing God while cursing men made after his similitude. These devotees are earning the new tongue worthy to be the instrument of the Lord’s blessing and praise to all life.

The earning of the new tongue conveyed by the Master El Morya is by devotion to the diamond in the center of the whirlwind of the Lord’s Spirit. That diamond is the point of the universal mind of God that is lowered into manifestation in the beginning and in the ending of the Word. From the Alpha to the Omega of the Word, the disciples of God’s will chant the chant of love. Their offering upon the altar is the invocation to the fire infolding itself, the heart fire of their own Central Sun of Being.

They affirm the Word in dynamic decrees. They give fiery fiats to the violet transmuting flame. They pray fervently for the power of God to enter into the chalice of being for the healing of the nations. This they do in the absolute certainty of cosmic law. This is the law by which the Logos, through the geometry of the spoken Word, enters and permeates the being of man who is the manifestation of God, as above so below. Thus by the ritual of the science of the spoken Word, the followers of the Lamb shall speak with a new tongue the tongues of angels.

The original gift of speaking in angelic tongues was given to initiates of the Holy Spirit for the transfer of light from the Creator to the creation. This glossolalia is not unique to early Christians but has been the lot of ardent devotees of the Mother flame, of the I AM THAT I AM (YHVH), wherever the Living Splendor has manifested its Presence in the long history of the Lord’s intercession among his covenanted peoples.

By the Holy Spirit, the angelic hosts have delivered messages of God the Father and the Son in their peculiar angelic tongues. The purpose of such dictations by the Holy Ghost–transferring the Word of seraphim, cherubim, archangels, and various orders of the angelic hierarchy serving on the seven rays–has been to decelerate certain frequencies of the Word into the earth body and her evolutions through the instrument of the Word. The community of believers surrounding the instrument (the one who has the true gift of speaking in angelic tongues) serves as the electrode to ground and hold the light released through the chosen one.

Unless the instrument also have the gift of interpretation of angelic tongues, he may speak the mysteries of the Grail without himself understanding those mysteries. Nevertheless, the Word itself is serviced by the vessel and the vessel is blessed thereby. For the very utterance of the Word within the corporate body of the Church transfers the energy of fohat from the Holy Spirit to accomplish the work of the Lord midst his chosen people–whether of the Creator, the Preserver, or the Destroyer (Consumer) of worlds within and worlds without.

The messengers of God who bear these gifts of the Spirit both speak with angelic tongues and simultaneously interpret those tongues. And often the Word that I AM passes to them from the great white throne through many spirals of angelic tongues–from those of the seven holy Kumaras and the mighty Elohim to those of the seven archangels thence to the release of the Word in the language understandable to the hearers of the Word.

Each time the message of the Ancient of Days is translated through the several tongues of hierarchy, it transmits the unique energy and vibration of that tongue. And all of these collectively, cumulatively, do manifest the great power, wisdom, and love witnessed by the chelas of our messengers in the dictations of the Lord’s host delivered by the Holy Spirit through them.

The early Lemurian root races spoke the pure Word of the Mother out of the tongues of the seven rays bequeathed to them by the archangels of those rays. The very sound of these angelic tongues, resonating upon the ethers and crystallizing in Matter, sustained the culture of the Divine Mother amongst her children throughout the first three golden ages of earth’s early history.

The confounding of the tongues at the building of Babel, by the judgment of Love delivered by the Archangel of the Third Ray, was the sign from God that He would not allow the pure language of the Word to be used in the defilement of that Word. Therefore the judgment manifested as the confounding of the original angelic tongues as the people could no longer communicate to one another their negative vibrations in the higher vibrating tongue of the Word. And the languages of earth and their uses by a karma-ridden and rebellious people departed farther and farther from the original sound of the Word.

By the density of their hearts, waxing gross density, the people lost attunement with the original Word through the individual Christ Self. They lost the sound of the Trinity sounding in the heart the chord of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit in the balanced Threefold Flame. This chord of the Trinity–the lullaby of the Spirit unto the soul–became the lost chord of the Word once heard as the perpetual sound of God within the inner ear, perpetually comforting life.

Some of the languages spoken by the people on earth today are so far removed from the original Word of the angelic tongue as to be inadequate for the transmittal of light. For this reason, the Ascended Master Saint Germain chose the English language to deliver the teachings of the Word on the I AM Presence. For the same reason, the dictations of the ascended masters delivered through our messengers over the past fifty years have also been released in the English language.

Inasmuch as there are numerous laggard languages in use today as well as the tongues of fallen angels whose languages quite understandably are also fallen languages, it is the desire of the Great White Brotherhood to see English become the second language in all nations. For the new tongue of the dynamic decree spoken in unison by hearts of light the world around will surely precipitate a rolling momentum, reversing the tide of darkness and bringing in the long-awaited golden age of peace, freedom, enlightenment, and universal love.

Some who are sensitive to the astral plane have heard sounds like chimpanzees chattering, described by the prophet as familiar spirits and as wizards [members of the false hierarchy who interchange on the physical and astral planes] that ‘peep and mutter’. We call it demon drivel. And the lowest of the low of these are the grunts and growls of devils echoing from lowest levels of subterranean pits of the astral plane. Contrast this manifestation with choirs of angels singing alleluias in perfect pitch and pronunciation of the Word and you will see just how vast are the degrees and the dynamics (as well as the degradation) of the Holy Spirit.

As the individual’s Christ consciousness is, so is his mastery of the Word, his delivery of the Word, and his capacity to transfer the sacred fire of the Word to fulfill its God-ordained purpose. Every work of the Lord that he has purposed to accomplish in the heavens and in the earth is fulfilled by the spoken Word of the Son through the agency of the Holy Ghost. Therefore every office of the servant-sons of the Godhead owns a unique manifestation of the Word.

Isaiah saw the name of the Lord, I AM THAT I AM, coming from far, burning with his anger–that all-consuming white fire of the ‘wrath’ of the ‘wrathful’ deities out of the East. Isaiah described him–his lips full of indignation, his tongue as a devouring fire, and his breath as an overflowing stream. Clearly he beheld the Person of the Lord releasing the judgment by the throat chakra, by the power center, by the denunciation of evil and of the seed of the wicked, by the glorying of the light causing “his glorious voice to be heard...with the flame of a devouring fire.”

He saw that it was through the voice of the Lord that the Assyrian enemies of Judah would be beaten down. He saw the breath of the Lord, the sacred fire breath of the Holy Spirit, like a stream of brimstone kindling all human creation that was a menace and a mockery unto the divine creation. Clearly these visions are of the alchemy of the Holy Ghost released for the transmutation of the entire energy veil through the spoken Word of His sons moving as one in heaven and on earth.

When the Lord God sent Jeremiah to be the instrument of judgment to Judah, the Lord said to his chosen prophet, “Because ye speak this word, behold, I will make my words in thy mouth fire, and this people wood, and it shall devour them.” And this, too, my beloved, is the speaking with new tongues whereby the Word is manifest in and through you. And the sacred fire of the Word is an offense to those who offend God, and it is the defense unto the defenseless lambs who though they are defenseless yet defend his Word by love and only love.

The priesthood of the order of Melchizedek recited the Word in the ritual of the celebration of the Creation over and over again. The Gregorian chants, the Our Father and the Hail Mary, the chants of the Jains, the mantrams of the Hindus and the Buddhists are all reminiscent of Lemurian and Atlantean temples where priests and priestesses tended the flame of the Mother by the science of the Word.

They learned to express that Word through all of the seven chakras. Their etheric envelopes could be seen as emitting seven streams of light through the seven chakras. And in the hours of their highest manifestation of the Light, their whole bodies would be filled with the rainbow of the Causal Body accelerating, swirling, spiraling through those seven chakras.

Through the use of certain vowel sounds combined with the consonants of the Word, all of the seven rays would converge through the throat chakra for the crystallization not only of the flame that burned upon the altar, but of temples and pyramids and all of the accouterments of life. Memory of the ancient precipitation by members of the priesthood and adepts in the temple arts has survived to the present.

Even the acceptance of the mystery of the Sacred Eucharist in the celebration of Communion as the actual precipitation of the body and blood of Christ comes from the subconscious memory of the transfer of the twin flames of the Holy Ghost by the original priesthood of Melchizedek. This Alpha and Omega of the positive and negative spirals of the Tao are always inherent in the precipitations of the Guru as ‘the body and blood’, whether in the bread and the wine or in the loaves and the fishes or in any other of the so-called miracles involving the transformation of Matter after the original Whole.

Beloved ones, I perceive that you are beginning to understand that the pursuit of the gift of speaking with new tongues has many ramifications. May I tell you that most noteworthy of these is your speaking the universal language of Love. For this is the new tongue that I have brought to earth in my service as bodhisattva, as Buddha, as the beautiful Christ.

The language of Love is the language of the heart whereby you are empowered by the Holy Spirit of the lineage of the Ruby Ray to transfer the understanding of the treasured teachings of the ascended masters to all people, to all levels of awareness, to all states of consciousness. This making plain the truth is making straight his paths. And the strait gate to God is the soul’s ascent through the mediation of the individual Christ Self to the three-in-one of the Holy of Holies within his own Godhood.

It is the tongue of the learned that I give freely to my devotees that they “should know how to speak a word in season to him that is weary.” Yes, I, the Lord God in the person of Sanat Kumara, wakeneth morning by morning thine ear to hear as the learned. I will open thine ear, my beloved, if you are not rebellious against my Holy Spirit, if you grieve not my coming by allowing the energy veil of misqualified energy to cover over the heart chakra or the chakras of life.

Yes, unto you who trust in my name and who stay upon your mighty I AM Presence when confronted by the Adversary who would confound and contend with thee–yes, unto you who do not quench my Spirit by disobedience to my law, I will convey the tongue of the learned, the seven holy Kumaras, and I will give to you the new tongue whereby you shall, my beloved, deliver to the evolutions of the seven rays and to all evolutions of earth the true teachings of the Lord Christ of every ascended master.

This is my promise, beloved, and these are the conditions of my promise to you. They are not hard to bear. Do not err. Follow me, and I will carry you by the sound of the Word to the Void and back again so that you may have and know that commeasurement of life: you, the soul on earth, intoning the Word, the same Word that is spoken simultaneously in the center of the Central Sun of the God Star Sirius.

By that Word, we are one. By that Word, you are the individed cloven tongues of fire. And so you sing with the Lord Jesus Christ, “I AM on earth, even as I AM in heaven,” that where I AM you may be also, that where you are I may also be. I implore you, my beloved, to intone the Word into the day and into the night. For by the Word and only by the Word are we one.
