"I come, then, to underscore the power of Truth and the one who embodies that Truth by the expanded threefold flame, by purity of heart and oneness with Lord Maitreya and with our bands.

" . . . I place before each and every one of you representing the flame of freedom and God-government to America and the nations the opportunity to now accelerate through the very heart of Pallas Athena.

" . . . Remember Serapis Bey. Remember all who have stood in all centuries and who have won. Remember that it was their faith in God. Remember George Washington and Moses and Joshua and those and those who have stood against enormous odds."

" . . . I come out of the Great Central Sun to deliver unto earth this day an increment of the ray of the God-star Sirius for the raising of an increment of the flame of Mu and the culture of the Motherland! I beam that ray from the fiery core and the central dais at the Court of the Sacred Fire on the God-star simultaneously as it is being beamed from our retreat on Terra at Viti Levu in the Fiji chain through the Master Cuzco. Our hearts now form that nexus of light and that fulcrum of energy to release a forcefield of the Great Central Sun Magnet over Lemuria to continue the raising by the action of the great raising fires of the Mother-ray of all that is of noble worth, of all that was energized there by stalwart hearts, souls of fire and the early root races of Terra.

" . . . And so I, Surya, went before the Four and Twenty Elders and I said: 'I will prove that my faith in these souls is a valid faith. I will show you, o beloved hierarchies, that a thousand or more will raise their hands at Shasta to declare the service of the one true God!' And therefore I thank you, for you have redeemed my Word and you have manifested the proof, the first proof, of commitment whereby the Four and Twenty Elders can extend to Terra new dispensations which come as a unique energy flow apart from and yet a part of the judgment of the Lords of Karma."

"Why, the human being alone is nothing but the monkey mind, nothing but the evolved animal. It takes far more than this to change the course of men and nations and civilizations! And therefore let us leave off from thinking that we will ever accomplish this by the mere mortal manifestation of selfhood. Thus I urge you to rise beyond it, to believe you can rise beyond it, to know you are rising beyond it, and to know that the Sun behind the sun of manifestation—truly the Son of God shining in all his strength—is your divine reality. And you are actually in a position today to move heaven and earth and cosmic forces and to bind the dark ones."

"Blessed ones, it is a delicate matter for elemental life and the attending angels, who must tend a planet in transition, a planet which must be saved, a planet which must be healed, a planet which must be purged all at once—this is a delicate operation. And some of you know that this is directed from the retreat of Cuzco and by the mighty power of Surya as he maintains his focus in the God Star, Sirius."

" . . . So, therefore, understand the Work of the Lord. Understand the holding and the keeping of the balance of the mighty pillars of Hercules and Amazonia. Do not forget, for this is the means and the only means, therefore, of averting World Communism, binding terrorism, turning back war and aggression, and restoring Godfreedom to the body politic of the earth, to the economies of the world."

"I have come from the Sun, figuratively in my chariot, journeying across infinity. I come, as always, in the fire of the Buddhic Mind for the liberation of souls—their liberation to be fully in the highest octaves and in physical matter the incarnation of God.

"I AM God's awareness of himself as Surya, as the God of the Sun-radiance. I AM part of the Light of the Central Sun wherever lifewaves receive it."

"Now we see the hand of Surya. Now the right hand of Surya does draw a mighty circle of the solar ring around this solar system, and it is the power of the right hand of the Almighty One.
Now Surya does draw the return and the mighty figure-eight flow, and it is released from the heart
of Helios and Vesta. And a platform is sustained and a Light is given and seraphim, tier upon tier, encircle the outer limits of the solar system and beyond.

"It is the protection of those inhabiting this system from nefarious rays, manipulations, minds —unwelcomed extraterrestrials (as they are called), agents of other systems. As I say 'agents of other systems,' there can be heard the vibration, the sounds of dissonance of their home planets beyond this system. They are warlords and mechanical creatures, those who have amalgamated a power that is not their own and that cannot be retained so long as the Son of God is in the Matter cosmos.

"Be ye, therefore, the Son of God in the Matter cosmos! Be a pillar, not alone in this sanctuary and temple: Be a pillar of my God in the temple of Helios, the Temple of the Sun. Be a pillar of my God in the solar system. Watch and pray. Let the belt of Light prevent the penetration of spacecraft and astral compartments of consciousness that have no place moving in and through these worlds with their designs.

"Some of these fallen ones who come to prey upon mankind use specific tools in various industries of the media, tools in the economy and the governments of nations, for they think they do control mankind. Thus we say: Watch and pray. For greater is He that is in you than he that is in the whole world of the Matter cosmos.

"Let the solar ring from the heart of the Universal Mother secure this system as a platform for the ascension. Let the solar ring allow the souls of Light who will make their ascension in this dispensation to come forth and be clothed upon with coats of skins, that the Word may be made flesh and that you might prosper in the propagation of the Word, blessed by the presence of many Christed ones."

"Most notably, I would refer you to beloved Surya, hierarch of the God Star, who has been worshiped upon this planetary body as long as the light of Sanat Kumara has glowed here. He is the most ancient, ancient focus of the divine blueprint of the sponsorship of the Buddhic light and of great, great blessing to the seed of Sanat Kumara.

"Let your communion with beloved Surya be for the externalization of the divine plan of the Inner Retreat and for all that must take place. For you see, beloved ones, now we are in the moment of infancy, of first discovery, of the early settlers—of those who will come and claim the land for me, again and again."

"Primarily, blessed ones, understanding the old saying, 'Count to ten before you speak' (or release your thoughts or feelings out into the world) was first released as 'Count to nine—in time' and was later changed by men who thought their own knowledge of English to be superior and did not understand the symbolic ritual which I release herewith, and which was lost to them.

"The 'Count to nine—in time' imparts the power of the three-times-three, and is the ritual for encircling your being with Light’s protection. Immediately (in time) when wrong vibrations are sensed, start this action of the sacred fire. At the first, second and third count, encircle your abdomen with white fire to govern the feeling body; to the fourth, fifth and sixth count, encircle the throat with white fire to govern the physical form; and with the seventh, eighth and ninth count, encircle the head with white fire to govern the mental body.

"As you do this three times for each of your three lower vehicles you will have absolute protection by the power of the three-times-three for your etheric body, which will remain secure in the immaculate concept while the riptides of life continue to blast around you.

"The value of this ritual to you will be your freedom from the power men give to wrong conditions and that protection which the Great White Brotherhood desires all sincere students to have."

"The subtle influence of riptides of human feeling on mankind is underestimated by the conscious minds of the students. When in the tenacious grip of vicious forces, people often think they are
the authors of their own 'confusions.' This ignorance opens the door to more negative and sinister energy which hinders the natural protective action of their own Holy Christ Selves! When individuals are later restored to harmony, the energies of their thoughts and feelings seized upon by the vortices are already spent and, as in the wake of a storm, the havoc of imperfection often persists for centuries! Thus in a moment of indiscretion does mankind sometimes wipe out spiritual accomplishments dearly won.

"This loss of precious energy would be wholly unnecessary if individuals would take the time to stand guard and not permit themselves to be used by aught but the blessed power, love and wisdom of the great cosmic light. How can people be the great exemplars they are intended to become unless they are impervious to the onslaught of riptides from the psychic plane.

"Now, it is never too late to mend the broken walls of light if the students will only accept that their own guard is one of God-design, God-intent and Ascended Master love. O, how great is the love that stands guard automatically and deflects literally tons of discordant energy from our chelas every day! The blessed law demands, however, that a small portion of this discordant energy —which all men have had a part in creating or sustaining—must at first be divided and apportioned equally to all men for the sake of universal requalification.

However, sometimes illumined and dedicated chelas receive a larger share of this simply because their greater understanding and use of the violet transmuting flame enables them to better handle these forces on behalf of their lesser-trained brethren. This activity is ever a voluntary labor of love and each chela should rejoice when this opportunity to serve is given.

"One never knows how much constructive good is accomplished when one's calm inner peace remains undisturbed albeit legions of discord rage against the fortress of being. Like sentinels, the mankind of earth must learn the governing of their own energies. This discipline will guard the sacred shrine of man's oneness with God. A citadel which is protected by vigilant love becomes a tower of strength to the chatelain. It is true that our chelas often encounter more problems than those who may be less qualified to handle them, but at inner levels many volunteered to assist our Brotherhood. If, when this energy is directed at you, rebellion occurs in your feeling world, the karmic accountability incurred is greater than average!"

"I AM Surya. In order that I might come unto the earth, many cosmic beings stand now in the God Star Sirius to manifest the full momentum of that causal body and that being that I AM in God, to hold the weight and the light of planetary evolutions in this vast galaxy of whom you know not —brothers and sisters of light and teeming millions.

"And so my office in the outpost of the Great Central Sun is kept by the sacrifice of other cosmic beings that I might be on earth that which I AM in heaven, thus fulfilling the prayers of many saints who tarry at the etheric plane—the saints robed in white and the ascended masters whose deep, deep desire is to be in embodiment in this hour to hold the balance on behalf of humanity.

"And therefore that desiring has become the desiring of the Godhead himself who has sent me, then, to be that body of light, to fortify your blessed souls until your very alignment with the living God will provide an opening for vast quantities of light to descend for the judgment of love, for the leavening of the consciousness, for the awakening of the people."

"Out of the iridescent violet, I descend. I AM Surya of the Sun. 'Surya' they have called me, but I AM the One internalization of the blue flame/God Flame/white fire of the Will of God, the centerpoise of galaxy—though not in the 'center' by your perception. (The 'centerpoise' is quite another geometrical point.)

"Thus understand that I AM the Infinite One.

"So I have blessed in the beginning and I bless now in the fullness of time one whom I have called, one whom I have sent, one who came by the ruby ray and the compassionate fire. Thus, I give my heart again for the lowering from the causal body of that one of the divine mission appearing to which she came into embodiment.

" . . . Truly, God-government is seated in the God Star Sirius. Truly, the cosmic councils and those who enforce the Light in these several galaxies are centered there. Thus having the Messenger anchoring the Light of Sirius, thus having the chelas giving daily the calls to me, does establish [on earth] truly an intensity of the causal body of the God Star—the origin of ye all.

"Whether or not your souls have passed through various systems or planetary homes, beloved ones, you have come from that source. And from that source the greatest patriots in all nations,
the founding fathers of the twelve tribes and of this nation have come. Wherever you understand the sight, the vision itself of one who contains and understands true God Self-government, you may know that that one learned it on the God Star and practiced it again, whether on Venus or Mercury or elsewhere.

"Beloved hearts, God-government of and by and for the people through the Holy Christ Self must reign on earth. This is an hour, then, of the moving on of the old guard, both of the right and of the left wing. And therefore both sides seem to suffer loss.

"And there comes a new generation of individuals who do not so identify with the rigidity or the fanaticism or the 'impersonalness' of these causes; but rather, there do come to the fore those new-age lifestreams sent with the flame of Sirius and the violet transmuting flame and the beautiful aqua of the Mother and the power of the golden pink glow-ray.

" . . . Beloved ones, I, Surya, send the call from the God Star. Understand my plea. For we are determined to save the nations with a handful (relatively speaking) of Truth-bearers, of Christ bearers juxtaposed against thousands by the ten thousands of the masses of the gray ones who come with their line, with their rationalization.

" . . . Let us come together and reason and see how, by the strategy of the God Star Sirius, we are able to turn back the tide point/counterpoint. Understanding how to play chess, then, you know that in each move you may have but one chance to check the enemy. And if, beloved ones, you misuse it and divert your forces to some lesser situation, you find that you will not come out ahead in the end. Thus, one takes the move that is most essential to protect one's position and to enter the point of vulnerability of the enemy.

" . . . I urge you to consecrate, therefore, the sacred fire and the life-force and to raise it up the spinal altar and to use it in the spoken Word for the denouncing and the judgment and the bringing to trial before the Court of the Sacred Fire on the God Star Sirius—as the Messenger has done for so many a year—of these bottom ten percent of the evolutionary scale.

And I do not speak of primitive man versus developed or sophisticated man. I speak of the lower evolution in reference to those who have amalgamated the cause of Absolute Evil and therefore themselves become depraved even in their sophistication.

" . . . Beloved ones of Light, I speak to you in this hour, then, that you might understand that it is
not the "death" of the seed of the wicked, but it is the removal of their momentum and the layers of their darkness and their karma that is essential. The passing from the screen of life of the body itself is of little consequence unless all that is behind it—in this case, the black sun that they have fashioned through the misuse of the Light—is also taken.

" . . . Beloved ones, this is the best and highest solution that can be offered in this hour, given the state of the earth. And this is the deliberation of the Cosmic Council and of the Four and Twenty Elders and the Council of the God Star Sirius."

"For I AM Surya (and Cuzco [is] with me) [and I] affirm the origin of the sons and daughters of God at the point of the God Star, Sirius. I affirm this focus of the Great Central Sun as a point of origin
for many who pass through earth's schoolroom at this hour. Thus I come to reinforce the Order of the Blue Rose of Sirius and I come to remind all of your fealty to the Order of the First Ray.

"And thus, I desire to enable you to understand how the beloved El Morya, Son of Sirius, devotee
of the will of God, is the Lord of the First Ray for a reason—that reason being, beloved, that he does tarry in the earth for the training in the path of chelaship of those who are descended from that God Star and need the sharpening of the mind, the soul, the heart, and the desire body according to a path of devotion and service, according to a true activity of the Gemini Mind of God that is truly founded in that will, that holy will, which is the grid of Light of the divine plan.

"If you can visualize the complex geometric form of earth itself, of a sphere, then understand that it is [your] congruency with that [spherical] pattern that does raise you to the vibration of Sirius, that does become the open door to the purity of Sirius and the open door to the return to that Home of Light.

"This is our call to [you] then, who are beginning to remember that you are pilgrims passing through [earth's schoolroom] and that you have upon our star of Light homes of truly great magnificence. You have left there and you have left great palaces and the golden age that is perpetual and the evolution with lifewaves who are in constant contact with their Teachers.

"Thus, there is not [upon Sirius] the oppression and the state of mind of searching and looking, as it is upon earth, and not knowing the way or being God-taught in all of the various fields of human knowledge. These fields, beloved, are developed to their fullest extent on the God Star.

"And we desire to welcome you Home once you have paid your respects and spent your sojourn
on the planet Venus herself. And some of you, beloved, have your ties to Helios and Vesta in the center of this sun. And many who are the supporting arm of the Two Witnesses, these Messengers, must [assist them in] fulfilling the offices of the God and Goddess Meru as the Manus of the sixth root race, to which offices these Messengers are called as the God and Goddess Meru one day move on in the Hierarchy to take the office of Helios and Vesta.

" . . . Come ye, then, into alignment with the God Star. For this reason beloved Astrea and Purity have established this arc between the God Star and the earth. I suggest that you take a moment when our star is visible to you to face that Central Sun and to give the mantra 'I AM Alpha and Omega...I AM Alpha and Omega in the white fire core of Being.'

"Blessed ones, the mantra of the affirmation of ourselves where you are as "I AM THAT I AM
God Surya and Cuzco in my heart and soul and mind!" will enable us to anchor within you these currents. And believe me, beloved ones, there are currents from the stars! There are rays that do descend and those rays are vital in the development of the spirituality of souls and of their chakras.

"Thus know, as you do and as some are aware, that this is a binary star. And thus you see in the revolving of the lesser sun around the greater what is the devotion of Chela, the Chela Cuzco, to the Guru Surya. May it also be with yourselves, for we desire to see the replica and the duplicate of this Guru-Chela relationship manifest upon earth.

"El Morya, then, is the key and the focus and the fulcrum, the very springboard to your reattainment of the God-mastery of the blue rose and the God-mastery that enables you to become one with the God Star. Begin, then, [your course of chelaship] with [a review of] all of his writings and dictations. Begin, then, with the teachings as well as the lectures and sermons of the Messenger Mark, who was his mouthpiece. Understand that Morya and his blue rose and his vibration of the God Star, Sirius, does absolutely permeate this activity.

"Anyone who should pass through these halls for any number of years and not reach the fullness of becoming a candidate for the ascension at Luxor and attaining that which is necessary to return to the God Star, I tell you, beloved, it is his own fault. For everything is here to reach and achieve that goal, and the final missing link to the entire path is the correct diet for each and every one of you.

" . . . You must know, therefore, even as I witness to you in behalf of the Four and Twenty Elders, that there does come a time when there is no turning back of karma. It is not well, therefore, that you bank on the turning back of this karma but rather that you bank on your own preparedness, your own individual self-mastery, your own individual certitude that you yourself will manifest the God Flame and thus turn your own karma by transmutation into Light and be ready to be the instrument of the Lord God wherever you are needed in time of crisis where others do not have the ability to deal with it.

"This is truly the wisdom of the hour. And therefore I caution you against being overly optimistic or overly pessimistic but, being centered in God-Reality, to have the awareness that the bell does toll for you individually and that first and foremost it is the responsibility of the Lightbearers to deal with their own karma. And without dealing with that karma, [which some refuse to do, demanding that another bear it in their stead,] you have a weight upon you whereby we cannot increase illumination, we cannot increase God-mastery even if you become the most perfect and adept student on the macrobiotic diet.

" . . . Recognize, then, that that preparedness will provide us the means for your own saving grace. And once you understand that you cannot save another until you save yourself, you will make it your business to save yourself in every level of being, to attain wholeness at every level of being, to attain balance in all of your chakras, to get rid of, I say—as quickly as the call can be answered according to the will of God—the last vestiges of the dweller-on-the-threshold, and also to see your karma pass into the flame.

"Let us have students who are alive, alert, and awake-alive, alert, and awake in the consciousness of Gautama Buddha—and who do extend such a strong cord of love to his heart that over that cord, beloved, you feel the impulsations of his mind and you receive that which is recorded there, that which is his very thought process, that which is his oneness with the Mind of God. And thus you are realists in all that is happening around you.

" . . . The reinforcement of the Body of God upon earth has never, I tell you, never been more important than [it is] in this moment; and therefore we are greatly heartened to see your attendance here, which does manifest truly the greatest convocation of Eastertide that has been held in this activity.

"Blessed hearts, it is the fire on the mountain and it is a blue-white fire. And we are here to see to it that that blue-white fire is sustained and does remain! And we are here to combine our energies with Elohim in the Heart of the Inner Retreat and with the twin causal bodies of the God and Goddess Meru.

"May you know and understand, therefore, that this is a permanent focus. And you can do the following: You can reinforce it, you can intensify it, you can magnify it, you can cause this umbilical cord of Light to become a giant funnel—a tunnel through which many souls may rise and ascend. Know, then, beloved, that all [that] you contribute to these First and Fourth Rays [through your masterful exercise of the science of the spoken Word] does make this possible.

" . . . We must, beloved, once and for all establish in the minds [and] hearts of all those people [of all residual root races and points of origin] upon this planet that there is a Threefold Flame, an interior Light, a Holy Christ Self and an I AM Presence, [and] that this is not blasphemy and that this does not disagree with any of the World Teachers we have sent forth from the heart of the God Star! [This teaching] is neither a denial of Jesus' mission nor [is it a denial] of his Christhood or his Sonship. And yet they have taken from the people this profound truth that the inner Light is indeed within [them] and that that Light is a leaven [that] can leaven the whole man.

" . . . Blessed ones, it is a long road until one comes to the [full] realization of this [inner] God Flame. If the people know it and believe it, no longer will anyone upon earth, any of the fallen angels [or aliens] be able to convince them that they must worship a flesh-and-blood god
outside of themselves.

"Thus, beloved, the people were too smart to worship the fallen angels. [Therefore the fallen angels] raised up Jesus Christ as a flesh-and-blood god and the people forgot the greatest message that he brought. And therefore the Lord Jesus did cry out! For the people did not understand that the worship of the living Christ and the worship of him and the seeing of the
Christ within him was the seeing of the Father that sent him, the seeing of the Guru who sent him, the seeing of the Light unto the ultimate source[—as well as the Light within themselves].

"The people began to worship [Jesus] the human being even while he was yet [among them], and thus he did rebuke and rebuke and rebuke again [their idolatry]. And this [worship of the human Jesus to the exclusion of the worship of the Light of the Inner Christ within themselves as well as in Jesus] is the lie that has taken every one of you out of the path of your Victory for many, many centuries."

"Beloved, those of the God Star in whose heart there blooms the blue rose know the meaning, then, of the drawing of the line of Sirius. It is a sealing, beloved, of past eras when neither to the right nor to the left these may come.

" . . . The Four and Twenty Elders have formed a circle of light over America. They are dressed in shimmering, transparent white robes trimmed in sapphire blue cloth. They wear helmets that are as crowns, weighty with sapphire and diamond.

"Truly the Four and Twenty wearing their crowns, beloved, do demonstrate the royalty of their origin. And they do contact in this hour the original seed of Light of Sirius who have kept that seed, who have maintained the Christ consciousness and Light. There is a reinforcement of Lightbearers in the earth, beloved.

"Each one bears the sapphire cobalt-blue chalice. And thus it is a cup ceremony that does take place-the circle of twenty-four, my hands holding the continent, [which is] presented, then, to the Cosmic Council, and the power of the God Star in the center of the circle.

"The molecule of Light is where we dwell. And so shalt thou when in right-mindfulness of Sirius thou dost know that the Mind of God is essential in order to grow, to embody, to be that sound of Home.

"By the sound of Home now resonating in your very bones, beloved, there is the reestablishing of the tie of Sirius by sound and a soundless sound. It is a vibration you have longed for, sought for, remembered, yet somehow could not duplicate or recover. Out of this sound were the worlds created of those who descended from the Central Sun. Thus, the offering of the Four and Twenty Elders is reinforcement to those lifestreams of the Order of the Blue Rose.

" . . . Therefore I say, have it! Have your destiny! Will it. Love it. Know it. And do not let go of it! For who would be the one who in letting go should defeat a world? I, Surya, must quickly say, "Not I, Lord. By thy grace I shall stand with earth as my Electronic Presence fills this electrode of Light."

" . . . I represent God-government to earth. I have answered the call to place the grid of light with Hercules and the Great Divine Director, Archangel Michael and the beloved Son Morya. This inner blueprint does glow with a fire, imparting of itself the means wherewith to accomplish its purpose."

* The drawing of the line of Sirius is an action taken by the Cosmic Council for the sealing of the records of past eras and civilizations of a planet in order to 'buy time,' or give a reprieve to the Lightbearers engaged in Armageddon. This sealing prevents, by cosmic edict from Alpha and Omega, the evil momentums of the fallen ones from being outpictured to their advantage in the present. However, it does not cancel what has already been unleashed upon this and previous centuries, nor does it cancel the karma thereof.

This must be diffused by the fervent calls and dynamic decrees of the embodied Lightbearers.
The drawback to such a dispensation is that 'neither to the right nor to the left' do they come —which means that all is sealed—'eras of righteousness and un­righteousness'—so that being spared the evil neither can mankind inherit the good: all is sealed, for the tares and the wheat are intertwined.

"Love is the key to [the] precipitation of supply, and a mighty love for God, a mighty love for the [Ascended] Masters. Beloved ones, it is easier to love God in the Ascended Masters than it is to love [God in] those imperfect [ones] who may be around you. And therefore if you direct your love on high and to the Brotherhood and [to] the angels, you may by and by so accelerate that love that you can love anyone upon earth. You can love them the way God loves them and you can support [the unfoldment of the Christ within] them.

"So love is an exercise, like a piano exercise, beloved. You must do your exercises of love daily. You must practice love, practice giving, practice receiving, practice doing [acts of love], practice serving with Nada on the Sixth Ray. I see this as the call of the hour because I see [the absence of the daily ritual of ministering to life] as the one lack that does prevent you from [the needful expansion of your heart chakra] and [from] attaining adeptship on the other six rays.

"You may wonder at this, beloved ones, because you are all engaged in service. But the quality and the measure of that service is always [in its] endowment of love. You may work very hard,
and there are drones who work hard and there are drone bees and there are mechanization
men and [women and] robots who work day and night and twenty-four hours a day in factories. And these [human and inhuman] machines [may] perform [almost to perfection] and produce [a standardized work product], but they receive [not the] karma [of a Christed one]; for they [do not have the capacity, for want of a threefold flame, to] endow their service with [Divine] Love [or a living flame].

"So you see, beloved, one man’s work [of a] lifetime may not be [of] the same [quality] as another’s who worked side by side with him. One may have endowed [his] work with great love and another may have had only a sense of resentment against God that he had to toil in the earth to balance his karma. And all of his works [may have been] charged with that resentment, and now and again [they may have been] charged with pride as he took pride in his own efforts and failed to give [the] glory [of his accomplishment] to God.

"And if you would progress swiftly on the Path, you should take that moment to understand that the Lord loveth a cheerful giver and that Chamuel and Charity are showing you daily by the Holy Spirit where is the greatest need, [what] is the greatest priority and what [can and] must be accomplished [with good cheer].

"For God does measure each soul and the quality of the soul by [the expression of] love. That love must be braced by true wisdom and a true exercise of the divine will [and] the divine power as free will in action. Thus know, beloved, that love alone is not sufficient but there must be [the admixture of] Christ-intelligence and discrimination and that [practical] up-and-doing attitude [as you apply this my formula for your Victory]."

"There is a mighty river that flows on the God Star. There is a mighty sea that glows on the God Star. Any number of you hail from the God Star and count it as your home base, as you have volunteered to serve with angels from Sirius and to enter these octaves of maya.

"I am in wondrous joy at the Lightbearers arising throughout the systems of worlds. And I tell you, beloved, I come, as depicted in Hindu lore, in my chariot. I come for this battle and I will tell you this: The legions of the God Star are not content merely to win this battle in the earth but they are determined to go on and on and on and conquer while the open door is there, while you are there, ready to respond to our leading.

"Thus, we will not stop our labors. And I shall place my Electronic Presence here, and sometimes I shall center myself here and then on other systems of worlds, even as Omri-Tas has done. He is with you forty-eight hours in each month. And, beloved, the rest of the time he is here and there on other systems of worlds where the evolutions have such great need of the violet flame."

"Blessed ones, a being of Light from the Central Sun does deliver to me the thoughtform for the year 1990. It is the thoughtform not only for this year but for this decade and some cycles beyond.

"This thoughtform, beloved, is truly a cosmic masterpiece! For this being does unveil something that there are not words in the English language to describe. It is a device, shall we say, that
does illustrate in three and four dimensions, through a great sphere, every step of transformation through which the earth body and its evolutions must pass in order to come to the New Day when the resurrection flame may once again be the option of the embodied Lightbearers.

"Blessed ones, increment by increment of change may be dialed on this great sphere that is a many-dimensional map of the earth body, showing the earth from the very center to extended levels of the atmosphere and beyond into that space that is around the planet. Thus, by using this very complex computer, if you would call it that, you may dial to the present moment, to any month or day of the year of this period and see what the Light requires as transmutation, as transfiguration, as change and see how the earth does respond to that step-up and what, then, may be the consequences.

"Since the element of free will is at hand, one can see what would be the difference if certain percentages of the lifewaves of earth did embody the flames of God, how this would make the difference in what would transpire or what would be the power of chemicalization and the abruptness or the smoothness [of the process]. Therefore you may dial in the consequences of many choices [and know by a projection into the future exactly what the consequences of humanity’s exercise of free will might be].

"This is the type of instrument that one would see in the retreat of Cuzco or in the God Star, Sirius. Now it is placed within the retreat of Cuzco and, as you know, only Ascended Masters frequent this retreat. It is there for the use of the Ascended Masters in guiding the humanity and the evolutions of this planet through their course. But its very presence in the earth means, beloved, that by meditation, by inner attunement, you may gain an inner awareness of these cycles.

"Lend yourselves to them, lend your decrees to them and see how you can be instrumental in the very best outcome that can be admitted. It is a thoughtform, beloved, immensely useful to the entire Spirit of the Great White Brotherhood and hence to you as chelas of the Ascended Masters.

"Powerful angels of Light of Surya transport this instrument to the location prepared for it in Cuzco’s retreat. From time to time you will receive dictations giving you the awareness of where the planet is in this process of transformation.

"I am placing a point of Light, a particle of Light of myself in the secret chamber of your heart, by leave of your soul’s free will and of your Holy Christ Self, to establish a certain point of contact, a certain increase of energy, of helpfulness as well as a [nucleus of] Teaching that perpetually emanates [the awareness of your Inner Reality; the illumination from this nucleus] does suffuse the inner being, giving you a sense of self-knowledge and well-being.

"Self-knowledge is the key, beloved. Few have it. Many think they have it. And amongst the population very few seek it. They are more concerned with their awareness of others [and with others’ awareness of them. And what people think of them is of far greater concern to them than what God thinks of them or what they know to be the true and the false of their own identity].

"Therefore know the mind of self. Know the nature of self. Know what is the measure of the
flame of self. Some of you think you know these three, but you do not know them. Either you overestimate or you underestimate. Be confident in the point of Light that is the point of your Christhood and the particle of Light that I give you [as a source of] some sense of co-measurement and an easier attunement with my heart.

"This night I minister to all lifestreams upon earth no matter what their evolution. I must tend to this, beloved."

"In the name I AM THAT I AM, beloved Surya and Cuzco:

"I pray profoundly for earnest souls who have embodied on earth in recent times, some Christ children from their birth. I pray for those who have not found this Path and who work against tremendous odds to achieve their goals. Let me reach these souls, if not in person, then through a lifeline I extend from my heart.

"In the name of my Holy Christ Self, I send ribbons of light streaming from my heart to the hearts of those who are the toilers in the earth and who follow the path of the Bodhisattva Kuan Yin. Those who work night and day to further uplift humanity—through saving the children, the youth, the schools, the nations, the governments and the economies; those working to heal all manner of diseases, or working to transmute the karma being delivered by the four Horsemen in the form of the calamities that have been prophesied and that are coming to pass day by day.

"I pray profoundly for all who are in embodiment who have been sent from the retreats of the Ascended Masters to minister to earth's evolutions in this hour of earth's history."
