Saint Thèrése of Lisieux
"May there be peace within you
today.
May you trust your highest power
that you are exactly where you are meant to be . . .
May you not forget the infinite possibilities
that are born of faith.
May you use those gifts that you have received,
and pass on the love that has been given to you . . .
May you be content knowing you are a child of God.
Let this presence settle into your bones,
and allow your soul the freedom
to sing, dance, and to bask in the sun.
It is there for each and every one of you . . . "
"O Jesus, may I never seek nor
find anyone but You alone!
. . . May You, Jesus, be everything! . . . My God, You know
that the only thing I've ever wanted is to love You."
—Saint Thèrése of Lisieux, Prayers and Meditations
"I felt that Carmel was the desert
where God wanted me
to hide myself . . . "—Saint Thèrése
of Lisieux, Story of a Soul

"The Christian mystics talk about spiritual union and the
love initiations that accompany it. Thérèse of
Lisieux said that from the age of fourteen she experienced 'assaults
of love' that consumed her 'like a veritable flame.'
“'I was in the choir,' she once
wrote, 'when I felt myself suddenly wounded by a dart of fire
so ardent that I thought I should die . . . There is no comparison
to describe the intensity of that flame. It seemed as though
an invisible force plunged me wholly into fire . . . But oh!
what fire! what sweetness!' So enflamed was she by a love that
is beyond this world that she wrote in her autobiography, 'O
Jesus, my vocation is found at last—my vocation is love.'
"
"Let love rule the nations of these hemispheres. Let love
in your heart expand even to be the glory of Saint Thérèse
of Lisieux and all of the many saints in heaven. This is a gift,
this is a calling, this is a message, beloved. Unite and see
how the fire of freedom will consume all darkness. And when
this is done, beloved, you will see major changes throughout
the rest of the world."
"The figure of the nun burdened with
the cancer in her body, concealing this from all others
and occupying herself with the humble task of scrubbing
the stairs of the enclave must be seen as archetypal of
the soul who, bearing her karma, recognizes that she must
clear the debris in each step of consciousness, scrubbing
by the violet flame until that level of record and ideation
is fully and wholly transmuted. In the process she may mount
a single step. In past ages it would take a soul perhaps
an entire lifetime to mount a single step, for the only
purging of karma and record and self, as well as its outcropping
in the body as disease, would be manifest through prayer
and works of penance."
"Thus, the Ascended Lady Master Thérèse
of Lisieux does make her way in your midst, consecrating
the momentum of her mantle unto you that you might know
of a dearest friend and sister who has since the hour of
her ascension mightily increased her mantle of sacred fire
and who does desire to give it unto each one. Therefore,
she is never far from this place or the hearts who comprise
the Diamond Heart of Mary and Morya now forming [out of
the Body of Christ of this worldwide community of Lightbearers].
" . . . Thus, I commend you
to a path of joyous sainthood, not martyrdom. Let us speak
of the joy of the Seventh Age and dispensation! Let us speak
of the joy of angels! Let us speak of the joy of the heart
filling with the sacred fire and of a body and a soul and
a mind and a spirit becoming more and more the All-in-all.
"Blessed hearts, what is the
calling, then, of those such as Saint Thérèse
who enter the Order of the Diamond Heart? Truly it is to
espouse the will of God and to set aside those goals which
come after that central purpose of life."

"Being a spiritual child means
that we acknowledge our nothingness; that we expect everything from the
good Lord, as a child expects everything from its father; it means to
worry about nothing, not to build upon fortune; it means to remain little,
seeking only to gather flowers, the flowers of sacrifice and to offer
them to the good Lord for His pleasure." —Saint Thèrése
of Lisieux
