Beloved heart friends of the will of God, I salute you from the Darjeeling Council chambers, where Saint Germain and I would convey to you the enormous love of our hearts for your efforts and oneness and for the great strides that have been made in pushing back the darkness and establishing, as it were, a new frontier of freedom. For is not the Royal Teton Ranch as well as the Heart of the Inner Retreat a new frontier? And have you not explored the fastnesses of soul territory beyond those heretofore adventured? I think so.

And I think also that the pushing back of the effluvia of the astral plane and the sense of the penetration of etheric octaves where our retreats are located has given to many of you the sense of the imminence of possibilities of transcending worlds and time and space and reaching beyond with less and less mystery and difficulty and the realization, beloved hearts, that heaven is surely won in increments—the ranch being a territory somewhere between that earth and that heaven, lodged in a purity not known in many cities of the earth. Thus, the parting of the veil and the sense of the ongoingness of the soul through this life opportunity and on to the next is something that we also cherished when we were in embodiment.

We enjoy seeing you draw back the curtain on the next room of life. We enjoy seeing you sense a freedom, a spirit, and a dimension that you did not know a year ago or a decade ago. This too is the ascension process. This too is the means whereby courage is engendered, fear is overcome, and dangers are pierced, even as one pierces a veil or plunges the sword through a phantom and finds nothing there.

Beloved ones of the Light, Saint Germain and I would also speak to you concerning the future of the nations and the future of their economies, which hangs in a delicate balance, and Saint Germain would speak to you now regarding the presidential elections in the United States.

As we sit together this evening with Mother Mary and the Great Divine Director, we are honored by the presence of beloved Hercules. We therefore shed our light on some issues and also attempt to draw you close to Darjeeling, where the winds resemble those here and the coolness of the evening reminds of the Himalayas and the Rockies, brought nearer to our hearts by your own dear flames.

My beloved Keepers of the Flame, I have been concerned regarding the state of the nation's consciousness, in particular the basis on which people do or do not discriminate concerning the selection of leaders in every field. I am even more concerned, as you have become, as to the manipulation of the government and the economy behind the scenes by secret societies, various conspiracies not even known to you, and those organizations that have been clearly defined in the lectures of the Messenger.

Thus we know that between power and money, many strings are pulled. And behind the scenes forces are at play to determine how much can be gained by those who think they are in power in this period of change.

As you know, political or economic change is always taken as an opportunity for the amassing of power by those who stand to gain the most by change and who are therefore the archmanipulators of the winds of change as well as of the changing tides. Thus the elections present to this government and this nation the opportunity for new leadership, who ought to secure the people's choice and learn by the mistakes as well as the victories of the previous administration.

Beloved hearts of Light, we therefore point to what we consider to be a situation of grave concern causing a serious weakness in the structure of the nation. It has become clear over many months that this administration and also previous administrations have become more and more burdened by public servants on the public payroll who are forming a larger and larger bureaucracy, making weightier and far more complex than necessary the decision-implementing process, which may result in right action for the moving forward of the nation.

The bureaucracy that is abuilding and has been so abuilding in this nation since earlier in the century, especially under the New Deal, now resembles those periods in India, in China, and even in Russia when through the centuries there has taken place the buildup of an overwhelming system of red tape, of petty servants and favors whereby, ultimately, the light vested in a government no longer flowed to the people nor were the people's needs satisfied by the government . . .

We desire to see fervent calls made for the raising up of sons of Light, minutemen and women of my own, and servants of God who will take their stand and not be concerned about sacrificing for the flame of freedom or standing up against any blackmail that should come upon them to manipulate them because of past mistakes they may have made. Beloved hearts, you must call for those who are already in position within the government, for those who are ready to take their place and who ought to be anointed by us that the will of God might be reinforced within them; for after all, the will of God cannot succeed on behalf of a nation through one individual alone even if that individual be the president of the United States.

Therefore our determination and desire is to see the people's duly elected representatives provide the impetus and the momentum for a fruitful and productive administration that may hold the balance in terms of the economy and the national debt and may make wise policy decisions concerning the future possibility of any financial crisis, of inflation and a subsequent depression.

These things are almost quixotic. Almost in a mercurian fashion does the economy move. This is only the appearance; for, as you know, causes set in motion not checked, not dealt with, a false concept of economics and a false teaching of Keynesian economics and individuals who do not have common sense or a practical awareness of how a nation's economy functions, have brought about a situation of immense burden, which sits squarely upon the shoulders of the American citizen.

The people of this nation bear an extraordinary burden of karma for the earth as well as the karma of the fallen ones who have mismanaged the supply, the people's money and the international banking policies. It will take a great deal of violet flame, a certain amount of background (which you may gain by your own reading), and a devotion to holding the stability within oneself to offset this burden; even the national debt grows exponentially by the hour.

The emotions of the nation affect the economy as does the faith of the people in God and the faith of the people in themselves and in the free enterprise system. This system must not be put down by the easy giveaway of technology and secrets to the enemy; it must not be deterred or discouraged by inappropriate tariff systems or an attempt to equalize international trade at the expense of the American manufacturer.

As we have mentioned before, we are greatly concerned regarding the fact that the nation's resources are not being used as a deterrent to world war. This is not as it should be. You ought to decree for the technology I have given for the preservation of world freedom to be used for the defense of America and the free world against a nuclear strike by the Soviets or other hostile powers. And you ought to make your position known to your representa­tives.

This is one of the cumbersome problems of a republic and a democracy in a republic such as the United States, as you know. By the time the will of the people is reflected in the Congress and action is taken, there is a serious loss of time. Although decisive action and consistent long-term policy is one advantage of a dictatorship, this may place a nation at a great disadvantage when a dictator has become ossified and calcified and unable to act out of a spirit of freedom or a spark of hope but is reduced to a base level of fear.

We speak, then, of the members of the Politburo of the Soviet Union and we would tell you that, more than ever before, the burden of fear upon this hierarchy is such that war and the reactions and decisions leading to war are more apt to be triggered by fear than any other vibration or condition of consciousness affecting that nation. This fear does not so much involve their fear of the United States, although this may be the apparent reason even to themselves, but rather it involves the fear of their own demise, the crumbling of their system from within, its inability to stand on its own, and the certain knowledge that the West, even with the worst manipulators and the best intentions, cannot forever sustain World Communism.

Even today the Western bankers are admitting that they are in an insurmountable crisis through loans to Communist nations in the Third World. One of these days, beloved hearts, despite the support of the seed of the Wicked One, there shall come the hour when there are simply no more funds to supply the beast of world socialism, no more grain or technology to fan the fires of world totalitarian movements.

The people of America and the free world ought to be ready and prepared for that moment and understand that there will come an hour of supreme weakness not only in the world of Communism but also in the hierarchies of the nations who have usurped the authority of the people and who have shown themselves as if they were standing for the people; but in their policies and in their accom­plishments they have, in fact, moved against and counter to the protection of the sacred labor of the people, of their lives and livelihoods and of the integrity of their nations.

I tell you, beloved hearts, the most valuable commodity in America is the heart flame of the people and their sacred labor. Yet, this divine spark, this labor of love is trampled upon, it is misused, it is desecrated, and their life energy is squandered. This commodity of life itself has been a source of unending Light and supply to all of the fallen angels of the earth for at least a century and more.

Realize, therefore, that those who have such a precious gift as the Light of the Great White Brotherhood in their daily service and workplace ought to cherish that Light, cherish the holiness of their labor, and begin to realize that because it is sanctified by God it must be protected. And in order to have that protection they must invoke the intercession of the Archangels.

We, the members of the Darjeeling Council, consider, therefore, that the acquaintance of the people of this nation and the Lightbearers of all nations with the Seven Archangels is a most important and worthy effort that ought to be undertaken by the Messenger and chelas. People need the understanding of how to call to the Archangels for that divine intercession of the angelic hosts that is absolutely necessary to their spiritual and physical survival. This heavenly ministration must take place if the people are to rise up lawfully, according to the revolution of the heart and the revolution in Higher Consciousness, to overtake those who usurp their Light, their Power, and their Authority to govern themselves.

Beloved ones, we are not in favor of the supplying of the current regime in Red China with technology and the wherewithal to build itself up to become a power that can be used against the West at will. Knowing the ancient cruelty of these lifestreams (the Chinese Communist leadership, not necessarily the people themselves) as demonstrated in ages not even chronicled, we can tell you that when it comes to the uses of power, both divine and human, they have abused that power almost more than any other group evolving on earth. And therefore we are not in favor of the decisions that have been made by the president or those contemplated in this current trip to Red China. <1>

Let all understand, therefore, that the position of the United States vis-à-vis the Soviet Union in this hour and the possibility of war in the European theater, and world war at that, has been brought about entirely by Western capitalists and unalert and sometimes very dark leaders in the United States who have allowed this building of the Soviet military empire to take place. Now they have turned to do the same in Red China before the Communist leadership has even bent the knee before the Goddess of Liberty or proclaimed the flame of freedom as paramount.

This dilemma ought to occupy a large share of your determined decrees. You must call for the binding of those individuals who, when given power, use it to wreck upon mankind an unmitigated evil. And you must call for the enlightenment of the American leadership and the judgment of those who are the betrayers of both the Chinese and the American people as they supply the Communists with the technology and the trade that guarantees them power over the people.

I can only tell you that with an alternative administration things could be far worse; we desire to see things far better. We cannot say that we endorse an individual but we do say that we stand on a platform of freedom, and we can only work through those who have determined in their hearts to at least lend an ear and consider our counsel.

Beyond this you must realize that when the counsel is given and many voices speak and modify and recommend other solutions, it is difficult for any leader to maintain contact with our level and to take that strong stand that is necessary, especially when that leader has no direct personal knowledge of our counsel.

Given the well-meaning intentions of those surrounding the president and yet the bad advice that he has been given on some occasions, you can well understand that there are those who are not of good will functioning behind the scenes or at other levels. These are involved in conspiracies and orders founded for ulterior motives (to move the world closer and closer to a one-world totalitarian state) and they also exert influence upon the president, even to the point of a threatening influence; and thus it is most difficult to occupy that position. The few who have tried to remain independent have not long remained in office. Witness, therefore, the independence of Abraham Lincoln or of John Kennedy. It was their independence and their free spirits and their determination to expose the conspiracy that surrounded them that brought about their demise.

This circumstance, which besets not only heads of state but others in the governments of the nations, beloved hearts, should illustrate to all that no matter how great the honor and the love and the dedication, without the assistance of the Great White Brotherhood, there is only a certain line that can be drawn, a certain stand that can be taken by anyone in embodiment.

I give you now, once again, beloved El Morya, who would speak to you on this very point of the Law and the Teaching.

Beloved devotees of the will of God, Saint Germain made known to you in Washington, D.C., the concept of "the realm of the possible." <2> With the Soviet downing of the Korean plane, <3> you are able to witness just how far the world and the United States could or would go in the face of Soviet aggression. And what made the difference was their state of nonawareness of the challenges of Life and Death and their inability to deal with fear, and ultimate fear of the bully on the block. The reality is that the leadership of the West was at a loss to know how to deal with the drawing of the lines of threat and the response to threat and with a world circumstance that will not go away. Thus, the level of expectation that we, the members of the Darjeeling Council, have for the advancement of peace in this century is tempered by what the leadership of the free world, specifically of the United States, is willing to accept as acceptable in the performance of the leaders of the Communist bloc.

There are plans on our drawing boards that ought to be carried through. There are protections that ought to be taken to safeguard the freedoms of men and nations militarily and economically. Yet there are few if any public servants in embodiment who are in positions of policy making or power who are able both to see the wisdom of our counsel and to implement it—and have the courage to do so.

Some of the moves that are necessary in this hour, if espoused by one in office, would mean political suicide. As you know, when it comes to holding and retaining office, and election time comes around, officeholders must be concerned above all with being reelected. This often influences their position on the issues and they are not free, if they were so inclined, to stand for policies that are unpopular.

Our strategy, then, and the only solution that the Darjeeling Council can offer-which comes from the heart of Mother Mary, with the wisdom of Jesus and Kuthumi, who also serve here in our deliberations—is to recommend that you isolate those issues that are most necessary to the keeping of the peace and the freedoms, issues that concern all the people and the fate of the nations; whereupon you should of course decree for the will of God to be upon the hearts of the people concerning these issues; but above all, you should seek to educate the people and to influence public opinion by writing your letters to the editors, to your representatives, and by appearing, if necessary, on television and radio programs; and then you must keep on repeating the message as you demonstrate the workability of the God-solution in the equation that you personally believe in and that may not be obvious to the general public.

This task may not be as difficult as you think; for we have seen in the past how our exposés and the calls and invocations we have dictated through the Messenger at the altar, which were then taken up by yourselves, have resulted in a change of public opinion and political climate—in fact, so much so that when we rejoice in what has been done by the direct transfer of the heart of fire to other hearts of fire, we can see how much more can be accomplished when that transfer is also made at the intellectual and mental level by education and public speaking and by writings.

Thus, we come back to the communication of the Word and to the legions of Mercury and to the understanding that to communicate both by the spoken and the written word becomes one of the most valuable tools in the hand and the heart of the Keepers of the Flame. To be able to set forth the logic of an idea and a proposal, to buttress it with facts and research, to endow it with a flame and a spirit and a heart whose energy will quicken other hearts across the nations, this, of course, has been one of the mightiest means for change, and change for the better, that has worked in all of the history of mankind.

On the other hand, those who have developed this ability through long centuries of practice-the Sophists <4> who have come as serpents with their ability through logic and specious reasoning to convince the people to take the downward path, the course of least resistance and compromise where the ends justify the means—have wrecked havoc as they have wielded a great influence upon mankind through their spoken and written word. And when they have engendered in their communications a powerful momentum of a spirit not of the Holy Spirit but of black magic, they have also been able to arouse the people and move nations—as in the case of World War II and the influence they exerted upon the people of Germany; this was the work of not one but any number of Nazi leaders who were operating under the misappropriated power of the black brotherhood. <5>

Beloved ones, when you consider the control of the media today and the control of education at many levels by sinister forces that do not desire to see the God-freedom of the children or the people but rather their enslavement in the mold of mechanization man, you must understand that those who know the Right and champion it fearlessly, those who have the Light and hold it on high, those who have the Wisdom and take the trouble to articulate it to the many are fewer in number than those who pursue the left-handed path with their haughty zeal. And fewer still are those of the Light who are able to effectively challenge the opposition to their communication of the truth that they do know, while holding the balance of their personal karma, family and professional obligations and maintaining attunement with their God Presence.

We are confident that the dissemination of accurate information and the education of the people concerning the social, political, and economic platforms that we have long espoused as well as those that we have exposed as counterproductive will bring about an awakening and a quickening, at least in those who are of the Light. Therefore we have not let down in our determination to assist you, to support you, to give you dispensations for stumping on secular issues and for bringing information of your own expertise to the attention of groups across the nations.

We are heartened to see that many have already taken up this cause, and we trust that Summit University Forum, sponsored by the Goddess of Liberty and the Lords of Karma, will also be the means of bringing to the American people information that ought to be in their hands. We also recommend that these interviews conducted by the Messenger become the nucleus for your own public forums and discussion groups that you may hold in your cities, and also for the sponsoring of speakers on topics of local concern if you do not consider yourselves qualified on the issues or as a speaker.

It is well for you to form councils. Just as we have a Darjeeling Council, so you may form your own councils—councils of freedom and clearinghouses for information, "think tanks," as they say, or publishers of newsletters. In this manner you can come together and, working together, evolve the most practical and meaningful solutions to focusing public attention on the challenges to freedom, to peace, and to the enlightenment of the people.

As we have mentioned before, this service to your nations you are free to render as private citizens rather than as members of a religious organization. You are free to function in any capacity and from any professional posture where you are most comfortable. All citizens regardless of their religious affiliation should participate in the legislative process, as it is carried on on a day-to-day basis in your own states as well as in the federal government, and Keepers of the Flame are no exception.

We recommend that out of concern for Saint Germain there be a focusing of decrees on the United Nations not only as an organization but as a building used by the Communists as a center for their international spy network to move against the United States and all nations and to use that forum continually to put the United States in a bad light, to use that body to gain funds for their projects, and to gain a foothold in the United States where they may carry on their espionage activities while enjoying the privileges of diplomatic immunity.

I must tell you that the inception of the idea in the minds of lovers of freedom to have a world council representing the nations of the earth and providing a place for the meeting of minds and a dialogue for peace must surely come from the Great White Brotherhood. However, the United Nations was masterminded by the dark forces to preempt the founding of an organization of the spiritual elect and the representatives of the Great White Brotherhood to be selected from among those who have had inner training at the Darjeeling Council. The members of such an organization would represent their nations not by political maneuvering but through spiritual communion as the spiritual savants and moral leaders of the people and as those who have the highest loyalties to the cause of world freedom, peace, and enlightenment, to the Brotherhood and to the Lightbearers of every continent.

I propose, therefore, that you lay the foundation for what might have been called a shadow cabinet but that is neither shadowed nor a cabinet, but an organization of friends of Saint Germain drafted upon the original and divine idea of nations united under the one God, the Mighty I AM Presence, through representatives who give allegiance to unity based on the original sovereignty of the sons and daughters of God.

Let the many who have come here from all over the world to study with me in this quarter of Summit University begin to consider themselves as ambassadors of Light representing the concerns of their people, understanding the problems of their nations and evolving spiritual solutions to those problems. Let them prepare themselves to serve on a council that does meet regularly to discuss the affairs of their nations and to provide awareness/action advice to their secular leaders even while participating in their national, state, and local governments.

This body of Lightbearers—who may volunteer and also be selected—should serve as a counterpart to those ministering servants who tend the altar and the hearts and souls of the membership. Those who do represent their nations professionally or politically, who embody the concerns for their society's education, trade, business, finance, politics, et cetera, who are also Keepers of the Flame ought to dedicate themselves to the purpose of forming this worldwide circle of Lightbearers who assume their posts as watchmen on the wall of world freedom. And they ought to consider themselves responsible and accountable for the affairs of state, in that the affairs of state and the economy and education as well as social needs are studied by them and are acted upon first deftly by the science of the spoken Word, with dynamic decrees, and then that they are not ignored when it comes to informing the people as to the facts and what must be done.

You will see how your voice and vote with the Darjeeling Council and the power and momentum of your dynamic decrees, nation by nation—not the least of which ought to be the United States of America—can make the difference in world action. I can assure you that the diminishing of the so-called peace movements in Europe and especially in Germany has to do with the stand taken by students all over the world on behalf of Saint Germain, who had the certain knowledge that this nation ought to be protected. This is an instance where the level of attainment and the awareness of the German people themselves was not adequate to deal with the dark forces coming through the Green Peace party. <6>

Beloved ones of Light, understand that the difference between that level of consciousness of the German people and the level needed for them to deal with the burden placed upon them by these fallen ones was compensated for by the level of attainment of the Lightbearers; the gap was bridged. And the dynamic decrees given by our students in every nation were responsible for the diminishing of that movement of pacifism and for the ongoingness of the policies that were supported by the United States and by the German government. As a result, the U.S. Pershing II and cruise missiles in place represent the determin­ation and the will of God not to allow the Communists to pass into Western Europe and to overtake West Germany.

Here is a clear example of where a body of Lightbearers came together and determined "They shall not pass!" Their Light was communicated to the hearts and souls of many of the German people who were not in favor of this party or its activities. And therefore, by the inner consent of their souls, though their ability to know what to do in the face of the dark forces was absent in their outer minds, the Law could act and the saints of God could intervene. And thus with continued vigilance and diligence in your dynamic decrees, there can be sustained the necessary spiritual and physical protection of Europe and the United States forestalling an impetuous act by the Soviets, triggered by their psychology of fear or other considerations, chiefly economic, that would not be the better part of wisdom and could indeed unleash world war.

We desire to see, therefore, a strong stand taken by the chelas of Scandinavia concerning the military exercises of the Soviets in their ships and submarines in the Norwegian, North and Baltic seas and the North Atlantic Ocean. We desire to see information concerning Soviet activities made available throughout this body of world servers so that the calls made at Saturday night services can be focused on all Communist threats to the peace and that there will be engendered, especially in the people of Scandinavia, a courage, a determination, a forthrightness not to allow their territorial waters to be violated by the Soviets.

Nation by nation and section by section, wherever these fallen ones make inroads or penetrate through a path of least resistance, there the body of Lightbearers must stand. There you must gather at inner levels in your etheric bodies. There you must place yourselves as the Body of God and resist them with the full fervor and the fire of the heart.

Thus it becomes necessary for you to be informed, as we are informed, as to what is happening nation by nation in terms of Soviet espionage and the undermining of Western society, the spy activities and their timetable for takeover. You must know what are the most critical events occurring on the face of the earth so that your decrees, beloved hearts, are not given in vain and you are not fighting as one that beateth the air, but so that you focus your decrees on the immediate issues that require your deliberation and your action.

It is not possible for the staff at church headquarters, with the responsibilities incumbent upon the office of the Messenger, which they assist in fulfilling, to perform these services of research and the dissemination of information to the student body. Thus, I leave it in the good hands of Keepers of the Flame to organize yourselves and to determine who among you shall form a committee for the transmittal of information on the activities of World Communism, along with those of the International Capitalist/Communist Conspiracy, to the nuclei, the amethyst jewel centers that have been established by our chelas in many nations.

Surely the immediate awareness of and the direct action by group leaders and Keepers in every walk of life can and shall make the difference and forestall many a crisis. The greatest tragedy is that there are events happening on the face of the earth that you have no knowledge of, which are not reported in the media; and these events, one by one effecting change, amalgamate forces and policies that move against the Light of freedom, heart
by heart and nation by nation.

Therefore, from the heart of the Ascended Masters of the Darjeeling Council and from Saint Germain and myself, beloved ones, there comes the call to Helios and Vesta for the dispensation whereby you may make general calls to us and give to the entire Spirit of the Great White Brotherhood each day the authority of your Mighty I AM Presence to act in your name and by the full momentum of your causal bodies in those situations and areas that we deem of vital and urgent necessity.

If you will give us, as it were, the carte blanche, if you will empower us by the authority of your free will to act in the physical octave in circumstances of world treachery and intrigue, I can assure you that we will do so. And if you will give your calls concertedly to beloved Mighty Hercules and call for the forces of Hercules, millions of angels who serve in his legions together with those of Archangel Michael, our bands of the First Ray and of the God Star Sirius to take action, you will discover that the Great White Brotherhood and the chelas in embodiment will checkmate many a dark plot that could advance the cause of Darkness on planet earth when it need not be so.

We are concerned with the international intrigue coming from many nations—of organized crime in league with World Communism where it suits their mutual ends, especially in drug trafficking, in pornography and prostitution and all manner of violent crime. Beloved hearts, the siphoning of the life of business and the free enterprise system by organized crime is a problem in every nation. The demoralization of the people, their intimidation that continues by threat, blackmail and murder (of which you are wholly un­aware)-these things ought not to be. And as you demonstrated when you gave your weekend in a prayer vigil on organized crime, results can be forthcoming when hearts are one in a united purpose. <7>

We bring to your attention, therefore, from the heart of Jesus and Mother Mary, that the fallen ones are aware of the power of God that is at the heart of this Community of Lightbearers, this Church Universal and Triumphant, which is our dearest love and greatest hope. Therefore, because of the awareness on the part of certain forces of the power that emanates through your hearts, we must also make known to you that there are forces, some you are aware of and some not, that have determined by their own cults of hatred to destroy this Church and this Messenger and every single disciple that has come to the fount of his Mighty I AM Presence through this Teaching. This they have attempted to do by every means legal and illegal: by gossip, by calumny, by lawsuits, by subterfuge and by carrying on a media campaign against the Light by attacking the person of the Messengers.

I should caution you, therefore, that daily, and sometimes hourly, decrees are needed for the protection of this citadel of Light from these sinister forces who work through their operatives in embodiment and with the false hierarchy directly from the astral plane. And this brings me to our original point: we must raise the level of the people's awareness so that they can take a stand for freedom and the freedom fighters and against Communism in situations of international crisis, such as those in El Salvador and Nicaragua.

Beloved ones, the pillar of the Lighthouse must be raised and the fortification of our fortress intensified as the sign of the coming again of the ancient intercession of the hosts of the Lord who went before the people Israel "by daytime in a pillar of a cloud, and in a pillar of fire by night." <8> If we can raise a Light and raise it higher than ever before and intensify it as never before without having to be concerned about the chelas' ability to withstand the backlash of the Darkness and of the Dark Ones that the Greater Light provokes, then we shall raise it, then we shall intensify it!

If we can count on our chelas, who surely see this onslaught of the godless aliens and are determined to withstand it, to see and resist the temptations to be discordant in their emotions or inharmonious in their feeling worlds and to keep their harmony in spite of any provocation to lose it, if we can be certain of the chela's reinforcement of the white fire within himself and of his ability to stand, face, and conquer by the Truth, by direct action and dynamic decree any and all threats to this Ascended Master activity and whatever may come knocking on his door as karma, enticement or plot of the force to unseat him from the holy office of being Chela unto God, the Great Guru, then we will raise up a Light and raise it higher than ever before and we will intensify the Greater Light as never before!

And you will see that the Greater Light that can be poured into this Community and the resultant expansion of its membership will serve, in effect, to be the ensign of the people, <9> to be the leaven of the Woman that will leaven the consciousness <10> of the whole world and make plain the vision of our God concerning a Darkness of the gray ones that has become a gray mist clouding the minds of the people whereby they no longer understand right and wrong; they do not understand relativity or the sliding scale of relative good and evil or the forces of absolute Good and absolute Evil, of Christ and Antichrist, that are in confrontation at that proverbial Megiddo in the battle of Armageddon. <11>

Blessed hearts, this activity and its chelas represent the most practical and effective group of souls on the planet, those who understand what it means to check the Dark Ones in the streets of life. However, some of our best servants are found in the most impractical spiritual organizations where the emphasis is upon personal attainment of the siddhis and withdrawal from the world in the Hindu tradition. Others are trapped in cults of idolatry centering on a psychic teacher who, instead of directing his students' devotion to their Mighty I AM Presence, directs it to himself, flattering his students with past-life readings and regressions (largely inaccurate and highly detrimental to their soul progress on the path) as well as private messages purported to be from our bands. And therefore in both cases, where their Light might be applied through their exercise of the spoken Word to the alleviation of the world conditions you are tackling every day, it is directed instead into areas that have nothing whatsoever to do with the outcome of current crisis or future global war.

Beloved hearts, when we raise up a Messenger and chelas who are sensitive to our word and responsive to our promptings, we can accomplish a great deal by their authorization for us to intercede in their personal and planetary affairs and by the energy they give to us in their dynamic decrees and in their prayers and invocations of intercession offered on behalf of governments and nations and the people themselves. Therefore we must send legions of Light for the protection of the Messenger and chelas and for the enhancement of the integrating factor that makes possible this cooperative service of the Great White Brotherhood ascended and unascended, which is organization itself.

Organization comes under the dispensation of the Mother Flame. And I can assure you that it is by the hand of Mother Mary and by the beloved Astrea and the great brooding presence of the Divine Mother with you that there is and does remain the cosmic reinforcement of this organization. So often in the past, endeavors we have founded have been compromised because the Mother Flame was violated; for its disciplines were not understood and therefore not adhered to and its power was not comprehended. And thus, when people come together for constructive service, where devotion to the Divine Mother and her Flame is wanting there is often a dilution of purpose, a division amongst the group as to how to accomplish the goals at hand and even a turning aside of those goals due to personal rivalry.

Thus, we have determined to allow you to feel our presence and the presence of the Holy Spirit and the power of personal initiation at the altar and in your life that you might have a spiritual reinforcement of your faith in God and Community and of your oneness with your I AM Presence. Thereby you remain in a state of grace and one-pointedness to accomplish those purposes of Hierarchy, which, I tell you, could never be accomplished by yourselves individually and therefore, you understand, the good karma of a united effort could not accrue to you individually as grace without the organization of Community.

When Saint Germain promised that those who espouse this Teaching could make their ascension in this life or the next, <12> he had in mind that chelas could both balance their karma and attain considerable self-mastery by taking part in, or by lending their spiritual and financial support to, this larger effort, this community effort, which he saw could accomplish so much more than any one individual could accomplish alone—even the most advanced initiate.

I can assure you that the group dynamic decree is the greatest single factor in the preservation of your personal path within the framework of Community. Few among you could hold the balance against the forces of Antichrist pitted against the organization and against the emergent Christ within each member without the drawing of the solar ring of the Great White Brotherhood around the world body of co-servers.

Thus we cherish our co-workers, and you are able to make strides in the quotient of Light that you can carry by the mutual reinforcement chela by chela of community decrees and community action. I urge you to realize, then, that your coming together in your groups —wherever two or three can gather in the name of the Great White Brotherhood—whether here in the sanctuary at Camelot or in the places you have prepared around the world, is most important. And you accomplish so much more for beloved Jesus and Saint Germain when you hold your weekly and biweekly meetings and you do not stay away from the daily group decree sessions that are so important to Hierarchy.

Work done privately and apart is not nearly so effective as that which is done in group action in the sanctuary. I urge you therefore to combine your causes and to bring the specific focus of your departments into the sanctuary to be worked on in individual calls as you join forces in the giving of your basic decree patterns in unison. If you will but mention your projects and the opposition to them in your preamble, then the momentum of the decree force of the entire Community will be behind your individual inserts.

This community action is so much more powerful than what you can accomplish separately in your offices and apartments that I must underscore this admonishment. I ask you not to fail to remember Jesus' words, "For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them." <13> And I tell you, the two or three hundred and the two or three thousand only multiplies the promise that "The Call Compels the Answer" and the geometrization of the release of the sacred fire by Lord Maitreya. <14>

Therefore, beloved ones, for the defense of America defend this Church. For the Roman Church is not protected; having defiled itself, having failed to perpetuate the true teachings of Jesus Christ and to publish the record of his eighteen years in the East that the youth of the world might follow his example, having failed to outline a viable path of sainthood along the lines of the Eastern bodhisattva ideal or the application in daily life of the sacred mysteries taught by Messengers as these were given to them by Jesus, the present leadership has lost its dispensation.

The path of the Holy Grail taught here and espoused by all of us who attained the ascension in the Light could have long ago been taught to the people through the Catholic Church. It has not been done; it has been denied to the dear followers of God and for that reason alone we have had to found another endeavor and anoint another mouthpiece to deliver that Word.

For nothing—nor false doctrine nor dogma, nor pope nor priest nor church councils that withhold the truth of Christ's universal message—shall stand between a people and their God. Nothing shall come between them and their right to know the Truth that shall make them free, the Truth about their immortal birthright vouchsafed to them by their Mighty I AM Presence! And therefore we have truly moved heaven and earth to bring your lifestreams together to establish this Church. And we are continuing to move heavenly forces and legions of Light for its protection. They await your command to Light and your dynamic decrees offered in God's name.

Therefore, forget not to make the Call. For one word from the heart of a chela who is living the Teaching to the best of his ability, even though that one may not be perfect, does receive the immediate obedience of legions of Light; for it is to your Holy Christ Self that the heavenly hosts defer. And this is why you always call in the name of your Mighty I AM Presence and Holy Christ Self, thereby establishing the power and the authority of your command or your decree, which is never vested in the human, blessed hearts. Therefore keep sacred the Call and revere your God-potential, which is anchored in your threefold flame. Revere, therefore, your calling. And see that by the gift of the Call and the living Word, you do make your calling and election sure. <15>

In this hour of the oneness of the Flame, we desire to see a oneness of heart and mind unite the American people on the issue of right- and left-wing encroachment on the freedoms of Central and South American people. The leaders of these nations have never demonstrated an ability to enshrine the flame of freedom and to protect it in their citizens according to the principles of the Great White Brotherhood. And therefore even those who have espoused the right side of the coin, shall we say, have done so while betraying the heart of Saint Germain in their disregard for the human as well as the divine rights of the people. By their right-wing dictatorships, their mismanagement of their nations' resources and economies and their subjugation of the masses in poverty and ignorance, they have opened the door to World Communism, as you know, and if not World Communism, then the bankruptcy of their nations.

Understand that the protection of this hemisphere is paramount in holding the balance of Light in the earth from the North to the South Pole. Pole to pole the flame of freedom must burn on, and therefore we desire to see a mighty longitudinal line of violet flame from north to south that does prevent the merging of world forces of Darkness and totalitarian movements.

Beloved hearts of living flame, it is necessary that this government once again recognize that the protection of freedom in this hemisphere is its responsibility and that the Lightbearers of these nations of the Americas are the ones who truly keep the flame of freedom and are capable of holding the line. But their leaders and those who manage their economies make a mockery of the living flame of freedom contained in these hearts even while they make a shambles of their institutions.

Thus, those who can best defend freedom ought to do so. And we encourage this president and this nation to protect the sovereign borders of every country and to find ways and means, mysterious and miraculous, to go to the hearts of these nations and to raise up those bodies of freedom-fighters in the culture, the education, the commerce, as well as the military, to hold the line of freedom until the angel reinforcements, the holy innocents, and the members of the sixth and seventh root races might come into embodiment and grow up to be those who will not be challenged; for their Light is too great.

You already have within this Community certain souls of Light, beloved ones, sent to you for the precious quality of their hearts and their inner attainment. You may not even recognize them or the power of their attainment, but they have volunteered their lifestreams and their Light to be a candle in your midst.

Therefore spare no effort to see to it that the little ones receive the best love, the best education. And give to parents and teachers alike an expanded awareness of God's consciousness in the Seven Mighty Elohim, and from the World Teachers give them what must be imparted to the youth of the world. That which you teach by the heart and the soul is best apprehended by little children. Therefore bring your beings into alignment with God and transmit to them the living Truth of your Christhood.

The more you are diligent and self-sacrificing in the establishment of the greatest educational institution the world has ever known, the more we are able to go to Helios and Vesta and the Karmic Board to receive dispensations in your behalf. The World Teachers look to you to establish by practice and by example excellence and love, the power of right habit, and the inculcation of a balanced program for the health of the four lower bodies and the development and integration of the chakras.

We encourage and laud your efforts; but we say they must be deepened, widened, and accelerated as you examine the best methods of education that are in use today as well as those sponsored by the Brotherhood in past ages and in little-known areas. There is much that remains to be discovered in the principles of the education of the heart.

Therefore watch and pray, for the angels and the Ascended Masters can and shall reveal to any heart attuned to the heart of Christ certain keys and mysteries for the teaching not only of new souls recently embodied but also of old souls coming into embodiment to finish up their spirals on earth, balance their karma and move on. Those of advancing years can be retrained and brought into the creative fires of Elohim to draw down from their causal bodies their greatest talents of all ages and lay them on the altar of Community. This can be accomplished through an adult education program that will enable them to gain a greater mastery in their mental bodies and in their feeling worlds.

There is no limit to the attainment anyone can gain in life. Where there is a will there is a way. There is no age limit. There is no limit except for the individual who will not try. Where there is no effort, where there is no willingness to take the first step, no will to be or to do, or the breathing of a prayer that "I be more of God this day than I was yesterday" and "God, show me the way to do it," then we cannot intercede, we cannot help, we cannot uplift or exalt the spirit or the mind of man or woman or child. Free will is the key to all achievement in life. And above all, free will is the key to divine intercession.

Let none think that the door of God's heart or the door of their own mental development closed one day many years ago. Why, by prayer and fasting alone, you can reach the stars! And this being one of my favorite subjects, I close with a prayer of the Magi.

On behalf of the entire Spirit of the Great White Brotherhood and the Darjeeling Council, we come before thy throne, O Most High God and beloved Father. We, the members of the Darjeeling Council, therefore ask of the Lord Buddha, our beloved Gautama, and of Sanat Kumara a dispensation of more Light and of rein­forcements from the Great Central Sun to reinforce the circle of fire of this Community and to expand it by hearts of Light well chosen from across the earth and by souls coming into embodiment by dispensation.

We, the members of the Darjeeling Council of the Great White Brotherhood, numbering in this hour one hundred forty-four Ascended Masters with additional unascended chelas as advisers, do pledge our life unanimously for the continued sponsorship of this mouthpiece and of every chela who would be the instrument of our Word and Teaching, carrying it and interpreting it as it is given from the altar of the Holy Grail, from the Flame of the ark of the covenant to every nation and Lightbearer.

We go to the heart of Helios and Vesta this night to petition a dispensation to sponsor a world council of our chelas who might be trained for world service so that the Spirit of the Great White Brotherhood might begin again to play a constructive role in the governments of the nations.

We ask for the dispensation, O God, Almighty One, our Father, that the setting in place of the etheric matrix for the governing of the nations and for a spiritual movement of Lightbearers might work an alchemy for Saint Germain whereby the stars themselves shall release their innermost secrets and their divine powers and Merlin himself will be accorded that miraculous dispensation to move in the halls of government and in the hearts of our chelas for the protection of the flame of freedom on planet earth and for the evolution of the Aquarian mind and the Aquarian dispensation.

As the members of the Darjeeling Council gather in this hour, our hands are clasped to form that circle of fire, that solar ring, for the protection of our own. For we, too, have heard the words of Jesus this day. <16> And we are determined, as you are determined, that the true story of his life and his message shall be made plain and shall be published abroad for the freeing of the individual disciple to follow him all the way Home—not only to Golgotha but to India, to Nepal, to Tibet, to every nation, and to the high and holy light of Kashmir.

Therefore Kashmir becomes the citadel of the World Teachers, Jesus and Kuthumi, who radiate their light rays to all Lightbearers of the world, anchoring them in the hearts of the chelas and the land set aside in the Rocky Mountains and in all aspiring ones who will take up the cause of world and individual freedom and recognize that only by the Spirit of the Lord can secular decisions for freedom be won and held—only by the path of the Sacred Heart and the Ruby Ray, only by that determined spirit of the stalwart knight and lady of the flame can all of our divine purposes be won.

I plead with you, therefore, my chelas, to recognize what it is within your innermost being that must be surrendered that your Holy Christ Self might descend into your temple and dwell there until your daily victories become, as in a chain reaction, the Victory of your life and your ascension in the Light! And we, one and all together, plead with the soul to understand that the choices you make this day are, in many cases, ultimate and final choices. The choice to shed the snakeskin, to sacrifice it in the sacred fire and to let God become more of your True Self even as you let your True Self become more of God is the best choice I know of.

I therefore direct my prayer to the Most High God and to your souls. And I pray for the wedding of the twain and for the universal consciousness of God in manifestation in his sons and daughters that our words this night might effect a closer union of heaven and earth. That the most advanced souls on earth might meet at our retreat those in heaven who are serving with the Light­bearers of earth is our prayer. We call for a series of meetings to take place at our Darjeeling retreat of God's will between the forces of heaven and those of earth who are the emerging stars of the Divine Mother and the bodhisattvas of the Buddha following the path of the lovely lady Kuan Yin.

My beloved, I seal my prayer, which is a prayer for determined action, in the heart of the Maha Chohan. For I know that God's Holy Spirit manifest in our Brotherhood above and below enables us to act as one. And I know that that Holy Spirit will enable you to contain and remember the ever-present Person of the God of Freedom to the earth.

Our council stands in salute of the Ascended Master Saint Germain. We bid you join us. [Congregation rises.]

Saint Germain, in this hour of cycles turning, we, the Darjeeling Council and our chelas one, pledge anew our hearts, our full fervor of devotion, and all that the Godhead will allow of our causal bodies that your desire might be fulfilled. And therefore to the end that in this hour the dispensation might be accorded for world and individual freedom to the earth and this and other solar systems, we have petitioned that the causal bodies of the Sons of God ascended and unascended might offset and hold the balance against the Dark Cycle of returning karma.

Beloved Saint Germain, beloved Keepers of the Flame, we have received word from the Cosmic Council and from the Lords of Karma that as of this hour the experiment and the effort to enable this to take place shall begin. Therefore there is not an unalterable turning but a setting in position and a lowering, as it were, of the mighty spheres of our causal bodies that this Light of the God of Freedom might be held in balance and in harmony and in God-protection to offset the Dark Cycle by all who are the enlightened ones on earth.

And therefore, it has pleased the Lord God through Elohim to allow the experiment, to try and see just how much Light can be held in physical manifestation by the Sons of God, the Christed ones above and below working together, without upsetting the planetary balance of forces or the systemic balance of forces and without upsetting the delicate path of the holy innocents and children of Light juxtaposed in this effort.

We shall therefore expect to hear the report of the Four and Twenty Elders at such time as they shall determine to give the results of their examination of this trial.

Beloved ones, I, El Morya, encourage you in the name of Saint Germain to proceed with caution, prudence, and care. I counsel you to continue along the lines you have begun, to direct your attention above all to the protection of the sons of God who stand to hold the balance of Light for this Church, for this Messenger, for this nation and all nations, to direct your attention to protection for the Lightbearers, whose causal bodies can mean the difference, and to protection for the little children, whose causal bodies can offset the Darkness and the Dark Ones of the Dark Cycle.

Do you understand, beloved ones, that when the fallen ones and the dark forces know that their Darkness may not cover the land because of the Light that is upheld by key individuals, they concert their efforts against those ones? And if those ones are not alert and they allow themselves to lose their balance and trip and fall, the fallen ones may rush in and attempt to cause deadly harm. It is not the desire of the Godhead or the Brotherhood that this should take place. You see, our desire to stay the hand of the enemy of the Light is not as great as our desire to protect the friend of the Light; for in our challenge of the sons of Belial we would not jeopardize the safety and the path of the sons of God.

Thus the trial shall proceed. And we shall see what our efforts of long centuries of working with our chelas have produced. That you may remain the alert, the guard, and the legion of honor of Saint Germain is our prayer. Of this you may be assured: I, El Morya, will stand, reinforcing your mercurial mind, your determin­ation, and your awareness twenty-four hours a day. And I will also be there to firmly remind you that you must not stray from your inner God-Harmony or your attunement with the One, that you must not misqualify the Light we send that it be stolen by the Dark Ones. You must not allow your auras to be punctured by their deliberate discord.

This teaching has been well set forth by the Messenger in recent deliveries. Study and learn well how to achieve the basic necessity of constant attunement with your Mighty I AM Presence. And we shall see what a wondrous work the Great White Brotherhood ascended and unascended might perform for the honor of Saint Germain and for the redeeming of all of his efforts made on behalf of the Lightbearers of earth and this evolution. Let us, one and all, give back to him what he has given to us.

I seal you in the height of a noble endeavor. I seal you in a vibration that will keep you steely white and alert, illumined as to the wiles of Serpent and as to the vulnerability of your own unredeemed nature. To know thyself in this hour—thy strengths and thy weaknesses—as well as you know the enemy can mean all the difference in the success of our endeavor. Above all, the victory of the individual is our concern.

May the love of Nada, who is with us, also seal you in the awareness of the precious Chohan of the Sixth Ray and member of the Karmic Board, whose daily and hourly concern is to teach you, to discipline you, to show you the way of ministration and service to life on the path of the Ruby Ray-and to comfort, love and buoy you up in the power and presence of the aura of Jesus Christ.

Spilotro was never convicted, but he was murdered by the mob in 1986. On March 5, 1983, police on southern Italy arrested 834 people as part of a vast crackdown on an organized crime network. In July of 1983, President Reagan created a 20-member commission on Organized Crime designed "to fight to break the power of the mob." The following November two investigators in the Justice Department's Organized Crime Unit were awarded the Excalibur Award by Congress for "outstanding service in federal government" for successfully cracking organized-crime racketeering at Fulton Fish Market in New York City. And on April 9, 1984, the breakup of a heroin smuggling ring called the "pizza connection," led to the indictment of leaders of the big Mafia families, both within the United States and in Sicily. On February 26, 1985, the government indicted five top New York Mafia family bosses on charges of being part of the Mafia's reputed ruling council that has overseen the mob activities since 1931. Two years later on January 13, 1987 three bosses and four associates each received 100-year prison sentences, a penalty that prosecutes hoped would cause "a shredding of the government of the mob," On December 16, 1987, following the largest Mafia trial on Sicily's history, 19 Mafia members, including their leader, Michele Greco, were given life sentences and 338 of the 452 defendants were given a total of 2,665 years in jail terms.

O America, how I love thee! O America, living Spirit of Freedom from the God Star!

O Light of Sirius, kindle now the hearts of this people. For indeed the hour is come for their initiation by the Light <1> of Sirius. Let it be so, then, that God-government to the earth—as sponsored by Sanat Kumara, as rejected by the nations, as espoused by Saint Germain and received by the people of the United States—now return to its original and founding principles.

Beloved of the Light, the Constitution of the United States is a covenant twixt the Mighty I AM Presence and the people that must rely on the mediatorship of the sons of God who represent the people because they have chosen the path of le fleur-de-lis.

In the heart of your threefold flame, I salute you, Sons and Daughters of Liberty from every nation who bear in your members the true Spirit of America! (I bid you be seated to hear my dissertation this day.)

First I would tell you that "America" is not the name of a nation but it is the name of a body of Lightbearers whose emissaries, long ago sent by God, determined to establish this land as the place where Sanat Kumara might enjoy that relationship to his own, ordained of [by] his coming, establishing and preserving the reason for being of this earth.

Therefore, beloved, all who are a part of this body and company of the Lord Sanat Kumara are by name America, embody the Spirit of America, and therefore may call themselves in the spiritual sense "Americans." This is a very ancient word that came by circumstances of which you know through the one called Amerigo Vespucci. Beloved ones, a simple cartographer given a name that would relate to Sirius—and therefore the name of the I AM Race is inscribed in cipher in this word!

Thus, when I address you-"O America, how I love thee!"—I am speaking to every Lightbearer on earth who has come to this planet under the direction of Sanat Kumara with the vow of Holy Spirit to preserve and uphold the thread of contact with the Holy Kumaras, to live life as a disciple of that Word and that Law, to inscribe the covenants of a spiritual law, thereby protecting all in embodiment and reserving unto them those inalienable rights, beloved ones, which derive from the Mighty I AM Presence.

These, then, are divine rights that must first be exercised by the Americans. Let them exercise the right of the threefold flame and the authority of the living Word and the Mighty I AM Presence. And let the Constitution and its interpretation reflected in the laws of the nation and the states be secured and interpreted so as to defend the divine right of the individual in the exercising of the seven chakras through the four sacred freedoms, through the right to private property, and through the right to the Master/disciple relationship.

Thus, there is missing in the chief justices and in the supreme courts of the states this plumb line of Truth and this standard that the divine right, and not alone the human, must be preserved in law and in the courts. Thus, you must know what are the divine rights of each individual in order that you might discover whether or not those divine rights are violated by human laws and judicial decision.

Therefore begin promptly following my address to list those rights that you consider inalienable because they come from your divinity. This is the meaning of the divine right—that you are divine and that, being the [Light-emanation of the] Divine One, you have a right to be that one on earth as in heaven. This is the foundation of the law and government of this nation. And it is to the restoration of this founding principle by the Light of the God Star Sirius that I address you this day, beloved!

Do you understand? ["Yes!"]

Now, therefore, in the giving of the prayer vigils for the laws and the lawmakers, for the courts and systems of justice, it will take a very careful review of that which has been done—error laid over the original Constitution, error of interpretation based on the defense of human rights at the expense of someone's divine right to pursue a path of initiation, to take accountability for his karma,to "work out his salvation" before God and with God, "with fear and trembling" <2> before that LORD and that One.

God is not very far from any American—and remember, the term is defined as "the Lightbearers of Sanat Kumara." These, par excellence, may be the ones in every nation who carry this banner. Those, then, who become Americans do so by the initiation of the Goddess of Liberty, whose office I hold, which being I AM.

Therefore, it is an initiation of the heart and of the threefold flame. And those who enter into that sacred commitment to be citizens of the United States do receive an impetus of my threefold flame, which is an action for the balancing and bringing into alignment of their own threefold flame. I place there the fleur-de-lis of my being as an electronic blueprint, or matrix, if you will. And therefore it is like a rudder, a steadying force that keeps the individual re-creating and raising up those three plumes in balance. And thus, I work very closely with beloved Gautama, Lord of the World.

The initiation of the heart which I give must be earned and won. As I give, therefore, the etheric blueprint, so from the day of citizenship onward, beloved, there must be a proving, there must be a working, there must be a knowledge of the Word.

Therefore, I carry the Book of the Law <3> that represents not alone the Constitution but the divine document citing the divine rights of the sons of God upon this planetary home. And it remains for you to distill from my heart through your Christ Self what are those divine rights so that you may come to understand that every line of the Constitution does reflect an inner divine right which has been made applicable to the human scene of karma, of the building of a nation, and of the dealing with the economy and the settling of old scores with the fallen ones.

Therefore, beloved, those who become Americans must prove their ability to be the Keepers of the Flame of Liberty. Thus, understand how it is that the one occupying the highest secular office of the nation, the President of the United States, did affirm for all people of this nation the vow of those who take their initiation from me—"We are the Keepers of the Flame of Liberty." <4> Beloved ones, had those words not been spoken in your behalf, I tell you, the initiation given to this nation would not have come about. [26-sec. applause]

Have you heard it spoken in any other nation? ["No!"]

Beloved hearts, the term "Keeper of the Flame" has found its way to the Oval Office! [19-sec. applause]

Understand, then, that so great a people have been committed to this calling by the President, whom they have elected by an overwhelming majority twice. Understand, beloved, that few officeholders are perfect but the mantle of the office that comes from the Great White Brotherhood is indeed perfect. Therefore, respect the mantle of the office of the President of the United States, which since the anointing of George Washington has been a mantle in the hierarchy of the Brotherhood.

There have been officeholders who have scarcely understood the mantle. Some have betrayed it, some have gone against the Light <5> of the I AM Presence. But because the mantle itself was present, as some have remarked, the nation has survived its presidents! [12-sec. applause]

Understand, then, that although there is a willing heart in your President, there are circumstances and individuals and even his own karma that may prevent the best use of that mantle and the wielding of it in a stronger defense of freedom. I say pray for the officeholder to come into alignment with the mantle itself. And offer the prayer upon all elected representatives and those not elected that the mantle of Christ descend.

Whether they will use that mantle to divide the waters and proclaim the Truth of the LORD's prophecy or whether it will become a judgment upon their own treasonous acts against this nation, so be it. The mantle itself will perform its work when invoked by you. Since it is a qualification of the representatives of the people of this nation to be the bearers of the Light and the mantle of the Christ, therefore you may invoke it. And therefore you may use the Judgment Call <6> to demand the judgment of those individuals who have betrayed the office of Mediator, which office is essential in the interpretation and execution of the Constitution.

Realize, then, that in this hour as I stand and as I have appeared to the people of America at the soul level, there is come to pass this initiation and this reinforcement: that the calling of the Lord is that those who represent the people—whether in public office, private industry, education, or society—must therefore be compelled to uphold the standard of the Cosmic Christ. They must be compelled by the Lightbearers in the nation who form the ensign of the enlightened ones—and this by the calls to the Almighty, to us, the body of the Lords of Karma, to your Christ Self, and to the entire Hierarchy.

Initiation, then, is a raising of the hurdle. It is higher today than it was on July 3rd, beloved. The people have rallied! They have come to my heart and to the heart of the Mother. They have seen me. They have known me. They have known my flame. And love to one another has abounded on this day when I have held my presence in such intensity throughout the land. And with the release, beloved, of these fireworks, <7> I did simultaneously release the fire of my causal body which was called for and demanded and therefore delivered into the hearts of all citizens of this nation! [56-sec. standing ovation]

Understand, beloved, the reason for their applause and joy and celebration at the release of this light. It was the certain knowledge that I gave to each and every one, regardless of their station or standing on the Path, that truly in this hour the light of the Cosmic Christ, the light of the Divine Mother is come. And that for which the people have prayed—which is the intercessor, the deliverance of this nation in the face of world situations—has been answered by Almighty God in my person, beloved, because I am the one Ascended Master upon whom all people of this nation can agree and to whom they may give their allegiance. Is this not a wonder, beloved?

["Yes!" 36-sec. applause]

There has not been a greater single, unifying force in the full century since the placing of my image in New York harbor. But on the day and date of the hundredth anniversary, so the fullness of the time was come. And a people have cried out for the Divine Mother, and therefore the Divine Mother is with this people this hour and continuing, beloved! [32-sec. applause]

You will find it interesting to note the comments of the foreign press concerning this magnanimous and extravagant celebration—the same complaints made, beloved, to Jesus when the precious oil of spikenard was brought. And even some of the disciples complained, "Why was it not sold and the money given to the poor?" <8>

And therefore, they spoke of the extravagance of Americans: "Americans always do things too big," and "at the heart of the celebration was not liberty but business and enterprise" because so many put up their shops and stalls and stands to sell their wares. And finally the remark, by one who should know better, that it was "simply too much"—"it was as though America had suddenly discovered the Statue of Liberty when it had been here all along."

Beloved ones, in these comments, all the way from France to Ireland to Pravda itself, you will note the envy by these nations concealed in criticism of the abundant Life of the Divine Mother and the Cosmic Christ given to this nation through our hearts and a complete misreading of the free enterprise spirit. They have not read the vibration of the Spirit of America; and therefore they remain in condemnation. As they have condemned the seed of Ephraim and Manasseh, the seed of Joseph, four thousand years and more, the jealous brethren therefore point the finger and do not enter into America's joy.

Thus, some among these nations of Europe have also criticized the Messenger and her coming for the same reasons—the abundant momentum of joy and spirit and energy and life. Thus, they sit in the judgment seat, beloved, in scorn, <9> knowing not that they judge the favorite son. The favorite son is not America. The favorite son is the living Christ, the Son of God—the only begotten Son of God, full of grace and truth, who is personified in your Holy Christ Self. And those who raise up that Son of Light and become that Son have therefore united with the only favorite son of God.

And those who have not, for their own rebellion and bitterness, they stand outside the wall of the tube of light of America and her people, not invoking their own. They may only point the finger and say these nonsense things. I desire you to understand that the spirit of hatred of America, of the Great White Brotherhood, and of this Messenger and Teaching abroad in the world must go down! It must be consumed before it reach this shore and intimidate this people and her leadership to compromise in any way, shape or form, and in so doing, by accommodation, to compromise the inalienable rights of this people to pursue the Guru/chela relationship according to that divine document! [15-sec. applause]

I tell you that you should take note, then, of the misguided concepts held by the Presidents of France and the United States in this hour, believing that the President of the Soviet Union and the chief representative of the Communist Party now desire more than ever to negotiate an arms agreement and to pursue peace. It is true, beloved, that they desire this. But their desiring is always,as it has ever been, to gain time and advantage for the ultimate takeover of this nation as well as that of France as the heart of the flame of Liberty.

They desire the Light, beloved. They will never have it by the path of initiation. Therefore, understand that they must take it by subtlety, by disinformation, by a dictatorship, a totalitarian regime and control of their people, by belching lies about the West and America continually from their organs of information.

Beloved ones, beware. Beware, then, of the false prophets in this day as in the day of Jeremiah who did prophesy peace and therefore did not show the threatening coming from the Chaldeans. <10> Beloved hearts, their intent has never changed since the Bolshevik revolution and since they made their pack <11> when they were cast out of heaven by Archangel Michael. <12> The fallen ones in this and every nation are determined to destroy this bastion of freedom, this nation under God, for one purpose—to destroy the citadel that does protect this Guru/chela relationship.

Therefore come to the understanding that this is the hour to pray for the exposure of the Truth and the Lie as to what is the motivation behind the Soviets, especially in consideration of President Mitterrand's visit to Moscow. <13>

Understand, beloved, that every force of psychic and mental manipulation is used by the Soviets in their interchanges with representatives of the West.

You must understand the deadly nature of those who have entrenched themselves within this system. You must realize that in this hour America must become fully a Light <14> nation, protected by the Light, drawing her laws into conformance with the laws of God so that these laws supported by the people and the courts which are in violation of divine law do not therefore become instruments of the heavy karma upon the nation that is present already.

I speak of the liberal abortion laws and of the absence of prayer in the schools. I speak of liberal laws concerning pornography as the desecration of woman and the Woman clothed with the Sun, whose representative I AM.

Be diligent, then, and watchful. And see to it that those who contain the ensign, the standard and the banner of the Cosmic Christ—you yourselves—study those laws and decisions handed down by the supreme courts and the courts of the states and that you give your calls and your evening prayer vigils for the righting of the axis of law and government in America.

Thus, beloved, the light sent forth from my causal body is the initiatic light demanding that all representatives of the people, public and private, must truly represent that Christ or be judged by that Christ. No longer will any escape irresponsibility of their treatment of any part of Life, beginning with their own children and moving on to their neighbors, to their shopkeepers, to their businesses, and to their clients.

Beloved ones, let all know that the day of accountability is here. And when you interact with people, you are responsible unto your own mantle of Christhood to deal justly, forthrightly, honestly, in harmony, and to make the Golden Rule a sound part of your life and a commitment.

Remember, then, the carefulness in the execution of your office of responsibility to Life. Be not betrayers of the office of Chela—chela of El Morya and Saint Germain and chelas of the Goddess of Liberty. When you betray your office, you let down the entire nation and the potential for others coming here and becoming citizens to follow your example.

I will tell you, then, that the office that is upon you this day and that becomes both a mantle and a judge as the Word present with you is the office of Prophet and Teacher. It is the office of Healer. It is the office of the Keeper of the Flame of Liberty.

You must deal justly and quickly with those who come to you because you are the responsible one. When you raise up the Christ and little ones depend upon you, or new students or people in your community who are suffering some kind of oppression through bureaucracy or otherwise, that raising up of the Christ in itself conveys responsibility. You cannot raise up the Christ merely for your personal satisfaction or protection or enlightenment. When you raise up the Light, the Light is king, the Light is priest unto God, the Light is shepherd.

Understand the meaning of that true Light. You may not decree the decree of the Word without accountability. When the Light is invoked, you must then be the servant of the people. Do not turn your back and do not be as the king of Judah, who neglected the word of the prophet because he was concerned as to how the Hebrews, already in exile, would treat him or what the princes would say of him and what they would do to him if he would listen to the word of the Mighty I AM Presence. <15>

His Achilles' heel was his pride of person and his fear of their seeming greater power. And that seeming greater power, beloved, is the fear of the power of the fallen angels—which you must dispense with this day, I tell you! And you dispense with that fear by knowing once and for all that Archangel Michael is at your side and does answer your call and does answer it best when you keep a daily momentum, which is a coil of blue fire around you, so that the instantaneous call for help can be answered immediately because you have a momentum. It is a veritable blue flaming coil around you, from beneath your feet all the way to your I AM Presence, coincidental with your tube of light.

When this is in place, the simple call "Lord Michael before, Lord Michael behind, Lord Michael to the right, Lord Michael to the left, Lord Michael above, Lord Michael below, Lord Michael, Lord Michael wherever I go!" brings the Electronic Presence of the Archangel Michael upon you [—concluding with "I AM his Love protecting here!" (3x)].

Give the Word with authority! Dare to be regular in your decrees and to make real and lasting progress. Dare to be the instrument of our Word and to know that you must be accountable this day for this teaching you have had for many a year and aeon, else give accounting in the end for the failure and the neglect to use it and to wield your mantle.

I warn you, you are the firstfruits of this dispensation. Now many will come to see what you have done. And when they take it up with a greater zeal they will judge you for your neglect and your self-indulgence. The hour is come when those who do not exercise that mantle and flame of Liberty will see it pass to another generation of Lightbearers. You are the called and therefore you are in the position to be the ones to transmit this information and knowledge to this nation.

Make haste, then, for I would speak to you of the dictation of Gautama Buddha, Wesak 1977. On that occasion the Lord of the World gave a ten-year dispensation for the saving of the planet. And he said if the darkness had not turned around by the end of that ten-year dispensation, he could not promise or commit that anything further could be done. <16>

I speak to you, then, because you have less than a twelve-month to take full advantage of this dispensation. And I tell you that the January 1, 1987, date is a date calculated in comparison with and consideration of that dispensation.

Therefore we see in this hour certain necessities for this congregation of the righteous to move together as my heart, head, and hand to see to it that the organization and the detail of this move and the founding of our base at the Royal Teton Ranch is accomplished with the swiftness of the God Mercury and the power of Hercules and all elemental life who will assist you.

I engage you and call you. If you would do for me that greatest favor that I need doing, you should know that it is to establish this base there soon and in divine order. For I must then send you as teams throughout North America to deliver this word and message. It is important, for the word spoken and delivered prior to Wesak 1987 will still retain the dispensation of Gautama. And beyond that, beloved, unless a new dispensation be
forthcoming and be earned, you will find it more difficult to stump the nations.

Therefore, on Monday following this conference those will gather who desire to be ministering servants and to stump. And I trust our committee serving in this area will be fully prepared to deliver to these earnest ones a plan that can be implemented.

Then, beloved, with the establishment of our base in Montana, we will send you and send you again in that Ritual of the Atom, in that mighty call, forming, then, the petals of the daisy as from the Central Sun of the Cosmic Clock you go forth to each and every line and return again for the recharge in the center to go out again. Thus, the daisies will be woven and the garlands will appear. And Mother Mary will have the earth garlanded in the daisies of light that you fashion from the necessity of understanding that you must go to the Heart of the Inner Retreat to be recharged and reconsecrated and realigned to go forth once again and bear that Light to the world. <17>

This, then, is our call. And this, then, is our understanding. Because of that coming date, beloved, realize that I have been given this means and this empowerment and this delivery of the initiation from the Great Central Sun to this people in this hour. [28-sec. applause]

And now you, in the footsteps of Elisha, looking to me as your Elijah—I say, if you see me as I AM, if you know me as I AM, if you present the chalice to be myself as I AM, you will receive in answer to your call a double portion of my Spirit. <18> For you shall have done the great work of preparing the way for this event.

Thus, beloved, you may in this moment and in writing your letters to the Karmic Board include this request and also so state your ability and determination and vow to be responsible for that double portion. I give you, then, the opportunity to leap to your feet and call for the double portion of my Spirit now! [personal calls shouted]

Therefore, hear the cry of the prophet in the land! And hear the word of the Messenger that does go before my face. Know that the word I speak that you have heard is true and that you must listen to the prophecy of Jeremiah and consider it as a lesson in co-measurement to the decisions you are compelled to make in this hour. For the hour of July 4, 1986, is an hour that then and thenceforth shall compel every American upon earth to take the decision to save this planetary home from further encroachment by the fallen ones through evil systems, cancers invading West and East.

Let it be done, O Lord. Let those who have called to me receive this double portion of my Spirit in this hour. Let the lives and cases of those whose call must be remanded to our council for deliberation be reviewed that we might act swiftly to answer where there is warrant and trust.

Now, then, beloved, I desire a recounting before this people of those issues that are at stake in America that require action by the President and the Congress, by the legislatures of the states. I require that you draw up an accounting of that which should diligently be the right action of the exercise of the power of the office of President of the United States—that which has not been done as the sin of omission, that which has been done incorrectly as the sin of commission, and all things that have been done according to the right mind of God.

Then, beloved, let these acts and decisions be reviewed with recommendation by an "Awareness/Action" and let them be prayed for in the evening prayer vigils. And let the writing of the analysis of current events and matters of state be for the realigning of this people with the true fleur-de-lis of my heart, the true Will of God, the true Wisdom of God, the true Love of God.

Beloved, they love much. They rejoice much. They have much fervor of freedom. But they are disenfranchised by their ignorance and in some cases by their rotten education, which is the education of the power elite to keep the Lightbearers enslaved by their ignorance of the living Word and of their place in history and of their identity in God. And I speak of both secular and religious education that fails to prepare children and youth for this awesome responsibility to be the Keeper of the Flame of Liberty.

Beloved ones, when the calls went forth during the trial with fervor and all due attention, a mighty reservoir was built and the action of these calls and the reservoir of the will of God built did enable El Morya to act decisively for cosmic purpose in the transfer of this property and in your moving up, then, to that higher ground.

Understand that in consideration of Saint Germain's address to you and your understanding of all that I have told you, it is necessary that the evening hours, which are the hours of Divine Love, be consecrated to those prayer vigils for those situations already outlined and especially concerning the dispensation of my causal body.

If you will be attentive to this, beloved, I will pursue with the Lords of Karma a dispensation, for which you may also make request, that additional co-workers join you to make light work and to have the dividing of that work among greater numbers and that you be taken to my retreat, as the retreat of the Sun, <19> to study and know those lessons of the Law of Love which you might otherwise gain by evening study. Those who give their evenings to that decree work will not only know the good karma of saving this nation and all Lightbearers of all nations, beloved, but they will also have the increased enlightenment of the crown chakra and the seat of the soul.

Souls of Light, I compel you to look at reality—to come out from your cocoon of willfully not seeing the signs of the times! I compel you now, as a mother hen does peck the egg to assist the emerging chick. So, beloved, I come and I say: You must look at what is coming upon the earth! You must look directly into my eyes and the eyes of Gautama Buddha and the eyes of your precious children. You must look and not neglect the law which guarantees that your life and actions bear ultimate consequences.

I am a member of the Karmic Board and the spokesman thereof. Therefore, I speak to you of the karma of the threefold flame of Liberty. To bear it is to be responsible unto Almighty God.

I commend you to the keeping of the mighty threefold flame of the Lord God himself and your own Christ. My love will not fail you. And I believe that your love will not fail this Church, this nation, or this earth.

I have so said before the Cosmic Council this day and before that cosmic court. I have said it before the Lords of Karma. My word of my belief in you is given, beloved, and I stand upon my word. And I commend you now to the keeping of the Spirit of Liberty and the Spirit of America! [54-sec. standing ovation]

It must be heard by the people of God on earth that the hour is at hand and that the Lord Buddha has extended to you as people of God one decade for the turning of the tide—one decade from this hour for the spreading abroad of the Teachings, for the contacting of hundreds of thousands of souls who will take the teaching and the science of the spoken Word and use it for the salvation of earth. After the decade has passed from this hour there is no guarantee forthcoming from the Lords of Karma or from the Keeper of the Scrolls that the tide can any longer be turned from the fate that has been plotted by the dark ones . . .

Be, then, as pilgrims, as brothers and sisters going forth two by two on your mission to awaken the people of this nation and every nation. Understand that the means of conversion is your heart flame . . . Great Central Sun messengers and Cosmic Buddhas are gathering for the movement of souls on earth. They come to make the contact with your heart! They come for the expansion of your heart flame! . . .

And therefore I announce to you the dispensation of the Buddha and the day of the Buddha-the coming of hosts of the Lord who have not yet in this age nor in ten thousand years turned their attention to the evolutions of earth. Ten thousand years ago, these Cosmic Beings withdrew their energy from earth because of the people and their own neglect of the God flame; and therefore, this hour of their coming is signaled and heralded by legions of angels, and it is made possible because some among Lightbearers have willed to keep the flame . . .

These Cosmic Beings have come and they have conveyed to me the sternness and the seriousness of their consciousness, for they guard a flame of immense Power, Wisdom, and Love. It is a flame not to be trifled with or trampled upon. It is the energy for the creation and the destruction of worlds. It is an energy and a consciousness which you may apply to be the instrument of, which you may use as you go forth for the conversion of the multitudes.

And therefore, the specific purpose of these beings is to quicken in the Mother the flow of the publishing of the teachings and to quicken in the devotees the teaching of those teachings which are published, the studying of those teachings, and the learning of the Word of the Bread of Life. And then it is for each devotee to break that bread-to break it into morsels that are fit for the children of God to assimilate piece by piece, mouthful by mouthful . . .

Let all who hear my word, then, in all planes of consciousness know that the Cosmic Christs and the Buddhas have come forth to empower the people of God with the gift of the speaking in the tongues of the Spirit, the speaking in the language of the teachings of the Law and the interpretation of that Law to every type of consciousness upon earth . . .

I place myself in the heart of the Community-my flame, my heart rays connecting with each one who can hold the harmony of the Buddha and the Mother for the Victory . . .

Now let this occasion be the celebration of opportunity. For after all, a decade is more than a year and more than a day. And after all, what guarantee did you have before I came that you would have a decade for the victory? This, then, enables you to pace your heart, your life, your course, your deliberation. It enables you to gird yourself for the Victory . . .

Sons and Daughters, Hear Me Well!

I come in an hour when devotion to my Immaculate Heart ought to be a perpetual prayer vigil in this Community. If but one heart, [heart after heart,] should continue the rosaries unbroken, then you will know the strengthening of the cord-the cord of life from the Heart of Mother Omega through my own Heart to the hearts of those on earth whose flames flicker, whose flames have gone out.

There are many changes happening behind the scenes. There are many things hidden. The political situation in this nation is a cause of great grief to my Heart, as it is to the members of the Darjeeling Council. Pray, then, and invoke the Spirit of the Cosmic Christ and the Holy Christ Self of the sons and daughters of God to be in the positions of leadership in this nation. The gravity of the hour is not clear [to you] through the sources of communication that you have.

Beloved ones, who is equipped to lead the nation to new levels of righteousness? Who will understand the world equation and the forces of Darkness that are not spent and those that come from the levels of Death and Hell to torment the Lightbearers?

Today you entered the sign of the Mother, Virgo. <1> Know, then, that in this earth sign you must defend yourselves by the sword of Archangel Michael from the attacks upon the body of the Mother-your body, the bodies of children and of all Lightbearers.

Know well, precious hearts, that I am in this court, as my Electronic Presence is over my statue, and that you have recourse to me. This recourse will increase as you make the mantra of the Hail Mary one that sings in your heart and as you pray, "My Lord Jesus Christ, have mercy upon my soul!" O the mantras of perpetual prayer! These are what establish and reinforce the ties of your heart to the intimacy of the secret chamber of my Heart.

I come, then, with a sword and with the strength of a mighty rope to tie you ever more tightly to my Heart. Beloved, you must sustain [this rope]. And therefore you must be willing to look at the corners of darkness and to bring that to the light which must be examined and considered, perhaps reconsidered, and either passed into the flame for transmutation or be fired with permanency.

Look at "this" and look at "that" within yourself and do not tarry to decide "Yes" or "No." Keep it or do not keep it, but do not allow misqualified substance of the gray areas or extremes of darkness to idle there wherein you do not let go yet you do not transmute it, or you do not let go and you do not hang on to it[-you simply refuse to deal with it].

It is a time to clean house, yes, to clean your house and the House of Representatives and the political bodies of the nations. It is a time to demand justice, and it is a time for a stripping and exposing of those who would represent what? Truth? Justice? God? Perhaps by some feeble attempt and with lip service, but they represent their own agenda and the agenda of the powers-that-be who have sent them to seek the highest offices in the land.

I ask for this perpetual novena to my Immaculate Heart to be unbroken at least through the November elections in this nation. For, beloved, it is surely, surely an hour of the coming of the Great Darkness as pertains to those who shall lead, make policy, enact laws and legislation.

Yes, beloved, what shall be done with a people of Light of this planet who have allowed themselves to be put down and to be under those who have not Light? Has not this been the challenge of all ages that we all have had to meet as we have been on the road of life?

Indeed, it has. And the challenge unto you is as great as it has ever been in all ages. For where there is the appearance of freedom, there there is the greatest bondage.

Individuals do not understand that they are in bondage to their own states of consciousness, their own limitations, their own ambitions, their own desires. And, alas, even Keepers of the Flame are not tidy to divide the Real from the Unreal and to stay on their tippy-toes in order to be certain that they do not harbor darkness.

Blessed ones, let the smugness depart. Let those who have entered states of spiritual pride or self-idolatry strip these from themselves and be stripped while they are yet here at the altar of God.

I am come to tell you that I bring and encapsulate in my Immaculate Heart in this hour all that has been said by the ascended hosts at the recent conference in the Heart. I energize it. I multiply it by the strength of the Cosmic Virgin, who I AM. I multiply it, beloved, to strengthen you, your bodies and your souls.

Prepare for the morrow and transmute your yesterdays lest they besmirch your tomorrows with those footprints of a past karma that will trip your soul and even shorten your life span if you are not careful. I say to you, Be careful! This is the sign of this dictation that I bring to you. Be careful, beloved, of that which lurks beneath the surface of world events and of your own consciousness. Establish a profound peace in God. Be not moved whatever is the next turn of events in your life. Hold fast to me.

I am a Mother of the seas and of the land and of the air. I am a Mother in the fire and the heart of the nucleus of the atom. I stand guard for the defense of freedom and I give my very Heart to forestall those certain conditions of karma that could descend.

They have been mitigated; and where they have not been mitigated, they have been simply held back. This has been because there are still those in the earth who decree, there are still those who invoke the violet flame, who listen with sincerity and rapt attention to our dictations and attempt with all in their power to implement them, to realize them and to increase the spheres of Light through the Ashram rituals.

Do not be asleep, beloved. Do not be asleep, but rather make hay while the sun shines. For you see how quickly the summer can retreat and the darkness may come and that darkness in which, it is said, "no man can work." <2> There is a darkness of the soul and the dark night of the soul. There is a darkness of karma and then there is a world darkness.

It is well that you light a candle and see that it is the increase of light in your threefold flame or the capturing again of that flame by such determined devotion to the Sacred Heart of Jesus and such an intense tie established to my Heart. If you would remember this—that the candle must be tended in this octave and that our Twin Hearts <3> do stand for your victory—you would have far less problems, far less vacillation: this way, that way, which way shall I go?

Being centered in our Hearts, as we have offered [you] this [refuge] for many a century, beloved, even before the Christian dispensation, will find you in a position of wholeness, equanimity of mind, peace in the midst of turmoil or war or sudden changes. I say, Be not moved by anything that comes suddenly upon your house but instead be prime movers who continue to move and hold steady, yes, hold steady the flame of God, the flame of the ark of the covenant.

When all else fails, beloved, it is the fire of the heart that will see you through. Therefore increase it while there is peace in the world, while you have a nation where you are not besieged either by famine or by war or the brutalities that you are seeing in Sarajevo. Blessed ones, these conditions in the earth are only a foreshadowing of the prophecies I have given, the prophecies my Son gave two thousand years ago and continuing through the Messengers.

[Speaking to Summit University students in attendance at the summer session:] Yes, beloved, it is good you have come this summer for a great preparation. Take every morsel and make it your own as you assimilate the Word and day by day realize more of your Christhood. Have compassion on the poor in spirit. Have compassion on the sick. Above all, have divine pity upon those who have no desire whatsoever for God or to be rekindled in his
name—yes, beloved, divine pity upon those who have turned their backs on the Son of God and the Great Central Sun and continue to walk away from the center of Being.

These are hours of testing. These are hours when the fallen ones have attempted to turn your heads this way and that way to lure you here and there. I say, of all things that you could pray for [for yourselves], I would have you pray for that great divine gift of the discernment of spirits, <4> of the discernment of your own heart and mind and what is influencing you that does not come from God.

The discrimination of the Christ Flame requires that you invoke the shield of Christ, the shield that is held unto you by your Holy Christ Self, who, one and all among you, is dressed this night as a knight of the flame. Even the Holy Christ Self of those of feminine incarnation is in the armour of the whiteness of those who join the Faithful and True. <5>

Some of you, then, who are the feminine incarnation appear as prototypes of Joan of Arc, as your gaze is upon God and upon the Son of God and your ear is inclined to Archangel Michael; and that mighty sword Excalibur, wielded by you as sons and daughters of the Spirit, does yet protect a space and a time for souls who must be born and must move on.

The hours pass, then, and the days pass. Do not fail to endow them as cups of opportunity, to do things well, to keep the mind at its point of yangness, to keep the mind, as you say, as a steel trap, alert, and the listening ear attuned to the Mind of God so that when your Holy Christ Self speaks, you hear, when your soul speaks, you hear—because in the recesses of your being you have established a sanctuary where you meet God daily and you become wise men and women of the Spirit and warriors joining with the legions of Sirius.

These are days and hours when I increase my appearances. Remember, then, you are under the dispensation of bearing your own karma, as my Son has given it to you to bear <6> that you might have the better resurrection and the great God-mastery and access to the portals of Luxor and the ascension flame.

Remember that I do not weep in this place, for it is the one place on earth where I can still know happiness. <7> And my happiness is in the flame that you keep. It is in your diligence as you tend to the chores of being the keepers of a planet and a people, even as you apprentice under the Mother of the Flame and Lanello.

So you must do the chores, beloved! And in this hour when all depends upon you, I say, do not let that candle grow dim. Do not leave off from your calling in this court. For you have saved many a day for another opportunity of serving and living and rejoicing in the progress [of your] souls. You have saved many a day by your decree sessions.

Therefore, where I weep, I weep for many reasons. I weep for ignorance. I weep for hardness of heart. I weep for the decadence of some priests and other religious. Yes, beloved, I weep for conditions within and without the Church, for I bear the Immaculate Heart for all religions and for all peoples. I weep for the souls that will be lost. I weep for those who do not even have the enlightenment or the love to give the rosary in the understanding of the mighty grid of light that is formed [around them and the planet] by [the giving of the rosary—and that is reinforced each time they give it].

I say, if you are looking for a place to take a vacation, then why not go to one of the places of my appearances, where so many thousands come? Why not, then, go bearing my cassettes of the songs that you sing that will tie them to this altar and this particular statue of myself? Why not go, then, with the rosaries of the New Age that they might understand these and feel the tie to the heart of the Two Witnesses?

Be not troubled, beloved ones, for the passage concerning the Two Witnesses that has been recited in the rosary. <8> Understand that the Witnesses have passed through these trials, and yet one is taken and one is left. Therefore, by sponsorship of the Great White Brotherhood, by perseverance and determination, all of these things have already come to pass and we move on to the era of the Woman clothed with the Sun, <9> of my appearing and of the representatives of myself appearing.

Be representatives of my Immaculate Heart, beloved. Call, then, for the Electronic Presence of Mother Omega and of myself and rejoice in the coming of the era of your defense of the children of God and of the Divine Manchild aborning within you.

As you take your inner child and rear that inner child and bring that inner child to the point of union with your Holy Christ Self, lo, beloved, that inner child becomes the Divine Manchild! And what is the Divine Manchild? It is one who has the Holy Spirit in his mother's womb. You, then, are in the womb of Omega, in a sense of the word, putting on the fullness of that inner child until the soul rises so gently and is evermore one with the Holy Christ Self.

Thus, beloved, it is perfectly in order for you to bring those [song and rosary] tapes to areas of pilgrimages around the world and to sell them, necessarily, to cover your expenses. It is perfectly in order to see where you can give [them away], where you can place them [in religious stores], where you can sell them so that there is a net of light of antahkarana <*> of my Heart through your hearts. For your hearts are converging with your Christ Self and tying in to many devotees upon earth whose profound devotion to my Heart has caused them to accelerate on the Path. I desire to see you also attain that acceleration. Measure for measure as you give, I give of myself [to you and to millions whom I can reach through your heart when you regularly give the rosary].

Let there then be the turning to my Heart in this hour. For I would have you know, beloved ones, that although the Roman Church has chosen to designate my ascension as the "assumption" <10> into heaven, I announce to you in this hour that I did indeed make the "physical" ascension. <11>

Know this to be true and therefore follow in the wake of my garment. Nestle your little footprints in my own and walk closely behind me that you might be carried up in the garments of my ascension flame and you might also aspire to this event in your life-not that it is an absolute necessity, but by your call to the resurrection flame and your balancing of the yin and yang forces in your four lower bodies, this may indeed come to you.

Do not seek it out of pride. Do not seek it for any other reason except to fulfill the Law of Love. There is a path to the physical ascension, as Enoch has told you, as Rex and Nada and Bob and Pearl have explained. <12> So it is true that some have taken that ascension and therefore marked a mighty cross of white fire in the earth that others might achieve the same.

I AM, then, [and I come to you in this hour] in the fullness of my mantle [as I bore it in] the hour of my ascension, in the moment when there was a release from my Causal Body unto all those who had the same tie to me as Elisha had to Elijah. [Therefore,] if you see me when I am taken up, you shall have that which you ask-a double portion of my Spirit. <**>

Let your celebration of the rosaries, then, in coming days and weeks and months be for the protection of this nation under God and your [respective] nations. All know that should America go down, beloved, [the nations will ask:] "Where shall any other nation appear?" Therefore, wherever you come from, from wherever you hail, beloved, remember that America must not be allowed to fail or to go down.

And fail she will and go down she will if the majority of the people have their way with abortion on demand. This, then, remains the Achilles' heel of America today.

See, then, that you pray with all of your heart and your might that those who have this in their hearts and those who would make it a universal law and availability for all womankind on the planet are barred from positions of leadership. [For these] should be occupied by those who come bearing some portion of the mantle of their Holy Christ Self, some portion of the mantle of my Son.

In the hours and weeks ahead, then, I want you to remember that I am at your side, assisting you in resolving all things and doing so as quickly as you are able—[that is,] as quickly as you are able to surrender and enter in to the largess of heart of that burning fire of the flame of Jesus, as quickly as you are able to pass your fingers over the notes (and especially the wrong notes) of your own psychology and play the right notes and then to seal that chord of harmony in your being, to seal it, protect it and not allow it again to be violated anywhere, anytime by any person.

Hold fast what thou hast received! <13> Keep your eyes open. Keep your heart in the secret love star of Venus, where many of you have come from. Preserve the Teaching, first by assimilating it and [then by] radiating it to an entire world.

I speak to those who come from the Southern Hemisphere. I speak to those of Central and South America. You have a mighty work before you and many souls to contact. Keep steady at the point of your humility. Be self-emptied and filled with the presence of Jesus and of myself, overshadowed by the Two Witnesses, your Messengers. Do not shortchange yourself regarding decrees; for when you decree for yourself, you decree for all to whom you are tied karmically and in the dharma of the seventh root race. Hasten, then, the spread of the Teachings but always keep the vigil of my Heart.

I speak to you who come from all over the world. As long as you make your devotions to my Immaculate Heart and to the Sacred Heart of Jesus the primary action of your day and the very first priority, you will always know strength. You will have warning from our angels of times of trouble descending, you will be kept out of harm's way, and you will be graced by the blessedness of the Holy Spirit to prosper and multiply this Church Universal and Triumphant.

Become the white stone in that Church. Be foundations. Let balance be remembered. For though you may not accomplish so many physical things, you shall begin to pluck the antahkarana you build each day by the rosaries and by the Ashram rituals. And when you pluck [its strings] and your heart itself is as a fine-tuned stringed instrument, you will know that your prayers have reached millions because of the momentum of the daily use of the rosary.

Strengthen your heart by letting it be tied in to that universal antahkarana of Light and also strengthen [the antahkarana]. This contact with souls of Light through devotions transcends karmic ties. It allows you to balance karma with almost, and I say almost, anyone by universal service and by universally contacting every Lightbearer each day who does become a part of that antahkarana because he or she does give some devotion to God.

I rejoice in the little children. I rejoice in the child of your own heart, whom I cradle in this moment to heal the hurts, to transmute the records, to remind you that I have always cradled you. There were some experiences that were necessary, even some burdens grievous to be borne that seemed so unjust at the time.

You are clean but not wholly clean, pure but not wholly pure. <***> And in yesteryears you have had to bear adversities, injuries, insults and abuses. Accept these whether they are of karma or of a soul testing or of your very own soul's volunteering to bear these burdens in the body and these persecutions that some of you have borne as little children.

I want you to feel better about yourself and who you are, knowing that some of that which you did bear you did so voluntarily in Christ's name for your love of him, your love of me and your desire to bear some weight of planetary burden.

Yes, beloved, some of you were Christ children. Some of you had such a Light and such a deep understanding in your hearts. Now that you are adults, do not lose that sense of yourself as the Christ Child. Put back together again the innocence of your early beginnings and the great wisdom that presaged your own coming. For you yourself had the wisdom to know that which you would be and you were told what you would bear, which would thereby enable you to enter the Path and move on and help others.

Let these rings in your tree of life grow! Let them now begin to grow symmetrically as rings of fire and as by the Heart of Kuan Yin, the Heart of Jesus, you know grace and mercy, you know these abounding, and you can finally let go of that sense of injustice because you yourself have been the embodiment of Divine Justice, as well as of human injustice—and you have wanted, you have willed, you have determined and accepted this life as the time when you would balance all things.

The desire for balance in some of you is an all-consuming desire. You want to balance your debts, balance your four lower bodies, your threefold flame, your chakras, your relationships. The sign of the great scales, beloved, is something to look upon and visualize, for how easily they are tipped! And this, of course, is the coming trap when you enter the sign of Libra.

Balance, then, the mind and the heart, the feeling body and the mental body. Learn not to be moved but to rejoice: to stand guard, to defend the little ones and to recognize that the prayer that you leave unspoken may mean a heart that is broken. A comfort that is not said might be forfeited, for the dead move on and they no longer hear what might have been said.

Therefore take each day's opportunity to comfort life and use the power of the word to increase the joy to the world, the joy that comes because you are an obedient disciple of my Son and because you do not fear that Master-disciple relationship as it is offered to you.

Come Home, my sons and daughters! Come gather round me, my children, for I would heal your wounds. And they would indeed be healed but you do not let go at some level of your being.

Now then, keep always the sense of co-measurement of world events and which way they are moving even as you watch the weather. Do not allow yourself to not be aware of the shadings of turns or the sudden plummeting of the stock market or of nations or of politicians who no longer represent what they used to represent.

Keep your co-measurement with an eye on yourself and your soul, with a true self-knowledge of what it takes to place one foot after the other as you climb the highest mountain.

You climb the mountain: You climb the mountain of karma. You climb the mountain that leads to the abode of Lord Himalaya. You climb the mountain of success. Seeing that it takes you nowhere, you come back down that mountain and begin to go up, up and up the mount of Maitreya. Each step gained is a level of initiation corresponding to the level in the etheric octave that you might enter at the conclusion of your victorious battle over Darkness in this life.

I AM the Queen of Angels and in that office I may accord you a special grace or dispensation. I ask you to think about this for seven days and then come to a conclusion as to what special grace you might ask of me. Seven days hence I shall return. I shall return for such a grace and the giving of it and such a dispensation and the giving of it.

Thus, as you pursue the rosaries, I ask you for the first fourteen days to give the long rosary on one day and the Surrender Rosary on the next—every other day the Surrender Rosary, every other day the long rosary. And thereby when you come to knock on the door of my Heart for a grace, you shall ask for a grace, I trust, that shall enable you to become who you are, to fulfill your mission and to serve others.

May you appeal to me, beloved, for you are the strong workers in the vineyard of my Father and, as the Son has said, "Truly, the fields are white to the harvest but the laborers are few." <14> May you go forth, then. May you harvest souls and bring them home to my Heart.

If you will enlist yourself [in the ranks of] my legions, my army of Light, I promise you blessings and graces not only in the hereafter but every day of your life. I shall come as the Divine Mother leading great armies of heaven, which you may join as you serve the Divine Mother in this calling even as Joan of Arc responded, even as you yourselves as the knights of old did go forth to slay dragons and demons, to rescue children and mothers.

Oh yes, beloved, there is much to be done! Tighten up, then, the concentration of the good servants of this Community and of its [outer] rings that span the planet. Tighten your service, your chelaship. Yes, tighten your belt. Yes, finish all things, bring all things to fruition. For the hour and the time of the change in planetary cycles is coming.

I seal you, then, in my Immaculate Heart. May you accept this sealing and confirm it by affirming it each day.

Bless you, my children. Bless you, my strong sons and daughters. You are myself in the earth. Yes, you are myself. And the recitation of the Hail Mary reestablishes that reality of my Electronic Presence over you every day and hour of your life.

3. Twin Hearts. The Sacred Heart of Jesus and the Immaculate Heart of Mary are sometimes referred to as the Twin Hearts. Some Catholics use this term specifically in connection with parallel devotions to the Sacred Heart of Jesus and the Immaculate Heart of Mary given on First Fridays and First Saturdays of the month. For in order that your spiritual senses might be quickened I, Jesus, have taken upon myself some of the stripes of your karma. Now I say to you, beloved, you are securely here. You have made the contact. You have tied yourself to my Sacred Heart . . . If you will take back that [karma] which I have borne [for you these two thousand years], for which I have paid the price, and balance it yourself and thereby grow in the stature of your Christhood, freely asking Hercules' assistance, when needed, then, you see, I may leave you as the ninety and nine and I may now go after [those] other [ones], even as many as a thousand other souls who need [me to] bear their burden . . . So you see, beloved, in the process of [doing] this so little a thing that I ask you, [for you also have the violet flame,] you are also becoming world saviours; for in a sense you are allowing me to bear another's

In her December 29, 1991 dictation, given at The Rapture of Divine Love at the Royal Teton Ranch, Mother Mary told us: "When I come to this place, beloved, it is the place of my rest and repose from going out and appearing to the many, who understand my visage as the tears flow and even the blood. They understand through that image not only the sorrow of the Mother but that the body of the Mother in the earth is desecrated and is also martyred, even as the child within her body is aborted. So, my beloved, I know surcease from pain, for how can I do aught else but rejoice at such a company of devotees-you who ceaselessly pray about all of the conditions that Saint Germain and the Darjeeling Council have called to your attention. Know, then, beloved, that this altar is for me, as well as for you, a haven, [a holy place for] a coming apart, a surcease from the burdens and the sorrows of the world." 10. The Assumption. Belief in the assumption of Mary has been a centuries-long tradition in the Catholic Church. The word is derived from the Latin assumere 'to take up'. In 1950, Pope Pius XII officially defined the doctrine of the Assumption in his apostolic constitution Munificenitissimus Deus. He wrote: "The Immaculate Mother of God, the ever-Virgin Mary, having completed the course of her earthly life, was assumed body and soul into heavenly glory." The Practical Catholic Encyclopedia (Pegis, 1956) states: "The body of the Blessed Virgin Mary, who was free from original sin and so was not subject to death in the same way that creatures are, was taken into Heaven and united to her soul." The Church teaches that because of her purity, Mary did not have to wait until the Second Coming of Christ for her bodily resurrection. They believe her physical body was glorified and perfected into an immortal spiritual body in the same manner that all the faithful will experience it in the resurrection at the end of time. The reason for the difference in terminology between Jesus' "ascension" and Mary's "assumption" is that Catholics believe Jesus was a divine being and Mary merely human. Jesus thus ascended into heaven "by his own power" whereas Mary was "taken" into heaven. Hence, they see Mary's assumption as a "hopeful doctrine" because what has been promised to all faithful Christians has already been realized by one.

11. The physical ascension. The Ascended Masters teach that in the ritual of the ascension, the soul is united with the white-fire body of the I AM Presence. This does not require the raising of the physical body; the soul itself may take flight from the mortal coil and be translated through the ascension process. In order to ascend, the candidate must have balanced at least 51 percent of his karma. In order to make a physical ascension, he must have balanced between 95 and 100 percent of his karma. When a physical ascension takes place, the physical body is transformed by and superseded by the Ascended-Master Light Body. During the ascension ritual, the soul becomes permanently clothed with this Body, also called the "wedding garment," or the Deathless Solar Body. Serapis Bey describes the process in his Dossier on the Ascension: "The flame above (in the heart of the Presence) magnetizes the flame below (the threefold flame within the heart) and the wedding garment descends around the silver cord to envelop the lifestream of the individual in those tangible and vital essence currents of the ascension. Tremendous changes then take place in the form below, and the four lower bodies of man are cleansed of all impurities. Lighter and lighter grows the physical form, and with the weightlessness of helium the body begins to rise into the atmosphere, the gravitational pull being loosened and the form enveloped by the light of the externalized glory which man knew with the Father 'in the beginning' . . . The individual ascends, then, not in an earthly body but in a glorified spiritual body into which the physical form is changed on the instant by total immersion in the great God flame" (see Dossier on the Ascension, pp. 157-59, 175-77). In a dictation given October 2, 1989, the Ascended Master Rex told us that those who are called to the physical ascension must have had many thousands of years of preparation. Today most people whose souls qualify for the ritual of the ascension ascend from inner levels after the soul has departed the physical body. The soul attains union with the Mighty I AM Presence to become a permanent atom in the Body of God just as she does in a physical ascension.

The Catholic doctrine on the "assumption" of Mary and the ascension of Jesus parallels the teachings of the Ascended Masters on the physical ascension. The Catholic Church teaches that the bodies worn by Mary and Jesus on earth were translated and perfected into the incorruptible spiritual bodies they now wear in heaven. This is analogous to what the Ascended Masters teach happens in a physical ascension. The Ascended Masters'
Teachings illumine us further, however, as to how this divine alchemy actually occurs, as described by Serapis Bey above. Some points where Catholic theology and Ascended Master teaching differ are as follows: According to Catholic doctrine, Mary and Jesus were unique because they were "conceived without sin" and remained perfectly sinless throughout their lives. Hence, it would not be meet that their physical bodies should be corrupted in a grave. In the Catholic perspective, Jesus would naturally ascend at the end of his mission because, although he had an earthly body, he also had a full divine nature. Catholic doctrine holds that because Mary was human like us, she is an "exception to the rule" in that she did not have to wait until the Second Coming of Christ for her bodily resurrection. The Ascended Masters set before each of us the goal of balancing at least 51 percent of our karma and ascending at the end of this life. They teach that it is possible-if we balance 95 to 100 percent of our karma-to ascend physically. However, we have each lived many times before. The Ascended Masters teach that the path of karma-balancing and spiritual progress leading to the ascension is not accomplished in one lifetime but through many incarnations. The many bodies worn during the soul's earthly sojourn are not resurrected at the end of time; but all souls who ascend, whether in a physical ascension or not, are permanently clothed at the hour of their ascension in their Ascended-Master Light Body. Jesus and Mary set the example for all to follow. They are joined in heaven by countless saints who have also attained their soul's victory through the divinely ordained ritual of the ascension.
