2 Realize the All-Power of God
"All power in heaven and earth is given unto me"--unto
the Christ in every man. All of the power in the universe
is available to you through your own beloved Christ Self
in answer to your call. Notice the crystal cord—the
"hot line" directly between you and God. He
hears your call and answers with the speed of light.
3 Invoke your Tube of Light
This is a cylinder of white light that descends from the
heart of your own I AM Presence in answer to your call.
Visualize it as it is depicted in the Chart of Your Divine
Self, surrounding you as the lower figure who is shown
invoking the violet flame, the flame that is the law of
freedom in your life.
The tube of light protects your soul, your body, your
mind from all harm—physical, mental, emotional,
and spiritual. It seals your consciousness from the pressures
of mass negation. Above all, it anchors you in the light
of God that never fails, in answer to your call, and affords
you the protection that you need while you face problems
in your life or in the life of a planet and its people.

4 Call to Archangel Michael
and his legions of blue lightning angels to surround you
with their flaming swords and blue-flame crosses to lend
their momentum of protection and faith to your calls.

5 Call on the Law of Forgiveness
—the law of mercy (decree 1.30C or 70.16)—so
that your own limitations will not interfere with the
world service you desire to render. When you invoke the
mercy flame, personal failures and inadequacies are set
aside and your own Christ Self steps forth to overshadow
you and to direct God's sacred energies into action in
the world of form.
Following the action of forgiveness, you should invoke
the violet transmuting flame—any of the decrees
in the violet section of your decree book, or 5.01 and
5.02. The violet flame, with its all-transmuting power,
is a very essential part of your personal and planetary
service.
6 Call to God to "Take command!"
The Presence of God is the authority over all human creation.
Therefore, you have the right to call the Presence into
action in any given situation whatsoever, as long as you
do not prescribe the action that is to be taken. Don't
tell God what to do: just give Him the authority to take
over and He will! "Not my will, not my will, not
my will, but Thine be done!" is an oft-repeated prayer
that will center your energies in the will of God.
7 Insert your request
Whatever the need, first give decree 10.03, "I AM
God's Will." At the end of the preamble, insert your
own specific request, for instance:
"I decree for the will of God to take command of
our nation's capital, our president, his cabinet, the
Congress, the Supreme Court, and all candidates seeking
office in this election year."
Remember, when you invoke the will of God, you relieve
yourself of the responsibility of making a decision for
or against this or that issue, person, or policy. Thus
you avoid the possibility of creating the karma of calling
God's light to do something which is not in keeping with
his law. When you pray, let go of all personal opinions
and let God act.
Always make your personal insertions at the end of the
preamble or elsewhere when it is specifically indicated.
Never change the wording of the body of the decree; for
these words are the pattern, the matrix, the cup into
which the divine energies of the Presence flow. As more
and more individuals give these decrees as they have been
given by the Masters and the Messengers—as they
are written in The Summit Lighthouse decree book—there
is generated a powerful momentum of light energy that
will roll over the earth like a great tidal wave, transmuting
all negative conditions, cutting mankind free from all
forms of bondage, and compelling God-victory for the entire
planet.

8 Call to Mighty Astrea
Astrea is the feminine complement of the Elohim Purity.
Their twin flames focus a cosmic momentum of the action
of white fire and blue lightning for the binding of the
hordes of darkness and the demons that torment the possessed.
Astrea wields a whirling circle of blue flame that locks
around vortices of negative energy, shatters matrices
of evil, and draws the misqualified substance of the mass
consciousness into the sacred fire for transmutation.
She strikes her sword of blue flame into the cause and
core of all that opposes the freedom of mankind and their
victory in the light. You can call to Astrea in this way:
"Beloved Mighty I AM Presence and Beloved Mighty
Astrea, lock your cosmic circle and sword of blue flame
in, through, and around the cause and core of that condition."
In place of the words "that condition," you
may pinpoint the circumstances: "Beloved Mighty I
AM Presence and Beloved Mighty Astrea, lock your cosmic
circle and sword of blue flame in, through, and around
the cause and core of all rioting, looting, and burning
in our cities (or name the place)."
Then turn to 10.14, "Decree to Beloved Mighty Astrea,"
in your decree book and give it as is or follow one of
the appropriate patterns outlined in the back of this
folder.
9 Keep informed
While you are decreeing, things are happening. One crisis
is resolved, but another may be in the making. At least
once a day tune into a news broadcast or read the headlines
and take notes; write down the names of persons and places
and a quick synopsis of the problem.
Then periodically throughout the day call to Astrea in
the name of the Christ to encircle the cause and core
of the problem, the people involved, and the momentum
of their misqualified energy.
Be on the spot with your calls. Saint Germain needs men
and women of the hour on whom he can depend. Keepers of
the Flame who are really keeping the Flame keep informed.
In any emergency they are ready at a moment's notice to
go into action with God through invocations and decrees.
10 Maximize your calls
For every bit of news you hear or read about, a lot more
is happening that never gets through the media. Learn
to generalize: maximize your calls. For example, if the
American Embassy
in Paris or Tokyo or Saigon is bombed, be quick to call
first for the protection of the embassy under fire and
then for the protection of all American embassies in the
world and all United States Government buildings and institutions
in the world and their personnel.
If student demonstrations break out at Berkeley, New York,
Boston, and Paris, call first for the blue lightning angels
to take command of those students and and then of all
college and university students and campuses in America
and the world.
In each case, these special calls are given at the end
of the preambles to any of the appropriate decrees (the
blue decrees are always most powerful and incisive). Then
give the body of the decree three times, nine times, or
more; for best results use multiples of three. The Ascended
Masters are forbidden by cosmic law to interfere in human
affairs unless they are called into action by someone
on earth. When you make the call, your call compels the
answer. By cosmic law the heavenly hosts must respond
to the calls of mankind. The energy you release in the
giving of decrees is then multiplied by the power of the
ten thousand times ten thousand as the legions of light
hold the balance for the earth. Yes, your calls can make
the difference in the salvation of a planet and her people!
11 Hold the balance
Keepers of the Flame, keep on keeping on until the cause
you espouse is won. You are on God's team—the winning
team! When you take your stand for the light (in the privacy
of your own room or the place you have consecrated for
meditation), you can hold the balance for your community,
a whole city or state, and—with God as the majority
of One, the Omnipotent One —for an entire planet.
12 Harmony is the key
When you are harmonious, God can work through you; when
you become irritated or excited, you open the door for
the negative forces of the planet to rush in, steal your
light, and create worse havoc. Seal the door where evil
dwells—seal it with harmony.
In case of accident or serious illness,

a "Beloved Mighty I AM Presence, you take command
of this entire situation and let the will of God be done!"
b Lovingly address the God Presence and Christ Self of
the one who is hurt or sick:
"Beloved Mighty I AM Presence and Holy Christ Self
of (name of person or persons), take command of his (her
or their) four lower bodies and direct your mighty light
rays into the cause and core of the problem. Beloved Archangel
Michael, send your legions of blue lightning angels to
cut him (her, them) loose and set him free, cut him loose
and set him free, cut him loose and set him free from
all that's not Christ-victory!"
c Practical steps
Calmly take practical measures to insure the patient's
comfort and healing. Always observe first-aid rules. Be
familiar with safety procedures and keep emergency phone
numbers handy (doctor, fire, police, sheriff, ambulance).
d When you are in charge or responsible for the lives
and well-being of others, you have the right to call for
every available assistance, beginning with God and the
Ascended Masters and then turning to qualified members
of your community.
There are good doctors and good hospitals dedicated to
serving your needs. Who can doubt that God has provided
this avenue of healing until the time when all have the
faith and spiritual mastery to heal with the simple command
"Take up thy bed and walk"? Refusal to take
advantage of their help in time of need jeopardizes the
reputation of the Ascended Masters' activity, casts doubt
upon their teachings, and may involve you in the serious
karma of neglect. God works through his representatives
in all walks of life. When a choice is possible, it is
best to deal with those who acknowledge the power of God
and recognize Him as the healer.
e Always call to the God Presence and the Christ Selves
of the doctor, dentist, nurses, technicians, and aides
involved to work through them: "Beloved Mighty I
AM Presence and Holy Christ Selves of (give their names)
, Beloved Jesus the Christ, Mother Mary and Saint Germain,
Beloved Hilarion, Archangel Raphael, the Healing Angels,
and Beloved Cyclopea: Let the will of God be done for
(name of patient) through these Thy blessed servants.
Inspire their minds, quicken their hearts, and let their
hands move with the impulse of Thy healing love."
f After you have made these preliminary calls, placed
the patient in competent hands, and done all in your power
to bring material comfort, follow the outline in this
folder, going through numbers 1 to 8.
g Give 7.21, "Strip Us of All Doubt and Fear."
At the end of the preamble, say "I decree for (give
full name of patient and his family) [and substitute 'him,'
'her,' or 'them' in the body of the decree]: Strip him
of all doubt and fear..."
Now is a good time to refresh your mind on the efficacy
of invocations and decrees by reading The Science of the
Spoken Word by Mark and Elizabeth Prophet, published by
The Summit Lighthouse.
h Give healing and violet-flame decrees
Name the patient in the preamble. For stubborn problems,
the giving of one or more decrees thirty-three times each
is most effective.
i If you do not get immediate results, ask the members
of your local Summit Lighthouse group to join you in decrees.
If necessary, call or write The Summit Lighthouse at the
Royal Teton Ranch 406-848-9500. At any time of the day
or night, our ministers and dedicated workers will decree
with you and for you.
Each Wednesday evening at the Jesus' Watch Service, letters
from petitioners for healing are offered to the heavenly
hosts, and decrees are given on behalf of the sick and
needy of the world.
Letters from students are placed in the healing chalice
during the week preceding the service when they are committed
to the Flame.

14 Call for Direction
Divine direction is needed by all who are dedicated to
the will of God. Divine direction is needed to save America
and the world. Divine direction should be invoked before
you make a decision, great or small.
Great Divine Director |
The Great Divine Director is a Cosmic Being who has concentrated
on focusing divine direction from the heart of God on
behalf of the evolutions of this system of worlds for
thousands of years. He is a member of the Karmic Board
and sponsor of the seventh root race, which is to embody
in South America during the next two thousand years. Your
calls to him for divine direction will be rewarded immediately
by a steady flow of direction from your own God Presence
into the affairs of men and for the unfoldment of your
own divine plan each day.
Use decree 10.08 to the Great Divine Director and make
your specific request at the end of the preamble, for
example:
"I decree for divine direction to the American people,
to the president of the United States, his cabinet, the
Congress, the Supreme Court, and all elected or appointed
representatives in government service; to our armed forces,
our police departments and law enforcement agencies, and
those responsible for formulating policy and making decisions
in America and every nation in the world."
or
"I decree for divine direction throughout my personal
affairs, The Summit Lighthouse activity; to our beloved
Messengers and all Ascended Master activities, worlds
without end."
or
"I decree for divine direction for the youth of the
world, the incoming children, their parents and teachers;
for the Buddhas, holy Christ children, and Sons of God;
and for all whom the Masters desire to draw into this
activity of light."
or
you may compose your own personal request to meet the
needs of the hour. Then give the body of the decree three,
six, nine, twelve or more times, or until you feel the
calm, steady flow of direction that enables you to think,
say, and do the right thing at the right time.
15 Call for illumination
Every day people everywhere are making decisions and doing
things. They are influenced by custom, habit, education,
religion, politics, the mass media, karma, and their own
free will. The saving of a nation, of a planet, and of
an age requires a massive reeducation of mankind by the
hosts of the Lord. We seek nothing less than to implement
the plan of God on behalf of nearly four billion lifestreams.
Keepers of the Flame, this must be our objective. Success
will come only from the highest dedication and the reaffirmation
of the pledge of the Knight Commander "I will never
give up! I will never turn back! I will never submit!"
How can the people be expected to make the right choices,
pursue the divine calling, reverse the tide of world karma,
or respond to the teachings of the Ascended Masters without
divine understanding? Truly it has been said, "Without
vision the people perish."
Therefore, call forth illumination—the golden light
from the heart of God—into the affairs of men. Use
the suggested preamble endings given in number 14, substituting
the words "divine illumination" for "divine
direction"; and use these endings with the preambles
of any of the yellow decrees in The Summit Lighthouse
decree book. The decree to Cyclopea for God-vision will
spotlight both light and darkness and give the proper
perspective so necessary to responsible action.
Call to God as you have never called before and ask Him
to send His angels of illumination to inspire the thoughts
and acts of all mankind 24 hours a day.
16 Seven Calls for Illumined Action
These fiats will clear your mind and body of the density
and the debris of human effluvia so that you can attune
with your Christ consciousness to make sound decisions
for illumined action.

hours and to burn out of my etheric body the cause, effect,
record, and memory of all that would hinder the balanced
manifestation of the love, wisdom, and power of God through

divine plan fulfilled and the full consciousness of the
