" . . . When you consider, then, that people no longer consider in many areas of life that their work is indeed a service to one another but rather only see at the end of the day what their pay will be and how they can play, you can well understand that in order for society to survive it turns to the welfare state where government does everything for the people—they do less and less. Therefore there is no longer the challenge of the striving of self-givingness.

"And the quality of the excellence of love, the quality of striving, is that each one in his own soul, in his own sacred right, might arrive at that perfect self-givingness. And the perfect self-givingness is the giving of one’s own creation upon the altar of humanity to bring the happiness of God, the joy of God, the peace of God, the freedom of God, the mastery and control of the en­viron­ment of God.

"I repeat, then—'of God.' For many perform these works for human happiness, for human peace, for human freedom, for human comfortability. And all these things then are minus the state of grace, the vibration and the light of grace, that always descends from the Lord Jesus Christ and from your own Christ Self as the result of this perfect self-givingness.

"Working hard has gone out of style in many quarters. And therefore, where there is striving among the chelas and sacrificial giving of life in service, it comes under condemnation and criticism. And the fallen ones who sit in the seat of the scornful set themselves up as judges as to whether or not it is lawful for the children of the light to serve!

"You have heard of the sheer idiocy of the fallen ones in Austria who cut off the service of the Vienna Boys’ Choir because it violated child labor laws. Blessed hearts, this was the effective instrument of the Christ light of pure love to stream through their hearts, to give them a goal of striving and discipline and service, and to offer unto those chosen for this most notable service the opportunity to excel and to realize the meaning of pure love. But the fallen ones desired that they should no longer have this path of initiation under our own angelic bands. And therefore they cut off the aborning of the Christ Child within them.

" . . . Time is opportunity to enter into perfect love to the glory of God."

"Therefore, understand that we do not place our trust lightly in those who volunteer for service, nor can we place in the untried and the untrained energies of cosmic dimensions. For to place our trust, to give responsibility into the hands of those who have proven themselves unstable in the past is folly. Not only is it folly but it places in jeopardy millions of lifewaves and perhaps even millions of planetary homes and evolutionary bodies.

"Those of you, then, who are working your way in Hierarchy understand this: Whatever you volunteer to do, that do; and do it well, and keep on keeping on unto the end. If, perhaps, you think you have volunteered incorrectly and you find yourself in a situation that is more than you can handle, invoke cosmic assistance and ask for the assistance of your peers.

"But do not turn back. Do not look back. For [even] more than the task at hand is the record that will be written by the Keeper of the Scrolls [as to] whether or not you have been able to balance the energies of the twelve cosmic hierarchies in the fulfillment and the completion of the cycle of the twelve.

"When you volunteer, then, volunteer to do those tasks that you are certain to complete. Test yourself. Try yourself and accomplish that which is within your hands and then volunteer in greater and greater measure as step by step you prove yourself, first unto yourself and then unto the hierarchs of light. Better a small task well done than a larger task left undone.

"See, then, how each step of the way an initiation is given. Whether known or unknown by you, heaven is watching; heaven is waiting for souls who are proven and who have proven themselves
—souls who are sure-footed, whose feet are planted firmly on the ground, whose hearts are one in light, whose tempers are even and yet whose souls can reach the stars for inspiration on the way.

Blend Spirituality with Practicality

"The blending, then, of spirituality and practicality must be the byword of those who are conquering in this age. Hierarchy can suggest. Hierarchy can point the way for projects that are urgent, [that are] on the drawing boards of the Brotherhood. You, then, must implement; and each erg of energy you spend to implement the plan ought to count for fulfillment, that it not be undone and redone, requiring more energy and more expenditure of precious light substance.

"I ask you, then, to call to the Holy Kumaras, who govern a certain action of flow, for the stimulation of the mind that it might act as the Mind of Christ. I ask that you call for the All-Seeing Eye of Cyclopea and the Great Divine Director in all that you do, taking care that you reverse the tide of all opposition to the divine plan, to the All-Seeing Eye, to the victory of light and to right decision.

"Following each precept of the Law step by step, you will find the clarity and the quickening necessary for the fulfillment of the Law of Life and for every plan and each step of the way home. So let it be that lightbearers and Keepers of the Flame are known to be the steady, the strong, the stalwart, and let [them]--the steady, the stalwart and the strong--be the conquerors of those who carry the mark of the beast."

Givingness of self

"When it is native to us and natural to give of ourselves in loving service, in joy, to let the rippling of light flow through us, to feel it touch the bounds of our habitation, to be so joyous that our gift of life reaches the stars—this is the natural givingness of self.

"Discord, disparaging, frowning, grumpiness and fault-finding are withholding the light, and then the light is not in a state of flow. And then there is not the correct apportionment of light, the rhythm of its release. We are uncomfortable. We express the uncomfortability in argumentation or bickering or pettiness. All of these things show the absence of the mastery of the Word and
its flow through us. The naturalness of giving, the grace of giving, the intuitive faculty of givingness
—this is the key to the ascension.

"Do you have to think about and calculate whether or not you should give of yourself or something of yourself? The mentally calculated gift that comes at the end of the prodding of the LORD is not the acceptable offering. It is the spontaneous Holy Spirit moving through us that releases the lever of life and says:

" 'If I do not release the waters of light through me this day, the dam will break and I will be no more, for I cannot contain so much light and joy of God! I must go out as a sower and sow the seed of my good fortune and therefore constantly release so that I may receive more.'

"God will not give to you that which you will not give away because the light will be too much for your chakras and either it will cause the karma-making condition of sin or disease or death or discord, or you will be no more. God may not pour into you any more light than you will give away
—and therefore the law of constant givingness, and not withholding because one does not prefer this person or that person or one is in a state of envy of another's manifestation of abundance.

"There are many reasons why we withhold the full gift of ourselves in the gentle expression of words of kindness, of blessing, many reasons why we stop the flow. And every time we stop the flow there is disease, there is death, there is nonfulfillment of the law and karma cannot be balanced.

"We must understand the law of the giving self, which is the obedient self, else we will not arrive at the point of Zion. For out of Zion—the point of the highest mountain, the point of the I AM Presence and your own crown chakra—comes the point of the anointing of your own Christ Self and the swearing of Sanat Kumara that you in that Christ Self are a priest forever after the Order of Melchizedek."

"It is one thing to have the application of transmutation in your service, beloved. It is another to have the Seven Archangels and untold numbers of angels come to earth to save the souls who are salvageable and who cry out to the Saviour to be saved. A part of this process involves the binding of the fallen angels who must be taken from their home planetary systems and also removed from earth. And, above all, they must be confined until action is taken on their individual cases on the God Star, Sirius.

"So you see, we, the Archangels, have an empowerment that is unique. It is different from that of Elohim, who infill the entire Spirit-Matter Cosmos. It is also somewhat different from the hierarchs of the elemental kingdom, who service the Nature spirits. What we bring, beloved, is our manifestation in God from the very Beginning. We have existed forever, for the point of the Beginning in God cannot be found. Yes, we, with Elohim, have existed forever and forever and forever.

"Now we say, we are determined to save planet earth and we will not leave you to your own childish devices. For there are so many vices and devices that the fallen angels put upon the children of the Light that we must stand side by side with you and guide you home all the way. And we will give you, each one, your inner compass so you will not be led astray. Furthermore, we will guide you unerringly if you will only listen and obey our words: 'Go not this way, but go that way. Go not here, but go there.'

"For the channels in and above the earth are sometimes dangerous places where ye must neither go nor roam. Nevertheless, if necessary we will go to those places for you and we will ferret out those fallen angels and we will not give them any rope.

" . . . Blessed ones, the Archangels can and will do anything for you so long as it is within the framework of cosmic law. You, therefore, would be greatly remiss if you did not ask them! Command them! Direct them! Verily, do not let go of the hem of their garments until you have so moved them that they will go forth in answer to your call to bind this Evil!

" . . . Beloved ones, there is great God-Good in the earth, even as there are great souls in the earth. These are the stalwart ones who have vowed not to be moved from the God-center of the universe nor from the God-center of their hearts. Therefore, because you are on your way to your victory, we direct you to join together to defeat the evil forces; for they are cunning. Beware of them, because they have fooled you before, else you would not be in this room. On the contrary, you would be in the octaves of light but for the fallen angels who enticed you here and there and finally caused you to be cast out of Maitreya’s Mystery School.

"Yes, this is why we speak of Evil. It is because Evil incarnate has caused you to fail and to fall many times over. For you did not recognize these individuals as evil because they pretended to be your teachers and mentors, et cetera."

" . . . The greatest service you can render on earth is to be among those who presage the coming age of enlightenment, when thousands and millions of people will have this inner sight. You must develop not only the inner sight but also the auric forcefield that will be a great magnet to those who truly desire and have the singular aspiration to ascend to the throne of God in this embodiment.

" . . . The necessary ingredient whereby you are able to convert many to the path of light is the ingredient of love, of compassion, of kindness, of concern and care and consideration for each part of life. Love is what people are seeking.

" . . . Secondly, then, it is a certain level of self-mastery whereby you have self-respect and those who see you also respect you because they recognize that you have your self-esteem, you have your self-worth. And in that self-worth you can reach out with the magnanimous heart.

" . . . I am giving you an experience in my aura this day, which all who hear or read this dictation shall have also; for my Electronic Presence will come to you. And that experience, beloved, is to know the freedom of the addictions of this octave, to be able to walk away from them and to be able to say:

" 'Saint Germain has called me this day. He has called me to be an adept. And if he has called me to be an adept, he must believe in me, that I can in truth become an adept. And therefore, because Saint Germain believes in me, then I will become that adept! For I will not let down my master, who has supported me for these many tens of thousands of years, but I will show the world that I AM a true student of Saint Germain and a chela of the seventh age.

" 'I will show that to the world, and I will say, ‘Enough! Begone! all these distractions and indulgences. Begone! For I value life and immortal life. I value, then, being able to balance more of my karma. I value it because I know it is possible.

“‘And I know, because we have the messenger and because we have the Mystery School, I shall not lose my ascension [while] carrying on beyond the 51 percent of my karma when the going gets tough and the challenges get rough and I am there, overloaded with karma. For I know that I have recourse in those in embodiment and those in ascended octaves.’”

"Here we teach how man can live in the world of form and yet not be of that world—how man can go forth carrying the ray and the scepter of truth with total integration, total dedication and the totality of his desire world focused upon the All-Seeing Eye that is the ray of healing focused within your form.

"Beloved ones, this is not difficult. It requires most of all understanding that that which you give unto God in service is immediately given back to you—purified, transmuted and charged with the full power and momentum of God-victory . . . I take my leave of you this hour, but there is much more which I would like to bring to you. I pray therefore that your consecration to truth shall be of such magnitude that I may return and talk with you even as I had the privilege of teaching and preaching in my life as (the Apostle) Paul."

"Love is the key to [the] precipitation of supply, and a mighty love for God, a mighty love for the [Ascended] Masters. Beloved ones, it is easier to love God in the Ascended Masters than it is to love [God in] those imperfect [ones] who may be around you. And therefore if you direct your love on high and to the Brotherhood and [to] the angels, you may by and by so accelerate that love that you can love anyone upon earth. You can love them the way God loves them and you can support [the unfoldment of the Christ within] them.

"So love is an exercise, like a piano exercise, beloved. You must do your exercises of love daily. You must practice love, practice giving, practice receiving, practice doing [acts of love], practice serving with Nada on the Sixth Ray. I see this as the call of the hour because I see [the absence of the daily ritual of ministering to life] as the one lack that does prevent you from [the needful expansion of your heart chakra] and [from] attaining adeptship on the other six rays.

"You may wonder at this, beloved ones, because you are all engaged in service. But the quality and the measure of that service is always [in its] endowment of love. You may work very hard, and there are drones who work hard and there are drone bees and there are mechanization
men and [women and] robots who work day and night and twenty-four hours a day in factories. And these [human and inhuman] machines [may] perform [almost to perfection] and produce [a standardized work product], but they receive [not the] karma [of a Christed one]; for they [do not have the capacity, for want of a threefold flame, to] endow their service with [Divine] Love [or a living flame].

"So you see, beloved, one man’s work [of a] lifetime may not be [of] the same [quality] as another’s who worked side by side with him. One may have endowed [his] work with great love and another may have had only a sense of resentment against God that he had to toil in the earth to balance his karma. And all of his works [may have been] charged with that resentment, and now and again [they may have been] charged with pride as he took pride in his own efforts and failed to give [the] glory [of his accomplishment] to God.

"And if you would progress swiftly on the Path, you should take that moment to understand that the Lord loveth a cheerful giver and that Chamuel and Charity are showing you daily by the Holy Spirit where is the greatest need, [what] is the greatest priority and what [can and] must be accomplished [with good cheer].

"For God does measure each soul and the quality of the soul by [the expression of] love. That love must be braced by true wisdom and a true exercise of the divine will [and] the divine power as free will in action. Thus know, beloved, that love alone is not sufficient but there must be [the admixture of] Christ-intelligence and discrimination and that [practical] up-and-doing attitude [as you apply this my formula for your Victory]."

" . . . Beloved hearts, I reiterate for your edification that we the ascended masters do not wait for an individual to attain human perfection or divine perfection in order to sponsor that one. Our sponsorship of an individual to any holy office or in any endeavor is not the seal of approval upon that individual's every act or word or deed, for these are not wholly predictable, even in the saints of God. And we also understand and allow for human error, human karma, and the juxtaposition of events.

"Therefore, please do not say that Saint Germain is for this person or that person, but say that Saint Germain comes with an extraordinary light of opportunity for the best of men and the most available and those who have offered themselves and have been trained and educated to perform a mighty work in this hour.

"We also sponsor those who have a certain karma-which in their desire to balance this karma, we come forth. For the karma is with our person, our flame, and dispensation misused in the past. And, therefore, we have an obligation to give opportunity to all lifestreams who desire to make good. Some do and some do not. Some fail again, and then we are no longer accountable or responsible for sponsoring these ones.

"O holy ones of God, you are counseled not to be idolaters; nor are we idolaters. We deal in the realm of the possible and the realm of the practical. And you ought to also consider, rather than reaching for absolutes, dealing with what is clearly on the horizon as the possibility of physical accomplishments as well as with individuals in embodiment who have the training and, though they may have faults or made mistakes, are ready and willing to lend a hand and to put that hand to the plow and to plow a straight furrow.

"If we do not hold against them past mistakes, please, I pray you, do not hold a wrong matrix or one of criticism or condemnation about any lifestream, for we will work and strive again and again. And most of all, do not hold such matrices about your own self. For we take you this day, January 1, 1984. As the Keeper of the Scroll does now turn the page, you have a clean, white page of opportunity on the right hand to write upon for the year. And on the left, you have the balance brought forward of the past.

"Thus, you may see on the left what has accumulated and does therefore arrive at the door of the year. But, you see, all of last year's pages have been written upon, and therefore no clean, white page did exist. Now with each writing of the new page of each day of the year—once you have passed the first page, which is a plan for the whole year—each of the daily pages will carry forward that day's karma, that day's misuse of energy to be balanced on the next if it is not taken care of on the day that it does manifest.

"Thus, the beginning of a new year is the new opportunity. And as the year passes, the accumulated weights become a greater and greater burden for each new day's opportunity to fulfill the original matrix of the 365 days that have a marked pattern of sacred fire on the right side.

"Now the right side of the page has over it, as it were, a clear page. And this clear, transparent page contains the original blueprint as it would have been had you not made karma in this life. The true page which you are able to follow shows the adjustments that have had to be made insofar as your karma of this embodiment does impinge upon the pristine matrix set for you by the Lords of Karma at the beginning of this incarnation.

"I explain this to you so that you may understand how exact is cosmic law and that you might understand a new call which I give to you. It is the call for the removal of the burdens of the karma of this life year by year. And you may name those years and dates as January 1, beginning the birth year to the present. You may also name those years as the date of your birth, year by year following on your birthday that date each year. These two cycles are key, for on both of these days there is an accounting and a rendering given.

"Now, beloved hearts, charting the cycles of the year for the planet and for your personal lifestream, you see I come to offer you the opportunity to have these rolled up as a scroll and cast into the flame. The transmutation must come not alone by the call and the call to the violet flame but also by good works and words.

"Thus, those desiring to accelerate in the balance of one-hundred percent of their karma, following in the footsteps of the masters and of your messenger, may ask for dispensations of assignments and services that you might offer to more quickly balance these hindrances to the pursuit of the geometry of the divine will and plan for your life.

"I place on record with your Christ Self an amethyst jewel for the regulation of this call so that no more than you can handle and deal with will be given to you if in a zealous moment you may call for more than is practically possible for you to achieve.

"It goes without saying that for some a more careful management of life and time and space and energy, of personal affairs, can afford one more hours to achieve more decrees and more service than you are doing. Others have truly maximized their potential and may only call to the heart of God for a new perception of how to do more, winding up old spirals that can be quickly completed (more quickly than thought) by dispensations from the heart of the Maha Chohan for the shortening of the cycles for the elect.

"Our cause is a holy one. It is about to be victorious. And my anticipation is almost like the anticipation I knew as the boy Francis Bacon—my heart full of the fire of the new science and the new era that I felt and knew in my very soul.

"Beloved ones, though we have become masters and servants of cosmos, we do remember our
childhood in this world and others. We remember our focusing and our view from the child mind. And we cherish the moment of innocence when the will of God was so clear and we knew it was so possible of accomplishment. We cherish the moment of innocence before contact with the arduous journey, the calumny and the betrayal that beset us as adults.

"Therefore, in the innocence of the child Jesus, in the fount of his new birth and purity, let us renew our own memory of the inner sense—which is true innocence. Let us renew the ancient coil and oneness. Let us remember the beginning in God and look to the ending when I think, when we have passed from the Matter cosmos, our God will allow us even a reprieve, like a nirvana, where we may be children again in cosmos, to dance and sing on the meadows of life and know once again a carefreeness when all is said and done.

"O my beloved Alpha, O my beloved Omega, I AM thy son, and I kneel in this hour in gratitude for thy presence in cosmos.

"Gratitude to thee, O God, for thy flame of liberty eternal.

"Gratitude, O God, for resurrection's sacred fires, giving impetus to renewed desires in the hearts of my own and my own beloved.

"O gratitude to thee, O wondrous Christ, O sacred innocence-holiness! fragrance! Rose of Sharon!

"Gratitude for thy blood shed and thy body which is a cosmic cross, and thyself fastened to the cross of life of every son of God.

"O Cosmic Christ in the heart of all of us, thou blessed, thou One, I, Saint Germain, offer my life again here at the altar of the Holy Grail where I am with my friends, my brothers and sisters, my compatriots, where I am welcome, O God. Now clear a place for me in the hearts of other millions, my Father.

"My Mother, let my angels' feet be welcome also as the feet of the Christ Child are welcome at the hearth and home of holy families in all the earth. May I be present for their firstborn and for their last breath. May I be with them as father in Aquarius, teaching the way of Mary, teaching the way of the Son, Jesus.

"My Father, I kneel in gratitude and I ask only that the dispensation thou hast already given me might be multiplied to my Keepers of the Flame as they are able to receive it and to multiply it by the violet flame in the center of the solar ring I have drawn round
about them.

"In the holy name of freedom, I AM your son forever. In gratitude, Amen."

"Thus, the masters will reinforce us in what we are desiring to do: overcoming bad habits, accelerating through the transmutation of karma, but always desiring first and foremost to be the
Lord's best servant, even willing to postpone karma balancing to help a brother or a sister along the way—to take ourselves from a path of absolute determination to attain our God Self-mastery and to say,

" 'I will put aside my practices of meditation and adeptship, and I will go out and I will serve my community and I will help my people. And there will come a day when I will be able to return to the great inner work of building the temple of man.' And when you return to that great inner work
—that mighty work of the ages—you will find that your service to your fellowman has truly been the foundation stone of that building, because without love there is no true attainment.

"Therefore, fear not to spend yourself in service. Fear not to feel that everything you have has gone out of you into that perfect service. God comes back and fills you on the morrow with greater Light because you have increased the Light through your service. We should fear not to give ourselves away. This is the true meaning of the fourteen-month cycle on the path of love.

"Let us fear not to lose some special thing we want, some goal of our desire or ambition, but rather understand that the greatest gift we have to give, giving ourselves away, means that on the return current God gives Himself to us. But we don't do this giving thus motivated—we have no motivation for our reward. We do it because we want to bring comfort to life and to the needy.

"The third cycle of God's love is a magnificent cycle, and if you want to accelerate in that
initiation as the fulcrum and the crystal of your attainment, I suggest you see to it that the library here is organized, that you volunteer to help organize that library of published and unpublished dictations, materials, and tapes, and have a file of cross references which you can find in the index of Pearls of Wisdom to subject matter on love. And see what great and wondrous teachings have been released on love through this organization. They are immense. To sit and study these would at least be a six-month course—to devour everything that has been taught on love and to cull them out for others to have them organized would be truly an assignment for one on the path of the ministering servant."

"If this kingdom of God as his Mind is within you always, then realize, beloved, that if it is not a working knowledge for you, if you have not accessed this plane of your causal body, it is by the law of your own karma. Bypassing that law, the Ascended Masters come to bring you wisdom, not to set aside the Law but that the advantage of wisdom might give you the opportunity to balance that karma which deprived you of getting that wisdom from your own Source.

" . . . certain initiations of the test of the ten involving the solar plexus [chakra]—service, surrender, selflessness, sacrifice. Thus the hearts of men and women are known of God and the recording angels.

"You may understand that these requirements are many and varied according to the long, long history of the evolution of the soul. Many are worthy among you, but these were called and chosen that you might know what lies ahead at the Inner Retreat. For the Mystery School of Maitreya, its sponsorship, is at the very core and root of this event, aided in many forms by the dictations that have occurred since that announcement, not the least of which being the work of Chamuel and Charity.

"May you strive and know that those who are the initiates of Love are always rewarded in Love. May you have renewed reason to pursue this path, not for the outer marriage but for the outer marriage which indeed signifies that the soul has taken the step—one step—toward becoming the bride of the Lamb."

"Now, you all know that, particularly in the heavily populated areas of the world, there are so-called 'slums,' where the people live in much privation and suffering. You know, too, that those lifestreams who are determined enough to remedy such conditions often give their entire lives to that end. Such lifestreams are honored and revered for their service by the constructively -minded among mankind—this 'honoring' often taking place during the span of their 'natural' lifetime here.

"Should not, therefore, those who seek to serve the spiritual needs of mankind from a pure heart and motive (ascended as well as unascended) be most highly esteemed by all life and their assistance accepted and graciously used? In and by such service these bring to man the greatest freeing, purifying power and divine order of divine love which exists anywhere in the universe!

" . . . Gracious readers! May I very gently (and sweetly, too!) ask you to turn your attention to and direct all the energies you can in calls to your own beloved 'I AM' Presence and to us for the use of the most powerful action of the violet transmuting flame to remove the causes and cores of the 'human problems' of earth’s evolutions now—when the opportunity for such service is so great."

"Therefore, beloved ones, you can see that those of you who write to the Messenger to say, 'Shall I do this? Shall I do that?' [must] recognize that no matter how talented you are or what your professional background, there comes a time in [the] life [of a chela] when you must pursue adeptship on the Sixth Ray. And remember the work of beloved Nada, who herself had great talent but who did take the tutoring of Charity, the beloved twin flame of Chamuel, and remained anonymous and did not choose a career [of her own] but kept the Flame and practiced this [Sixth Ray] science [of being her brother’s keeper; and therefore] she did allow her brothers and sisters to become prominent in their fields of service.

"When you keep that Flame you become the center of a maypole [with blue, yellow and pink ribbons of Light extending from your heart to the hearts of those who depend on your sustaining calls to complete their divine plan—]even as Gautama Buddha does keep the threefold flame [and maintain a thread of contact from his heart to every] lifestream [evolving] upon this planetary home. [This is the responsibility, the Dharma, of one who holds the office of Lord of the World.]

" . . . And there is none so great in this hour as [the one who walks in] imitation of the path of the Buddha. [For thereby] when there are [mere] moments left [on] the Cosmic Clock in this era and this two-thousand-year period of earth’s history [and] there is not sufficient opportunity to contact souls of Light and to initiate them in the science of the spoken Word, you may serve a twofold purpose: [you may] balance the rings of your Causal Body [by taking your initiations] on the Sixth Ray of ministration [and] service, and in [so doing you may] take your stand for those who need that transfusion [of] light, need that tube of light, need that violet flame, need the cylinder of blue flame, need the tie to the God Star that you have even established [from your hearts to ours] and that has been established at this altar as the divine interchange between ourselves and Astrea and Purity.

" . . . You have been told that highly evolved beings live at the center of the earth. Beloved, why
do you think they have retired there? They have retired there because they yet have a karma with this evolution [that lives on earth’s surface]; and some of them are not able to balance [their] karma with this evolution until certain periods of history [come again] when [specific] lifestreams shall be in embodiment, when civilization [shall] have [again] reached a certain level that [allows them to] go back to the place where they left off in that [service] which they are to bestow upon the planetary home.

"Thus they had sufficient attainment and sufficient light. And some of them under the “old dispensation” have balanced 92 percent of their karma, 87 percent, 73. [Yet their mission was not accomplished.] And these lifestreams have continued to evolve and [to] form [through their devotion] rings of light [from their Causal Bodies] around the Buddha of the Ruby Ray, who until recently has held court in the center of earth.
