"The pollution of the planet is something that is a race against the very life and heartbeat of our own. And we are concerned that those who have the secrets of chemical warfare or even of nuclear fission or of the manipulation of microbes are abroad on the earth and could use these very things against certain segments of the population.

"The ultimate defeat of the Mother flame, if it occur as it has occurred in past ages, is chaos and anarchy, where a planetary body (such as Mars) is reduced to bands of individuals with their private armies taking their stands here and there, claiming their territories and warring against one another. This is a frightful situation, worse than the era of the feudal lords.

"You can imagine, in the last days of Atlantis, wandering hordes of dark ones waging warfare against innocent people. You can imagine the depraved, the decadent, those who are on certain chemicals and drugs having in their possession weapons of warfare and, out of no reason but insanity, moving against a base of lightbearers.

"You must understand that there are certain individuals, even in America today, that have garrisoned themselves with enormous stockpiles of weapons for the eventuality of warfare in the streets. They live in this consciousness! They are determined to destroy this nation. And when it is destroyed, they will be ready to move against the innocent.

"Depravity is no longer an isolated condition—not since the breaking through of the astral plane of the drug culture, multiplied many times over by the rock beat. I would remind you that for the protection of the very souls of the people, there is needed in your home an instrument to play perpetually the music of Beethoven. It is in the nine symphonies that you will find the power of the three-times-three to neutralize the rock beat that is continually playing on this planet, gaining momentum on the air­ways from satellite, through television and radio, on stereo systems, in headsets, vibrating through the very marrow of the bones of the people as newer and more perfected forms of technology allow these sounds to resonate to the very core of the cell.

"Blessed hearts, I tell you, it is so. Even the nucleus of the cell, that has been sealed by a certain sealing of the flame there, is now penetrated by the sound itself. And thus, you see, where you are, wherever you are upon earth, even if you are not within ear of the sound of the rock beat, most likely it is playing through your body through the very waves and currents of the earth."

"And the Lord has sent me, that by the power of the Word his Judgment might rest in the physical octave and be borne in your hearts and you might see and know that the earth is the Lord's!

"And whereas there is no international solution for world terrorism, the LORD God Almighty does contain that solution. And angelic hosts are ready to deliver it day upon day and night unto night as you offer the confirming Word. For here below in the footstool kingdom, beloved hearts, you must ratify God’s will and his ordinances and his holy Word and realize that free will is being outplayed in every area of the world and every arena of political and economic action.

"Thus, the Lord Christ came to the darkest area of the world. He came there to rebuke the Darkness, and he rebukes it this day. And he has sent me to determine that the conspiracies of laggard evolutions shall not be allowed to encroach upon the entire planetary body and carry out their crazed designs of total destruction for the revenge of their blood, which is not the blood of Christ but the blood of devils who have incarnated.

"Beloved hearts of the living Son, know that this earth has many mysteries. And lifewaves there are of Light, and tares among the wheat have determined to snuff out the Christ in these little ones. And therefore we see this form of abortion aborting the divine intent for the city of God —that Jerusalem and the New Jerusalem that is the City Foursquare of the map of the entire North American continent.

"And you know whereof I speak. And you know the lie that has gone forth to destroy and disrupt the balance of forces in the Middle East. Beloved ones, ever and anon it has been that these dark forces have sought international control and sought to make the world carry the burden of their karma and their Darkness. 'Thus far and no farther!' saith the Lord.

"I AM Uriel, Archangel of the Sun. I AM in the flaming presence of the Son of God. I go before him in this city and throughout North America that the Light and the Power of the resurrection flame might be raised up in all people of Light [in order] that they might be quickened into the awareness of those coming events upon the earth so prophesied by the Lord Jesus Christ himself—

"Not because prophecy itself is a predestination but because men and women of goodwill who are the Lightbearers in the earth and the very salt of the earth may read this handwriting on the wall and see to it that by their free will espoused to God’s own holy will, espoused to the living Christ, they may intercede—they may play the role of intercessor to secure, then, innocent life and to bring forth a bastion of protection, which, as you can see, beloved ones, can never occur through material means. For only the LORD can give protection to the innocent against the inroads of Death and Hell."

"I come then to bring the eternal antidote for fear and for terror that begets terrorism as an organ or organization of fear, if that were possible.

"Terrorism, you see, is an ideology as well as a collective of individuals who have not the internal integration of love. Therefore, I consider the word organization questionable in their regard; but the bonds that bind them are not the bonds of love, they are cords of fear and hatred. And thus, there is a tight bond wherever there is hatred, and this you also understand.

"While the world contemplates its fears, arranges itself around and in and under its fears, long ago the word was spoken: Perfect love casts out fear. Love is an all-consuming fire that does dispel all that fears. For fear is based on the fear to be, the fear of existence, the fear of taking a single step in life, and the distorted preference not to be rather than face the challenge of living itself.

"Beloved hearts, I will tell you why men's hearts fail them for fear and why fear prevents action when it comes to the consideration of Absolute Evil as you have been discussing this evening.

" . . . Caring enough, therefore, caring ultimately as the perfect love of Christ, must become the sign and the mark of true leadership. The leaders of nations who love the Christ in their people become the true shepherds who lay down their life for their people—laying it down not in death
but in the living sacrifice of service, of penetration and probing and going after that which threatens the community, the national security, and the internalization of the Word by every citizen.

" . . . Unless angels and devotees of light accompany them, they will have no new idea, no means of resolution. Without internal harmony that is the direct child of perfect love, there is no resolution to international terror or the threat of nuclear war. And while abortion itself seems to me the supreme act of anti-art, it does beget the callousness that year by year has a lessening sensitivity to the art of angels and the art of God that fashioned the perfect image out of which you were sculpted in clay.

" . . . Thus, beloved ones, it is necessary in the very midst of the most tense international circumstances to retreat into the contemplation of the divine beauty and the music of the spheres, to remember that the building blocks of creation are sound and that sound forms a pattern that is a divine harmony and that this divine harmony can be portrayed in architecture, inlife, in everyday utensils, such as pottery. The things you use and you surround yourself with become a focus for the flow of attention.

"Art is not a subject so often dwelt upon in our discourses, for there are such pressing needs —pressing needs of the hour for the victory for Saint Germain. I bring my ingredient of love in this hour as an offering to the Christ Child, to the one and the beloved whom I have so longed to paint in the ultimate sense and have done so to the best of my ability in the etheric octave.

"Let us realize, then, that as love wanes in the earth, so crime increases- death becomes more frightening and terrible. Cancer itself is evidence of an absence of focalization upon the divine geometry of the internal crystal of the soul and of every living cell. When children can pour their light into a cup of beauty and the dimensions of mathematics portrayed, the very dimensions themselves then impressed upon the cells prevent the aberrations, such as a manifestation of cancer or the vul­nerability to the attack of the virus.

"Geometry is a science explained by Pythagoras and demonstrated by him. It is the science of God and its formulas are illustrative of the fact of the very energy of life that can be focused in the angle, in the pyramid, in the octagon, in the cell structure that is also geometric.

"Form itself designed by God is a protection for the eternal Flame. Even the form you wear has a design of the star-fire body intended to be, geometrically speaking, the ultimate protection for the soul. The geometry of the chakras and the beauty of the unfolding of the flower becomes a model of contemplation that ought to be considered when designing the physical temple.

" . . . Thus, beauty and mathematics, proportion and the golden ratio serve to enhance the message of the Word itself. Thus, we sought and ever seek in our retreat to bring to life the ancient records of akasha of the great souls who have ensouled a living flame. We study the geometry of virtue as it can be seen in the etheric plane. We study the dimensions of the aura and how the vibrations of light and their harmony enable the individual to carry greater and greater light.

"So blessed a life do we live together upon this earth! So beautiful is our sweet communion with him, Jesus, even while there is the raging of the battles of the fallen ones amongst themselves. And as they imitate the bearers of the Light, these terrorists who fast unto the death, pretending to be his followers, pretendingto make sacrifices as the sons of Light may do—they are the impostors! yet they would appear to be the deliverers of the people by tyranny of Fascist governments.

"They are but another phase of the betrayers. And their death is not a hallowed death and cannot be called the cru­ci­fixion, which initiation is reserved for those in whom the Christ dwells bodily. Cherish, then, my beloved, the tender vine of the soul."

"We come, then, for the judgment of the fallen ones not only in this nation but [also] in the
Middle East and of those who have come forth out of the Soviet Union to capture hearts of Light
in Afghanistan and elsewhere. We bring the light of the heart into the scene of chaos in the very base [chakra] of the Mother light of planet earth. We bring legions of Light and the full power of the judgment to deal swiftly with those who are the hordes of war and the hordes of the oil of the Woman and her seed.

"We are demanding before the Karmic Board this day the exposure of OPEC and the involvement, shore to shore, nation by nation, of these international conspirators, the descendants of the original Nephilim gods. We come, therefore, to deliver this people by wisdom's flame and by the sword!

"Therefore I stand for the judgment of the oppressors of the seed of the Woman and the light of the Woman, the oppressors of the light of the Ascension Flame. And therefore Serapis Bey stands with me and with my own beloved Portia; and the mighty seraphim stand with you who are candidates for the ascension for this judgment, by the flame of the ascension, of the fallen ones who seek to overturn the little children of my heart.

"Beloved ones, when you consider the landing of the fallen ones in the Near East, when you consider that there they established their forcefield, you must understand that their vast knowledge of the magnetic forcefields of the planetary body called them to that fount of light. And it was the light of the Mother that they would milk from this planetary body and others in the systems of worlds.

"Blessed hearts of Light, they come to feed as vultures upon the light that God has implanted in the earth for the abundant Life and the ascension of his children. Therefore, that which has been seized by the fallen ones must be regained. I have come once again to declare war upon these Nephilim, and all of the hosts of the Lord join me.

"And therefore I AM Saint Germain, Messenger of Sanat Kumara unto the Aquarian age. Therefore I AM Saint Germain, avatara of this age, initiating all people of Light in the way of transmutation, in the way of the sacred fires of the Holy Spirit that are indeed for the judgment and the all-consuming fire that shall truly cause the greatest changes in the history of this planet that have been known since her inception in the Mind of God!

"Therefore the light of Helios and Vesta does arc into the very center of the earth, into the very center of the Mideast; and there is the isolation in this hour of those lifestreams who have pitted themselves against the light of the Saviour Jesus Christ. And therefore, there is the amplification of our causal bodies—all of us who have participated in the coming of Moses, in the coming of Abraham, in the coming of the prophets and the Lord Jesus Christ, in the coming of Zarathustra and those saints who have gathered in the Near East and in the Far East for the defiling of these fallen ones in their own defilement of the Word of God.

"Therefore do they stand judged! And I ask you to stand in the very midst of this congregation in honor of the coming of Sanat Kumara and in the presence of this judgment in this hour. For, beloved ones, I come to announce to you the release, from the heart of God in the Great Central Sun, of immense light and power whereby there will be changes in the Middle East and there will be changes in the balance of power in the planetary body and there will be changes in the balance of power in the hearts of the children of my people and in the sons of God!

"Therefore, let us continue to rally around the banner of the World Mother and to make invocation for the cutting loose and setting free of her children and her seed that they might rise in the very midst of this descent of light and amplify the flame of the Mother, the flame of the ascension, to see the tyrants of the fallen ones now overcome.

"Therefore, let the purveyors of the false religion and the false economics and the false distribution of light and abundance upon the planet be bound! Therefore, let the false teachers also be bound and let the anti-Guru and the anti-chela usurping the light of Alpha and Omega in the Middle East also be bound. And let all who are servants of the Most High God be set free.

"Let those who are Moslems, Christians, and Jews who are of the children of the Light be set free and let those false pastors be bound. Let the word of Jeremiah go forth and let the word of the Lord unto him now be the physical manifestation of the binding of the false pastors of my people.

"Burn right through, O living Word! By the fire of the causal bodies of the Ascended Masters, blaze forth the light! And there in the very seat of betrayal let the false prophet be bound.

"Bind that false prophet! Bind the Fallen One! Bind the replica and the clones and the carbon copies of that false prophet! [Let them] be bound! Burn right through!

"I, Saint Germain, therefore come in this hour for the binding of that false prophet and those who are the betrayers of the Light who have gone here and there to spread their gossip and their lies and their calumny against the Messengers and this Community of the Light. This day is he
judged! This day is she judged!

"Burn through, O living Word! For the decree has gone forth, and therefore watch the receding of those who have gone to make war against the Woman and her seed in the name of the dragon. Therefore, let the mouthings of the false prophets and the evil spirits through them be bound.

"Bind, then, this misuse of the throat center and of the power of the spoken Word! Bind, then, and bring to judgment, O God!

"For let the oppressors of the children of the Light in the media, even Serpent and his seed and the Murderer and his murderous intent be bound by the Lord's Spirit. So does the light, the incoming light of the victory of the Lamb proclaim the hour and the day for that victory, for that transition into the great cycle of Aries, even the spring equinox."

"Yes, beloved ones, I am on the line of the Holy Spirit and I see clearly every demon and discarnate who has invaded the temples of light. I see how there has been the contriving of the manipulation of peoples. I see the manipulation in the Middle East as the Arabs and the Jews are pitted against one another in an age-old strife that began long ago beyond this planetary body. And as they have come to earth, they have imported with them that hatred one of the other—of their descendants and those who have come forth in the beginning from the same
seed and from the same flame of the Mother.

"Beloved ones, this strife augmented by so many divisions and so many individuals seeking power within the Middle East has been long considered the trump card of the fallen ones. If all else fails, they still intend to explode that condition in the Middle East. And therefore I send forth the call of light that you might receive now the energy of Shiva within you to be the ones who also give the cry Shiva! into the cause and core of this manipulation. Beloved ones, the entire Middle East is a setup. It is a setup of the fallen ones and the conspiracy of the fallen ones.

"Precious hearts of light, America is the Promised Land. It is the place prepared for the sons and daughters of God. Who are, then, the usurpers who would attempt to manipulate real estate, land, wealth, oil, and all of the resources? Those among both Arabs and Jews and those who are the impostors of both moving among them, for the fallen ones have also embodied among the Arabs and the Jews to take advantage of that karma that has existed between them. You see, beloved ones, there is nothing simple and there are no simple solutions. For when you have the added x factor of the fallen ones, there is not the ability to work line upon line with situations of karma and dharma but always the manipulation and always the temptation of the children of God to stray, then, from the light and to desire the things of this world.

"It is human greed and selfishness, it is the selfish misuse of the light of the Holy Spirit that has brought down upon the children of God and the children of Israel century after century these wars manipulated by the fallen ones to the destruction of the children of light. This is my message as I stump across America and the nations of the earth with the Mother. For I AM Shiva, and I AM the original stumper, and I go forth with my dance upon the demons even as the Mother becomes the mouthpiece of my flame. We are determined to have our victory in this age. And I tell you, the legions of Shiva and of Kali and of Durga are the fierce ones, and none can stand our gaze except those who have the same unflinching zeal and devotion to truth."

"And in this very year, the situation of the Middle East coming, then, to that key point must be determined not by the decision of laggard generations who refuse to cast their swords into the
flame and their armaments. Beloved ones, there is the three-pronged problem in the Middle East that can be solved by the equilateral triangle of the Father, the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Beloved ones, between the Arabs, the Jews, and the Palestinians, and then the Christians themselves, there is much that must be worked out, but all must be resolved in the Mother flame.

"Precious hearts of light, I urge you, then, to give your momentum of light, your dynamic decrees, that the fallen ones and their intent to make of the Middle East crisis a world holocaust will be thwarted, will be denied, and that they will have stripped from them their intent by ill-gotten gain to turn that crisis into a planetary momentum of war. Precious hearts, the investment of billions of dollars of this nation, of the Soviet Union, of the Arab countries in armaments, in nuclear instruments, is a buildup which, had it occurred prior to World War II, would have been clearly seen as the inescapable mark of an oncoming tide of war. Beloved ones, there is such a great buildup of war and implements of war and of defense among the nations that it is enough to strike terror to the hearts of children.

"Precious hearts of light, the equation of the balance of power on earth is indeed being kept in the hearts of the ascended masters and their unascended devotees. For those who should keep the balance of freedom in America on behalf of earth and her evolutions are dominated by conspiracies in capitalism, conspiracies in communism, conspiracies at all levels of government as each and every one manipulating others is seeking self gain. And thus, beloved ones, we have disapproved of many decisions that have come forth East and West, and we see that it is not only ignorance in the leaders of the people but malice aforethought on behalf of those individual lifestreams who are committed to the works of the Destroyer—not the works of Shiva but of the Archdeceiver himself."

"The Watchers have created this international debt bomb. These archdeceivers of mankind have done it, and they have thereby brought us to the brink of nuclear war. Their karma will fall due and it will come upon them in their citadels of money and power that they have stolen from the people —on Wall Street, in the markets, in the banking houses. That karma will come upon them as surely as the Night turns into Day and the Day turns into Night.

"Therefore we must hearken unto the ancient cry of Joshua, 'Come apart and be a separate people.' Because when their world economic order comes tumbling down, if you are tied to it —because in your greed you have been lured by their illusions, lured by your ungodly desires instead of being satisfied with the soul's true inner desiring for her God-then you will lose not only your fortunes but your life with them.

"From the beginning the fallen angels have manipulated the children of God into taking the rap for their karma. And this is why when Jesus was crucified he said of the people who shouted, 'Crucify him! Crucify him!' 'Father, forgive them, for they know not what they do.' They were
tricked into taking upon themselves the karma for the crucifixion of Jesus Christ when it was actually the Watchers of Rome and Jerusalem who plotted the death not only of the Christ in Jesus, but also of the Christ in all sons and daughters of God who would follow in his footsteps.

"The fallen angels have infiltrated all peoples, all races, all governments, all institutions. They are not unique to any race. And the way they divide and conquer is that they incarnate in this or that race or group or religion. Then the people associate either their 'evil' behavior or their 'good' behavior with the group or cause and become pro this and anti that. And the people become tools of the fallen angels' hatred of the Christ within the people! This is why the people need true shepherds, true Christs and true prophets to lead them.

". . . The fallen angels are behind the karma of both the black horse and the red horse. They know the cycles of karma and they use them in their war against the Lightbearers. In fact, they have set up the collapse of the economies through their abuse of the money supply. They have loaned our savings deposited in New York banks to Third World nations who, they should have had a pretty good idea, would not be able to properly manage that money or ever pay it back.

"Of course, because oil prices had been artificially high, they thought they would remain high and that oil-producing nations such as Mexico and Venezuela would be able to repay the loans because of their income from oil. Then oil dropped, again as part of descending karma, and it became apparent that the nations, both those who produced oil and those who imported it,
would never be able to pay back their debt.

"I would like to remind you of what the God and Goddess Meru told us on February 27, 1983:

"Realize, then, that when power was at their hand OPEC would use the price of oil to nearly destroy the free economies of the earth. And now you must realize that with the sudden drop in the price of oil internationally, the balance of payments, the loans to Third World nations become even more burdensome, as they are not able to pay back their debts to the international banks.

"The sign of the descent of the price of oil must be noted by the soul, your own soul. For you must realize that you have known for millennia that the manipulation of the oil and the wheat, commodities that are fundamental to life, would signal the beginning of the end of a world economy or even the beginning of world cataclysm.

"It is an hour, then, when little by little the pieces in this puzzle are coming together. We saw the atrocities in Vietnam. We saw a no-win war where our soldiers went to battle and were killed
or maimed for life and then rejected by their countrymen. We see the outrage in nations around
the world where freedom fighters will fight for freedom without the necessary backing from the United States to win a decisive victory. And then we have the media cooperating with World Communism in its effort to put on a human face."

"The rise in hostilities in the Middle East was a key factor in the decision by the Lords of Karma to begin the Dark Cycle on April 23, 1969. There has been no real period of peace in the Middle East since Israel declared its independence at midnight on May 14, 1948. Many of the world's current economic, political and military problems are rooted in ancient strife revisited by the evolutions embodied in the Middle East. It goes back to the time of Sumer and beyond to their planets of origin.

"This strife has been ongoing in that piece of territory for 10,000 years and more. Some of the lifewaves who are a part of that strife have reincarnated again and again to deal with the
karma of past struggles. Theirs are ancient animosities that antedate their current modes of consciousness.

"The Dark Cycle of the accelerated return of mankind's karma was scheduled to begin January 18, 1969, but by a dispensation from Lord Gautama Buddha it was postponed. On January 19, 1969, Gautama Buddha warned that 'the warlike manifestations currently being exercised in the Holy Land represent to us the most dangerous single factor that is calculated to plunge mankind headlong into a holocaust of planetary destructivity.'

"This is because if these battles had escalated, the United States would have taken the side of Israel and the Soviet Union would have taken the side of the Arab states, beginning a global war based on the karmic records of their animosities.

"On April 22, 1969, U Thant, secretary-general of the United Nations, said that Israel and Egypt were in 'a virtual state of active war' and that the UN cease-fire had become 'totally ineffective in the Suez Canal sector.'

"The following day, April 23, Egypt formally repudiated the cease-fire and the Dark Cycle began. Its purpose: to let the karma descend and therefore diminish the destructive capacity of both sides, thus controlling the damage. And the Dark Cycle is exactly that, damage control.

"But the period of a Dark Cycle does not eliminate free will. And people have to work to do better in order to do better.

"There are laggard evolutions on the planet today who despite their heavy karma have figured out how to outwit the odds, dodge their karma and use the Dark Cycle to their ends: they wage war, manage both sides of the conflict, and use the chaos to rearrange the territory so that their net gain is more power, money and control over the people and the planetary resources. And the Lightbearers have less, and less, and less each time the formula is reapplied.

"Even after the Dark Cycle began, the United States and the Soviet Union were nearly drawn into a war in the Middle East. On October 24, 1973, the threat of direct Soviet intervention in the Yom Kippur war between Israel and a coalition of Arab states almost provoked a nuclear exchange.

"We might ask ourselves, then, why Jesus Christ, the avatar of the age of Pisces, has been bearing our karma for these long centuries. Jesus was indeed chosen by God to be the example of the Christ for the Piscean age and, in counsel with the hierarchies of Light, he volunteered to descend to earth to bear the cross of world karma for a 2,000-year period."

"We enlist you beloved, fervently, to see to it that you give your calls to Cyclopea weekly. If you can come together and give 144 decrees to Cyclopea, I say to you, we shall be able to thwart many an attempt at the destruction of all that liberty holds for this nation. All that Saint German has given and all hopes for a world of peace may be dashed if you do not do this beloved . . . Know that the Eye can penetrate any area of the world."

"And we know that terrorists have struck Americans in the Middle East, and the nations have not cooperated with determining who those terrorists are and what is to be done about them. And of course, they [the terrorists] have already determined that they shall go to their death without having told to the authorities of the United States what caused that explosion, who did it, et cetera.

"So we come back to the United States, beloved. Like the upheaval in Oklahoma City, many other areas of the United States have had threats upon them, have had attempts against them. And because of your calls, the calls of the messenger, those particular bombings have been entirely averted. We tell you this, beloved, so that you will not think that just because these bombings have not happened that they may not happen. They may happen, beloved, if you cease to make the calls for the children in their school buses, for areas where they can be maimed and hurt, for situations, for instance, with oncoming trains and situations where people cannot extricate themselves from those trains when they skip the rails, et cetera.

"So, there is a potential for the wiping out of terrorism in the United States of America. And I remind you of a decree that the messenger sent forth at Camelot where all decreed for the binding of drunk drivers throughout the holiday season. And when that season was over, beloved, it was announced in the newspapers that there was not a single death on the highway due to drunk driving.

"Now, if a group of souls can do this in Malibu, what can you do for the entire planet? Well, I tell you what you can do: you can do anything that you make up your mind to do! You can do anything that you make up your mind to do if you are willing to set aside something else. And that something else [that you set aside], however more precious it is, promises to you that you will make greater and greater balanced karma by that service. If you are not in a state of being able to let go and serve the world in this manner, then serve at the level that you are able and God will receive your offering.

"Take note, then, that our goal is to see the Northern Hemisphere free, absolutely free of terrorism. To that end, we have asked you to give the calls to Cyclopea, K-17 and Lanello, one hundred and forty-four, once a week. Beloved, if you want to avert these things, then do it twice a week and you will hear about fewer calamities than before.

"What I am saying now in my heart of hearts, beloved, is that you must make your choices. You deliberate in your own heart. You consider what Saint Germain has done for you and [what] Archangel Michael and the hosts of the Lord [have done for you]. You deliberate upon these things and ponder and say to yourself: 'What will I tackle? What will I do?'

"My recommendation to all, since it is the greatest threat of all, is to move with an understanding of who is in the military of the Far East, of the former Soviet Union, to know what is being done, to study what is happening. And we would appreciate having that information given to those souls in the United States and around the world.
